    @Shawhelp It says im not subscribed. Worked until idk maybe an hour ago. I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

    @Shawhelp being on hold for 3 hours so far is quite ridiculous (2 days in a row now). At this point iโ€™m about to dispute charges w my bank. Why is your customer service impossible to contact?

    @Shawhelp No timeline, no email confirmation, and Iโ€™m not a new customer. Iโ€™m being billed for 2 gigabit now, without the hardware for it. I am hesitant to send this beat up box back without knowing I will be getting hardware to actually use the service

    @Shawhelp internet has been awful the last two days in NW Calgary cut out for hours at a time. Cell service too.

    @Shawhelp Because itโ€™s a loud modem from the start/ in general. The worst modem Iโ€™ve ever had. I honestly miss our old modem.

    @Shawhelp So yeah, you'll have to forgive me if I'm not particularly inclined to spend my Christmas Eve on the phone with tech support, with high chances of it being the same unhelpful support guy as last time.

    @Shawhelp It took a few minutes to get back. I checked the HDMI connection, the WiFi signal which was fine & turned the TV off & on again
