    @Shawhelp Tried with my phone and iPad and both gave errors. I'm able to cast YouTube fine but the blue curve app won't cast. I'll try again in a bit.

    @shawhelp Audio dropout problem now extending into cloud PVR recordings. Recordings also show video repeats and longer audio dropouts. Basically unwatchable. Never experienced anything quite like this before.

    @Shawhelp @PeterVogel Hmm, same problem that support is so certain has nothing to do with Shaw's transmission of the TV signal that they are sending a tech to my house. 🤔

    @Shawhelp it is been 3 days that the internet is down can't watch TV try so many times unplugged and still not working.#RichmondBC

    @mrkaswa @Shawhelp Keep me posted. I'm not sure if it's related but we also have continual, sporadic, brief internet outages that generally appear inconsequential, but are noticeable on Zoom etc. calls. The problem occurs on WiFi and ethernet connected machines. This has occurred over many months.

    @CrowchildBob @Shawhelp That’s a good point. I’ve been experiencing the same issues initially in a range of channels. We have 2 tvs and they BOTH had the same problem with the same channel at the same time. We’ve done the connection thing to no avail. So I wish you luck as shaw tech visit did not help

    @Shawhelp Before I do, if that was the problem, wouldn’t it affect all channels? It’s only 154 that I have problems with.
