    @Shawhelp the service has been down for almost 4 hours and there is no update when it will be resolved. at least update your website about the outage instead of showing everything is normal and all is resolved.

    @Shawhelp We called last night and was told outage was in Coventry Hills but when tech checked yes we were effected also ???

    @Shawhelp unbelievable that a day after upgrading my plan the modem no longer works and best support can do is book a technician for Thursday. 5 days without being able to work and also continue paying for the service I'm not getting.

    @Shawhelp Ya I read tht bit if the building burnt down I’m assuming it will be an extended wait. If that’s the case I hope they let us know. People here already switching to Telus saying the building is gone
