    Where is the NFR @Cowboy_Channel @ShawInfo @ShawDirect ? Paid money to have the Cowboy Channel so we could watch the NFR and you give us some stupid tailgate party then some old rodeo. WTF

    @tundrascott @Shawhelp Happening to me as well. Reinstalled app, rebooted everything. Other apps are able to cast, just not the ShawTV app, must be a problem with their system.

    @Shawhelp Too late. Thanks anyway. Phoned customer support. Very nice tech, but couldn't help, so set up a tech visit. Then I basically rebooted everything & now it's working. Should I cancel the tech?

    @Shawhelp Allow me to clarify. The tech measured the signal coming INTO the house and said it was weak. Then he asked me where the shaw cable connected to (outside). I had no idea. House built 1989 single family dwelling. Also notice that it’s worse during peak times like tonight.

    @shawhelp Audio dropout problem now extending into cloud PVR recordings. Recordings also show video repeats and longer audio dropouts. Basically unwatchable. Never experienced anything quite like this before.
