Hey @Shawhelp customer service tech help wait of 7 days when your customers have no phone, internet, cable services is unacceptable! Especially when there’s a minimum of 4 households on the same street with no services since Thursday! Be better @Shawhelp

There has been some issue every week of the football season, including not doing simultaneous substitution at the end of football games...is that legal?...the classy thing to do would be for @shawhelp to offer a rebate to everyone.

@Shawhelp Happens every Sunday so you should be aware of it. While your at it should probably fix the PVR issues with recordings skipping ahead all the time. Another known issue since October. But you know deny deny deny, please pay your bill on time.

@wpgphotog @Shawhelp Seriously food network running for a good 5 minutes flip over to CTV and XRE-03090! Son is bitter as his gaming keeps getting bumped…. Oh look error goes away and back to Food Network we go.
