    @Shawhelp internet and tv have just stopped working at my house here in Kelowna. Internet was down first and then tv 20+ minutes later

    @TELUSsupport again, I do not have wifi. 4 th phone call today and no one seems to know how to fix it. I will now use a personal wifi to get through what need to do and I will schedule a Shaw connection for early next week. @Shawhelp @TELUSsupport @TELUS

    @TELUSsupport I have been doing that for over 8 weeks!! Same problem existed and no one knows how to fix it!! 3 modems, many phone calls, was just on the phone with a technician again, after we hung up it died again @Shawhelp
