@ShawInfo proved I made the right decision switching services. Always paying on time, 5 years! cancelled services that were NOT as advertised, paid most of the penalty, missed tiny amount and get a collection notice! Never again Shaw, outrageous, no respect!

@Shawhelp hey the shaw app is very bad. Someone from backend developer needs to fix it. The loading time takes too long. It should be an easy fix.

@Shawhelp I can’t get an agent through my app or online we have no service With no service disruptions in our area reported. Acceptable Customer Service to not be able to talk to someone through chat or otherwise

@Shawhelp No reason to DM anyone. This is not an issue on my end. My neighbours have the same issues over the last 3 days. Get a tech looking into it. The problem lasts a few hours and corrects itself (so far)
