    @Shawhelp It says im not subscribed. Worked until idk maybe an hour ago. I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

    @ShawInfo Are you kidding! The #shawmobile coverage is a joke. Goes to "partners" as soon as you leave Edmonton, according to your service area map.

    @Shawhelp Received new modem for 1 Gig, yesterday. Installation went smooth without problems except for: The old 300 mbs device had 4 ethernet connectors but the new device only has 2. How to connect two gigabit desktop machines and my NAS? Shaw provide 1 Gig 5-port switch?

    @Shawhelp I switched for a day....worst data coverage. Dead spots everywhere in Vancouver. Went back to Telus who had the best coverage and cell service. I o ly switched because the Shaw rep lied to me and said Shaw is a completely different network than Wind....which it isn't

    @RaviSinghKA @ShawInfo I have been a loyal shaw customer for over a decade. I ask you to kindly take Zee TV Canada out of your "Free" channel's list. That channel has been spreading misinformation about peace loving humanitarians. #ShawRemoveZee #TelusNoZee4Me #TelusNoZee4Me

    What I'd like to know is how @ShawInfo and @TELUS think it's ok to charge retired people almost $200 a month for their internet and cable. Something needs to be done to help retirees!

    @Shawhelp this is the second internet install appointment that has been cancelled from your end. I have been without internet since the 24th of dec. the next date they gave me is dec 6th. Absolutely disgusting customer service. No call back when promised 2 times as well.
