Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp It shouldn’t be a persistent problem to have wifi outages everyday. It’s becoming too much of a problem when I’m covering the cost of a service you provide for over $100 a month.
-
Ender (@Endfx11) reported@Shawhelp is there an outage in East Saskatoon right now?
-
Mark Banks (@markbanks6) reported@Shawhelp I’m not out of region which is why I reached out. I’ve never had this issue previously. This was also viewed on satellite not digital. You can see from my pic that the broadcast was still playing in the background. Normally the screen is black behind the pop up if out of region

Matthew Johnson (@McJohnson922) reported@Shawhelp So yeah, you'll have to forgive me if I'm not particularly inclined to spend my Christmas Eve on the phone with tech support, with high chances of it being the same unhelpful support guy as last time. (3/2)

Tyler ❄☕☃ (@Valomir) reported@Shawhelp hey pals, I my internet has ceased working a couple times tonight and I'm wondering if there is an outage near the community of Sunalta in Calgary. The modem light is solid white but neither my wifi or Ethernet produce internet. I have power cycled the modem.

Les Stelmach 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@LesIsMore1) reported@slackerman10 @Shawhelp Any company (telcos, banks, util, etc) whose phone line REGULARLY says “we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes” is just short-staffing. They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly
-
Sanjeev Lal (@Sanjeev_Lal72) reported@Rogers @ShawInfo can we please get proper service no sound and glitchy feed for #mnf @CTV This is becoming a frequent issue last time Canucks game?

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp But it's time consuming, the TV settings show our WiFi signal is strong & everything else in the house works, so why should I? It's just the tech concept is faulty.
