@Shawhelp pretty disappointed with the Shaw service on our office move. Telling us will take 30 days!!! to have our phones transferred over. From today. Though we ordered the change May 17. Unreal. Internet supposed to be done last Friday, won't be done until tomorrow

@Shawhelp The entire town of Sioux lookout is dealing with less than 1mbps of upload speed and none of your agents seem to give a ****. Many of us are working from home or are students and can’t even interact in a zoom meeting.

@Shawhelp maybe next time your tech comes out to fix the internet have them let the resident know they arrived before disconnecting cables in the alley. I had a scheduled appt but it was not until after I lost internet mid-customer call I was made aware you were on-site. #fail

@Shawhelp That doesn't explain it, though. It just tells me you're offering a service that looks _suspiciously_ like cable internet except somehow more expensive than your competitor's fibre internet. One thing I'm curious to know is where the fibre stops and the coax begins.
