    @Shawhelp pretty sure you can't help since it's affected more than one customer. PVR playback is fine. Channels are gone.

    @oiler_country @Shawhelp Inside Shaw seems to work not bad but a speed test to California gives me .3 Mbps and it should be 600

    @ShawInfo ... why no internet connection? You have no phone support. Your chat bot and people can’t do anything because of a “maintenance issue”. Seriously WTF?! Is this how you respect customers? If we are disposable after thoughts, what do you think that makes you?

    @Shawhelp It seems many of us in #yeg are down with shaw cable. I'm in west Edmonton Internet is suffering but still usable (barely) Anything showing up on your end?

    @Nancy_Simonetta @Shawhelp Not NEW. First modem .... I ordered service FIVE weeks ago. Was immediately charged - but received zero equipment. Until today. Again: employee CHRISI650 is a goddamn hero.
