    @Shawhelp Virtual assistant killing everyone .. unable to reach live agent . getting calls from 18884722222 also automated messages .. very tough to reach Shaw support .. for unknown billing invoices.. no option except reaching local police 😙

    For the exorbitant amount of money they charge for an internet connection in Canada, you would think it would take less time than over an hour to upload a 750MB file. **** you @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp Yes, I'm aware how you want to take my complaint offline to protect your brand. I'm telling you your company will not do anything other than tell me to restart my router, while it's actually a problem on your end. My communities Facebook page is filled with complaints right now.

    @peternowak An extremely poor business decision on many fronts: not promoting the health of employees and their families, refusing to prevent COVID infections and potential deaths of both their employees AND customers, not being responsible corporate citizens, among others. @shawinfo

    @Shawhelp worst customer service. Lied to by multiple reps today saying my tech issue was the result of an outage because they were too lazy to do their job. Now I have to wait until Friday for a service appointment when the problem is clearly the modem which needs to be swapped
