Hey @Shawhelp customer service tech help wait of 7 days when your customers have no phone, internet, cable services is unacceptable! Especially when there’s a minimum of 4 households on the same street with no services since Thursday! Be better @Shawhelp

@ShawInfo your service is horrible of late. All my recordings glitch during playback skipping multiple seconds forward forcing me to watch shows on demand.
