Just cause I’m still keeping score, the @ShawInfo @Shawhelp outage is now at 4 hours. You’d think at this point they’d have an actual statement or ETA on when they expect it to be back. 4 hours is a major outage.

.@shawinfo has given 2 more updates that both basically say “we’re still working on it”. I wish they’d actually give an explanation. We’re at almost the 9 hour mark of when my internet went down. Obviously this is a major major outage at this point.

@Kelly_A_Bee @ShawInfo Been down since noon apparently. Crews are working on it, last update was @ 5:30pm saying it would be a few hours. Which seems promising
