Hi @Shawhelp - today I called to cancel my satellite account. In the same breath of confirming the date of cancellation, I asked how to get my satellite dish removed. The rep said the dish is mine now. I'm sorry... why would I want to keep a satellite dish I can't use?

@Shawhelp That never helps, that's why they call me. 1000 MB of space is simply not enough. Gmail offers 10 GB, Telus offers 15 GB. Hard drive space is cheap.

@Shawhelp my internet is down for 24 hours and I receive no signal on my modem. There’s no help received from the rep except telling me there’s power outage. All power outage has been restored and I can see my neighbor’s shaw modem is up but not mine. Please HELP!!!!!
