Hey @ShawInfo and @Shawhelp, my internet has been down in #MedHat since 10 pm on Wednesday night. Luckily my phone is through @RogersHelps so I can still go online. Any idea what the problem is?

@Shawhelp 🤬 I genuinely disappointed that I am being forced to use the the cable instead of the apps on Apple TV. I prefer keeping Apple TV & other apps out of Shaw cable because of accessibility. The captioning is fixed and so tiny that I have squint my eyes. I can’t fix it 1/

@TheJenRollins @telusmobility I've found @Shawhelp was the best of the 3 major Cdn internet/phone providers because I could phone, quickly get a human who had the knowledge and was empowered to help. Actual internet service quickly became too $$$ & less reliable so–>Telus but phoning in is a 1.5 hr nightmare.

Reach out to discuss a new customer opportunity please do so. @Shawhelp I don’t appreciate two price increases in two months. May 2022 bill goes from $167 to $197 then next month up to $207?? Internet continually being slow and little to no channels on your programming.

@Shawhelp - is the service down? I cannot log into MyShaw/Shaw.ca at all. Keeps saying "the site can't be reached/the connection was reset" no matter which way I try - on desktop, thru app, nada.

@Shawhelp Hey @Shawhelp, how about you get some technicians working on getting our services back up and running? Our area has been out since Friday and NOTHING has been done. Five calls with support now to get zero answers. “They’re working on it” doesn’t mean anything anymore.

@Shawhelp Managed to finally get thru on chat by going thru Shaw Home & got things resolved in terms of the MyShaw issue. Not sure what's up with the thing, but that seems to be ongoing, for many sites I know are compliant (Shaw included). Also seems to be an issue no matter

@ShawInfo @GamingStadiumCS I have been tormented on Shaw Chat only to have an immature supervisor contact me. Your business model of multiple expiring promotions is shady and your internet service is shoddy. Shameful
