Tech shows up … problem is not in your end. Wow gee thanks bud I know that…. FIX IT

G McAuley (@mtn_vibe) reported@ShawInfo Shaw sent me a modem in SEPT and it never worked with the current Telus system in my home at the time. We tried trouble shooting with Tech Support and it still didn’t work. Tech support said it was because our home wasn’t set up for it and that it wouldn’t work.
