    @kenmnichols @Shawhelp I unplugged my box and the coaxial cable and it started working again with clear picture. Just sucks to have to do that in the middle of these games. 👎

    NOT cool @Shawhelp #Shaw. Spent the entire afternoon on a chat trying tot roubleshoot my modem. They’ll send a replay by mail. I have to work from home, and I need internet. Ever heard of couriers? Why can’t we phone support anymore?

    @Shawhelp Someone already looked into it and could not fix. They booked a technician to come out in 9 days. Why wouldn’t the person in the phone at Shaw have mentioned this? I’ll DM our info. I am not happy.

    @Big_L4_Life @Shawhelp I just tried it out today. Signal is so compressed it barely even looks 4K. The scoreboard is not sharp at all. Very disappointed in the quality compared to other 4K I've seen.
