@Shawhelp I don't know it offhand. My point is for Shaw to report a massive outage, the reasons for it, and expected length of the outage without customers having to seek out this information from other sources. My texts from my coworkers prove it's not just me.

@bacon_darth @Shawhelp Mine too, right by superstore off 17th. They’ve yet to update it to an outage

@Shawhelp How about updating the outage page. An hour has passed and all it reads is “problem detected”. Every time I’ve seen an outage page it shows no info and then all of sudden it reads problem solved. What a terrible system to keep customers updated with this many working from home

If I have to work from home, and my ISP has an outage for an hour, preventing me from working, can I expect to see a credit for my hourly rate on next month's bill? Asking for Southeast Edmonton. @Shawhelp

All I’ve been able to get from @Shawhelp on the phone was that there’s an outage in southeast Edmonton and they’re investigating. Pretty bad time for that to happen given all the people working at home.

@bacon_darth @Shawhelp Yup Outage. This many devices offline should trigger RAC to roll plant technician. All we can do is wait for them to trace the problem and replace the blown mod or fuse.
