    Why does my TV screen freeze, goes black and then restarts? Getting tired of this Shaw, you had technicians at my house twice in the past month, the blue Shaw van was at the box. Still problems but you expect me to pay my bill by Feb 10. I don’t think so @ShawInfo

    @ShawInfo Why is it that two different customers can call into customer service and ask the same simple question and get two different answers? One results in a positive experience and the other less positive.

    @callunacarbon @Shawhelp Mine has been up and down allll day. And it goes down just long enough to be annoying, before coming back up. Even after a full modem/router reset.

    @Shawhelp Shaw hung a down line across my driveway- failed to come to the door to explain why we did not get re connected to tv phone internet Sadly I require internet. Phone. Fax. Because i work from home. Such unacceptable service. What a day!
