@ShawInfo single-handedly the worst, most disgusting, disrespectful company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Well I’m wrong according Shaw it’s #TSN who decided to blackout the #Leafs and #Oilers from 2016 in BC. Jokes on them I know who won. @ShawInfo #shaw

@Shawhelp I'm on hold with tech support as my internet is down. Do you have lower mainland outages?

  • LindsayWiebeRD
    Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported

Well, it’s Sunday afternoon and @Rogers and @Shawhelp never came through with a better plan, so it appears that my services will be discontinued tomorrow after making some calls to Costco’s internet, Teck savvy, Bell & Telus. If anyone has any suggestions on providers, send em.

  • HeldyCarvalho
    Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported

@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

  • Mr_Hexadus
    Hexadus (@Mr_Hexadus) reported

(Looks over @ShawInfo) are you ******* around? #shawcable I can see that network flow.. are you collecting payments that would otherwise misrepresent what you are capable of?.. we are watching scheduled time outs...

  • SmileyYYC
    Bella Bee  (@SmileyYYC) reported

@Shawhelp I was asked during a technical support call to stay on the line for a quick survey. Tanya decided not to provide that

  • BlackBlazeE
    Release the files (@BlackBlazeE) reported

No stream today as the internet issues are back. Weirdly consistent numbers on up/down speeds, and ping when this happens. Almost like @ShawInfo is throttling our connection.

  • SmileyYYC
    Bella Bee  (@SmileyYYC) reported

    @Shawhelp you’re kidding??????? Connection issues NOW????? $300 a month and you’re ***!!!!!

  • LesIsMore1
    Les Stelmach 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@LesIsMore1) reported

@slackerman10 @Shawhelp Any company (telcos, banks, util, etc) whose phone line REGULARLY says “we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes” is just short-staffing. They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly

  • stitchlady
    Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported

@M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!

  • masonstcc
    Jonathan Mason (@masonstcc) reported

@shaw @shawhelp So literally nothing is working properly. Service is terrible at best. Not sure this post will even go thru. I pay lots per month and need way better service.
