    The bane of being technical is talking to technical support of companies like @Shawhelp, I know they mean well but asking me to try obvious things I would have already tried is a waste of both my and their tech's time. But ofcourse the tech has a flowchart to follow.

    @Shawhelp internet is way down in rio terrace. Not listed in your outages, log in to app, give info to Shaw virtual assistant, wait half hour for agent, where it’s right back to square 1 with name phone number account number(?) And “how can I help you?”

    @PurolatorInc Package in question is a setup kit from @ShawHelp - who I called to see if they could track it down, and they couldn't. Nor were they able to reship. So, because Purolator lost the package, I can't activate my internet. Problems! On Day 6 of trying to solve this.
