    @Shawhelp worst customer service ever. Issue wifi router keeps shutting down chatting with tech since 8:30 am hands off to another tech have to start all over again next tech does the same. Still not working at 14:00. Called @TELUSsupport making the switch.

    @Shawhelp so my Shaw internet just isn’t connecting for a while now? I’ve reset the router and still can’t connect to internet. The router has been flashing orange for a few hours. Could you help before my meeting tonight?

    @ShawInfo moving your service is an impossible mission. I had to talk to 8 different agents, and finally they gave me another appointment. 1 month to move the services. #wfh and #studingfromhome with you is almost impossible. Your service is really bad.

    @MLBNetwork Is there anyway to get just your network in Calgary, Alberta? @Shawhelp doesn’t offer & I’ve been asking for years. Only solution seems to be @DAZN_CA but there’s nothing else on there I’d want to watch making the $20/mth a bit much to fork over.

    @ShawInfo How do I move wi fi, tv & phone service? I've been on hold for THREE HOURS!!! Unbelievable customer service. When I made a payment it took less than 15 mins.

    @SagePonchie @Shawhelp Customer service has declined markedly during this pandemic. It's very difficult to connect live with a human being. In the old days a person answered the phone. Now a computer does it and can't address your concerns.
