Hey @Shawhelp customer service tech help wait of 7 days when your customers have no phone, internet, cable services is unacceptable! Especially when there’s a minimum of 4 households on the same street with no services since Thursday! Be better @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp @Thor_Beats Due to higher than normal " don't give a care " replies, we will put your response on hold, or you can tweet us when we do care, which will be at a much later date of caring. Probably past the due care date, which at that point will have to be flushed down the don't care toilet.

@Shawhelp Hi the issue was yesterday as the Canucks game didn’t work saying it was blacked out in our region which shouldn’t be the case since I live in Surrey. Many others had the same issue but Telus customers didn’t. We pay for a service and I was expecting to watch the game
