@Shawhelp Again, hit you up so to speak, yesterday, no response. Internet out in my area AGAIN, after I was assured it was fixed. Sent you another message now. This lack of service AND lack of response is absolutely dreadful and unacceptable.

@RobinsDonutsCAN @Shawhelp @CineplexMovies @Tbaytel Want to offer #freeWiFi to your #customers, DON'T GO WITH #SHAWOPEN, since it's far from being #open. #Tbaytel does much better at having #public #guests. Meanwhile, with #Shaw, if you're not a Shaw #customer, NO #WIFI for you!

@Shawhelp we recently changed our office VPN connections from IKEv1 aggressive mode to IKEv2 main mode, and I can no longer connect over Shaw Go wifi. Would like to be able to work from the coffee shop! Can you pass this on to your network team?

@ShawInfo The last time this happened, we tried to sign up for a business account in hopes of less down time. We were told there are no service guarantees for business accounts. A week's lost wages leaves us with little choice but to seek out other options. #remotework
