Every support action online now takes over an hour and simple yes or no questions from them take 10 minutes to reply. You guys really need to concentrate on one chat at a time, it's so fustrating as a customer.

Been over a month with corrupted PVR recordings, yet everyone at shaw acts like it's a new problem...looks like others have the issue and it's been happening for a few years.

They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly

Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.

TC-VAN (@RageGeist) reported@Shawhelp I'm now on day 3 without internet. I contacted support and they gave me case number CCS000011835796. Please have a manager contact me with a resolution timeline. This is atrocious service and I'll be cancelling as soon as I'm able
