@TELUSsupport I have been doing that for over 8 weeks!! Same problem existed and no one knows how to fix it!! 3 modems, many phone calls, was just on the phone with a technician again, after we hung up it died again @Shawhelp

@ShawInfo can you find a real solution in not sending annoying billing notices across all Shaw phone numbers in the same plan! Your rep's solution right now is to block your text messages so we don't see it but it's still being sent. lol #Shaw #Shawmobile

@Shawhelp I've been through all of that. Even the tech said he was the last effort. They all gave me the "reasons" why it drops that low but did "everything they could". I understand it's "up to 1000mbs" but it keeps going down to this or even LOWER.....and I'm by myself watching a movie!
