Valerie Stables 🇨🇦🏈 Proud Western Canadian (@StablesValerie) reported@Shawhelp my internet has been down since yesterday afternoon due to a cut cable somewhere in NW Calgary. It has supposedly been fixed yet still no internet. Tried calling twice. Not resolved. Have to wait almost a week for a technician to come fix your modem🤨

DJ Phoenix (@DJPh03NiX) reported@Shawhelp This is just for my internet. It shows my account number but all other info brings up errors saying it can’t be retrieved with a retry option that doesn’t do anything. Not sure if there’s work being done on the backend or a server issue but it’s making it impossible to pay online.

Young and Fly (@Freshtodef) reported@Shawhelp @LindsayWiebeRD Former Shaw client here of over 25 years. I recommend switching to another provider. Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

Alex (@GoBills2112) reported@Shawhelp There has to be more urgent help available? My internet will be out for 40 hours by the time an agent will come to fix! That’s unacceptable. Two employment incomes depend on this as we work from home. This is ridiculous. I’m thinking about canceling at the end of my contract
