From a carrier, makes sense for them to partner for coverage ourisde of areas - costs & regulations are huge bottlenecks to installing new service

Since switching to Shaw Mobile I have been unable to receive incoming calls for multiple days on 2 occasions. Today I was told I would have to wait 3-5 business days for any type of resolution. This sucks.
