@Shawhelp It says im not subscribed. Worked until idk maybe an hour ago. I logged out and upon trying to log back in it just keeps saying an error occurred. I found out a lot of shaw users have been having similar issues for about 3 days i think.

@Bigroyalt @Shawhelp @ShawDirect S'funny, if you want to pay, add a service etc. you get through no problem. Fixed up in no time

@Shawhelp Now the old TV box doesn't work & the new one to replace the defective one sent us won't arrive until Friday. This 'easy self-install' cost me a half-day & cost Rogers Shaw 3 hours of tech time, just so it could save a few bucks by not sending a techie. And we pay $$$$ for this.

@Shawhelp I need to order a new remote for my DCX 3200-M cable box. Can you help me?

@Shawhelp @Rogers another day, another problem with our internet cutting out yet again. ๐Ÿ˜ก

@Shawhelp @Shawhelp unfortunately no widespread outage on your site and no alert banner in my app under my account. Trying to access troubleshooting just continues a never ending loop of selecting your device then a page that bounces back to select your device. Not user friendly.

@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

@Shawhelp It's a shaw email problem, do you still service shaw email? None of the questions asked lead me to that. Has Rogers taken over all of it now?

@M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!

@Shawhelp The new cable-less TV boxes are terrible: everytime the WiFi is interrupted by less than a nanosecond, it crashes. I end up watching on apps instead. So-called 'progress' is actually worse than the tech before it.
