    @Shawhelp top notch tech support 45 minutes of her shuffling through the trouble shooting 101 guide asking me to turn everything on and off multiple times…. Honey I tried that’s why I’m calling like I told you in the beginning

    @Shawhelp worst customer support I’ve ever dealt with 5 phone support people that convinced me I have to get a tech out even tho I told them multiple times it’s not on my end. Tech shows up … problem is not in your end. Wow gee thanks bud I know that…. FIX IT

    @Shawhelp my internet has been down since yesterday afternoon due to a cut cable somewhere in NW Calgary. It has supposedly been fixed yet still no internet. Tried calling twice. Not resolved. Have to wait almost a week for a technician to come fix your modem🤨
