  @MrComplaintBox @ShawInfo Elderly parents switched to Bluecurve wifi tv last month. The main TV won’t work. Been glitchy since installed. Shaw can’t send a TEC to fix until May. Chat line is useless. No customer service. 2 weeks senior citizens no service. Pathetic! Brutal!

  @Shawhelp Why is it always a struggle to connect to Tubi? Yes, I have unplugged and restarted my box multiple times and it rarely connects. I’m paying for the service I expected it to work. If not, I expect a discount on my bill this month because this is ridiculous.

  Is anyone else in #Winnipeg having trouble with their @Shawhelp internet. I’m doing everything I can to avoid calling but I fear it’s inevitable…
