I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, Iโm going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp Yes, the new TV box (#2) is running, however, without a cable, the signal sometimes cuts out - the Internet might be down or slow for a nanosecond. Our WiFi shows as being strong.

Iโm paying for the service I expected it to work. If not, I expect a discount on my bill this month because this is ridiculous.

elwood shand (@edshand1) reported@Shawhelp Iโm getting no signal on one of my tvs and the box underneath has no lights but the other boxes do. I changed the hdmi cable and still nothing.
