@Shawhelp You at 10:31, Jan 12: I have been a Shaw customer for over 40 years, and have ways paid my bills on time. Although I have confimed and indicated on the App that I want ebills, Inever get one! It leaves me with behind payment. A big fail, Shaw.

@Shawhelp Thanks. Not right now. We had set up a change of services but due to the complexity of the home network this was scheduled for Friday. We called to ask a few questions about the tv pods (doesn’t work with bridge modem) and the agent switched our services without authorization.

@Shawhelp be advised that the Equipment Guide for Shaw's Fibre+ Gateway 3.0 (XB8) is not available for the residential edmonton alberta market . i was given non accurate details about upgrading to newer equipment by ontario chat support.

@IBMninja @Shawhelp I had worse customer service than that recently from Verizon. So awful that I spent several hours over a few days trying to switch back to my previous cell provider. Unsuccessfully. But @VerizonSupport is worse.
