@Shawhelp Again, hit you up so to speak, yesterday, no response. Internet out in my area AGAIN, after I was assured it was fixed. Sent you another message now. This lack of service AND lack of response is absolutely dreadful and unacceptable.

@RobinsDonutsCAN @Shawhelp @CineplexMovies @Tbaytel Want to offer #freeWiFi to your #customers, DON'T GO WITH #SHAWOPEN, since it's far from being #open. #Tbaytel does much better at having #public #guests. Meanwhile, with #Shaw, if you're not a Shaw #customer, NO #WIFI for you!

@MrComplaintBox @ShawInfo Elderly parents switched to Bluecurve wifi tv last month. The main TV won’t work. Been glitchy since installed. Shaw can’t send a TEC to fix until May. Chat line is useless. No customer service. 2 weeks senior citizens no service. Pathetic! Brutal!

@ShawInfo what the hell is going on with the service in Burnaby? Last two days the service has been extremely slow or not working. Yet you keep jacking up the prices on customers each yr. This isn't worth the $150/month we are paying you..
