@TELUSsupport I can not believe after 8 weeks, 3 modems, 5 service tech visits and numerous phone calls I STILL don’t have wifi. Unbelievable bad service. @Shawhelp @TELUS

@Shawhelp What happened to your support team? I've worked in IT for over 15 years and dealing with T1 service on the website was painful. Getting stuck on one part of the "script" and refusing to go outside of that was awful. Didn't even ask what I tried. Yikes.

@Shawhelp I've done the support specialist reading off the paper.. I just want connectivity without issue on a regular basis.. Does that mean I need to choose another r provider for that to happen cause this is crazy.

@Shawhelp As the earlier screenshot shows, your chat support person says that it does include “reduced speed” and the fact that the account pages says such is a “glitch”. So which is it? If there is reduced speed after 1 GB, why don’t I have ANY data connection?
