Do you know what sucks? The hospice has pretty much non existent wifi. Like you can’t search on google because its so weak. It’d sure be nice if @ShawInfo or @TELUS would step up & fix this allowing families to be able to say goodbye without racking up ridiculous amounts of data

  • andrealori Andie and 😇 Gunner 🌈 (@andrealori) reported

@Shawhelp It just loads to a blank screen with support and chat at the bottom. I get a text with a verification code but no option to enter the code

@Shawhelp I have it figured out and it originated from my end. I had a USB extension cable from my adapter to the computer USB input to be closer to the Router and it had become unstable so I got got rid of it. Thank you for your concern, carry on please.

  • shanestweetsyo Sha Ne (@shanestweetsyo) reported

@TELUSsupport It wasn’t (and isn’t) the neighbourhood status, it is my house service. The service drops out ALMOST EVERYNIGHT around midnight and the modem has to be reset in the morning. 10 years with @Shawhelp and never a single issue. 6 months with TELUS and nothing but issues

  • dmitriivanenko Dmitri Ivanenko (@dmitriivanenko) reported

@ShawInfo who could contact me about a client retention help I'd like to ask for. I am a client, moving to an area in Delta, BC where Shaw internet is not yet available, asking for options to stay on as a Shaw mobile client with 5 lines without losing the current mobile pricing.

  • jeremiahpeters_ Jeremiah Peters Sr 🇨🇦 (@jeremiahpeters_) reported

@ShawInfo I am a new Shaw Mobile Customer and I tried to get some help with my phone functions at Richmond Center Mall and I got zero help and now I am a discouraged Shaw customer

  • benjimenk Benji Klassen (@benjimenk) reported

@Shawhelp imaging having a 400ft cat 5 cable running through your yard (above ground) for 18+ months and not being able to get any help on when the line will be buried or the original line repaired

  • WerdEmUp Candidate for the Prime Minister of Canada (@WerdEmUp) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Shawhelp Never unplug the power when doing a firmware update. No wonder you deprecate so many device models.
