    @Shawhelp I would like to know when the service in Winnipeg will be restored. I tried to contact Support directly with the app but while I was waiting for an agent, it logged me out and I got bumped. Please advise.

    @Shawhelp R U having problems in Newton, Surrey area. My bluecurve TV guide is taking forever to populate. And scroll function up/down very very slow and once you stop again takes forever to populate guide.

    @Saralaise @CNNgo I’m experiencing the exact same issue! Extremely frustrating. Activation hasn’t worked for me since Sunday with my @Shawhelp account. Any chance you found the fix?

    @Saralaise @CNNgo Yep. Same here. I asked a friend to see if she was experiencing the same issue (also Shaw customer), and she is. Makes me feel somewhat better to discover that it doesn’t seem to be my device or account – must be something wrong with either @Shawhelp or CNN activation system. 🤬

    @Shawhelp Thanks. I’m on Shaw Chat now. Turns out your tech forgot to plug the wire for the telephone back in. Phone is working again after my husband plugged it in. Could you please hire more staff for support?
