    Well this isn’t a good start for @Shawhelp. Two mornings in a row waking up to internet being down, there support says nothing is wrong despite the fact multiple people on socials are complaining :/

    @Shawhelp I now believe it's a Can-com issue, they had planned router firmware updates this morning. Thanks for the reply.

    The answer from @ShawInfo: Good morning! I'm sorry to hear about the poor experience! The BlueCurve modem is not discontinued. Only the older Hitron modem is discontinued and we would still like them back! (1)

    @Shawhelp @WillWatson27 I called Shaw about an hour ago and they have an alert about outages in Vancouver but nothing appearing online. Internet has been down for 3 hours now

    @Shawhelp Is East Saanich maintenance CHG0322216 still ongoing? Was scheduled to be done at 6am. (Lightspeed cable is down)
