I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

It has supposedly been fixed yet still no internet. Tried calling twice. Not resolved. Have to wait almost a week for a technician to come fix your modem๐คจ

Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold โฆ no clue whether we will wait hours๐

Even when I look in our account it simply only says network outage since 7:35am and that it is being looked into. @bchydro does this very well and is transparent
