@TELUSsupport I can not believe after 8 weeks, 3 modems, 5 service tech visits and numerous phone calls I STILL don’t have wifi. Unbelievable bad service. @Shawhelp @TELUS

@TELUSsupport again, I do not have wifi. 4 th phone call today and no one seems to know how to fix it. I will now use a personal wifi to get through what need to do and I will schedule a Shaw connection for early next week. @Shawhelp @TELUSsupport @TELUS

@TELUSsupport I have been doing that for over 8 weeks!! Same problem existed and no one knows how to fix it!! 3 modems, many phone calls, was just on the phone with a technician again, after we hung up it died again @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp I try to be patient with this stuff lol... Support made my internet worse then just fell back onto needing the tech to fix it. I know the tech is needed but a week out? That's pretty sad, especially since they were just here.

OK @Shawhelp , what is going on? No TV, says "no signal" in SE Edmonton. No banner of error on account, tried to contact on line help agent and have ended up with "an unexpected error has occurred"???

@TELUSsupport is the @telus tv + app fixed yet? I had surgery and am in bed and was DEPENDING on this app to work! Nothing but problems since switching from @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp I got an error, which I will send in my next tweet, when trying to test the account settings. When I'm able to log in to Shaw OPN this error doesn't happen. When I'm on any other wifi network, it's a problem 99.9% of the time. My main account doesn't have the problem anywhere.

@Shawhelp Spent almost 2 hours with support from having internet with intermittent lag spikes/slow internet. To having no internet and then then stating that I have to wait a week for a service tech. A tech was here a week ago and now I get to spend another week without internet.
