    Hey @Shawhelp customer service tech help wait of 7 days when your customers have no phone, internet, cable services is unacceptable! Especially when there’s a minimum of 4 households on the same street with no services since Thursday! Be better @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo My friend is paying $65 for 1gig internet and I am moving to shaw for this offer and shaw is asking me to pay $115 for same plan. Do you guys don't want returning/new customer? Is your KPI to only give good rates to current customer? Pure loot isn't it?

    @gregobr @AnthonyLacavera Is with 5G as we all know @ShawInfo did not buy any spectrum for them cause they damm well knew they was gonna sell and did not want to provide any form of help just in case they had to sell. But really 5G is okay. Ppl want lower prices and good coverage n great roaming plans.

    @Shawhelp Fix it? You fix it by having appropriate communication with your customers. Or simply ask to relay the tracking number when you send out the shipping label. Better yet check and see if you received the items before you go to collections.

    @Shawhelp Your having cable service issues in Williams Lake BC and that also applies to your internet. Did someone take out a critical utility pole? When do you think it will be fixed?

    @Shawhelp The option to "hide" unsubscribed channels on the guide on the Gateway HDPVR is malfunctioning. Tech support has updated, reset, and rebooted remotely (I've done a hard reboot too) many times but the problem persists. Worked fine until recently. Settings are correct!

    @Shawhelp Is there some way to connect an additional wifi router to an XB7 but not disable the XB7's wifi network, so I have two wifi networks? Trying to get optimal performance out of Quest 2 Air Link.
