@RobinsDonutsCAN @Shawhelp @CineplexMovies @Tbaytel Want to offer #freeWiFi to your #customers, DON'T GO WITH #SHAWOPEN, since it's far from being #open. #Tbaytel does much better at having #public #guests. Meanwhile, with #Shaw, if you're not a Shaw #customer, NO #WIFI for you!

@Shawhelp Again, hit you up so to speak, yesterday, no response. Internet out in my area AGAIN, after I was assured it was fixed. Sent you another message now. This lack of service AND lack of response is absolutely dreadful and unacceptable.

Would have been a 15 minute drive to pick it up. I will lose 20 hours of work. My daughter has been frantically seeking out friends’ wifi so she can attend her online university classes. After being a client for 20 years, this is pathetic customer service from @ShawInfo. 4/6

@TELUSsupport @TELUS possibly the worst service and support ever. Wifi down all morning, have had technicians come multiple times in the past to fix and still no fix. Stuck on hold for hours w/ support and missed multiple important work meetings. Cant wait to switch to @ShawInfo
