    Where is the NFR @Cowboy_Channel @ShawInfo @ShawDirect ? Paid money to have the Cowboy Channel so we could watch the NFR and you give us some stupid tailgate party then some old rodeo. WTF

    @Shawhelp Have you guys been hushed up by corporate headquarters or something? It's been an ongoing problem for me and others all season AND just 3 or 4 weeks when a game ended the simsub release killed _every channel_ in many parts of western Canada. "If I've been having....." LOL.

    Is it more important to have Fiber Optic internet and Cable so we all get backup internet for free? Or does @shawhelp need @TELUS to lose the battle in internet cost. Lets do this also. I am tired of the money problems in internet when @GoogleFiber is way better and removes cost

    @Shawhelp Every time I do, they always say outage. I’ve spent more time talking to Shaw support and not getting a solution then I spend with my family. Paying for a service I’m not even getting. Sounds like a scam to me

    .Thankfully @shawinfo has seemingly sent a credit invoice. I still would have liked not losing a feature like remote admin through calling @shawhelp. I know that I would not like support agents on a phone using words to take services and support offered on my account away from it

    @ShawInfo I do not appreciate making complaints towards your outfit as I am trying to be good. However when your employee is so rude to me by telling me your modem/router is incapable of remote admin and its function stopped my mail business about it, I am hurt you are collecting

    .@ShawInfo @ShawHelp as @CRTCeng mandates paper bills, I still haven't received the paper bills I've requested since June 2020, despite e-billing disabled, numerous customer support conversations and receiving Shaw paper bills for another account at the same address
