    @MrComplaintBox @ShawInfo Elderly parents switched to Bluecurve wifi tv last month. The main TV won’t work. Been glitchy since installed. Shaw can’t send a TEC to fix until May. Chat line is useless. No customer service. 2 weeks senior citizens no service. Pathetic! Brutal!

    @RobinsDonutsCAN @Shawhelp @CineplexMovies @Tbaytel Want to offer #freeWiFi to your #customers, DON'T GO WITH #SHAWOPEN, since it's far from being #open. #Tbaytel does much better at having #public #guests. Meanwhile, with #Shaw, if you're not a Shaw #customer, NO #WIFI for you!

    @Shawhelp Again, hit you up so to speak, yesterday, no response. Internet out in my area AGAIN, after I was assured it was fixed. Sent you another message now. This lack of service AND lack of response is absolutely dreadful and unacceptable.

    @Shawhelp Just ch 199 in Victoria . I just got thru on phone. Agent has worked with back office and confirmed the issue. Back office is escalating with channel provider. “THe Frame” Said it might take a day or two but should be fixed. Cheers.

    Trying to activate my @AppleTV from @Shawhelp has been worse than getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out at the same time. How can nobody can apparently help?!

    @Shawhelp @LindsayWiebeRD Former Shaw client here of over 25 years. I recommend switching to another provider. Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now
