@Shawhelp you guys need to get your support, apps and chat features fixed. 2 hours on chat and it just closed... The app crashed. No answer or anyone that seems to be able to help or fix an issue I've had for 5 weeks. Fed up and grumpy....@TELUS wanna buy out my contract?

Where is the NFR @Cowboy_Channel @ShawInfo @ShawDirect ? Paid money to have the Cowboy Channel so we could watch the NFR and you give us some stupid tailgate party then some old rodeo. WTF

@ShawInfo my elderly neighbour spent an hour or more on the phone for his issue and asked for a technician to come out. Would pay for one to come out. Was told ask your grandkid to come help. #Crappy #lackofservice #notanoption

I didn’t want anything fancy, just something functional. They “couldn’t help” so I accepted an incredible deal with @TELUS, closed my @ShawHelp account & called to get a shipping label for the busted modem. I sent it back the next day. Tracking shows it arrived July 15th. 📦
