    Just cancelled my @Shawhelp TV & internet. When I called for help, I ended up talking to a supervisor who had a very misogynistic attitude. He told me to shut up when I was explaining the problem & listen because I’d like what he had to say. I didn’t. I’m no longer a customer.

    @Shawhelp Oh, and when my husband cancelled the service today, we were told we’d have to pay a penalty for each month we were cancelling early. That’s not right. Your employee tells me to shut up and now we have to pay for it.

    @Shawhelp your website is basically useless.... and my understanding is that your physical network is pathetic with almost zero redundancy. Not directed at you River, but the asshats that run the **** company you work for.
