    @ShawInfo single-handedly the worst, most disgusting, disrespectful company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

    @TELUSsupport I have been doing that for over 8 weeks!! Same problem existed and no one knows how to fix it!! 3 modems, many phone calls, was just on the phone with a technician again, after we hung up it died again @Shawhelp

    @TELUSsupport I can not believe after 8 weeks, 3 modems, 5 service tech visits and numerous phone calls I STILL don’t have wifi. Unbelievable bad service. @Shawhelp @TELUS

    @ShawInfo the absolute worst ******* cable/internet company out there. I am disgusted with your product, your horrible service and customer support. You manually turn my internet off because your support staff can’t understand English. I’m am now 90 minutes with no internet.

    @Shawhelp Would have been nice to be given some advance notice that all shaw services would be down for maintenance from 11 pm to 5 am. This is all over BC. Sooooo frustrated.

    Pretty annoying that @ShawInfo told me 3 weeks ago I'd be able to self install my internet at my new house now after an hour talking to tech support seems they were wrong??? Why do I bother with Shaw anymore!

    Big shout out to #shawcable for great customer service and prompt installation. After 3+ hours of hold time and total lack of service or response from @TELUS over 3 weeks, @shawinfo had our internet for work up and running in less than 24 hours from first call to job complete.
