    @Shawhelp We ended up setting up email forwarding, but I don't know if everything is forwarded. It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.

    @Shawhelp I tried to speak to someone about the outage in Port Moody via the app, it links live chat to my Rogers mobile account and says that I don't have internet services with you but I do. Very poor user experience. Also there is no phone number provided. Shaw was way better.

    @Shawhelp Now the old TV box doesn't work & the new one to replace the defective one sent us won't arrive until Friday. This 'easy self-install' cost me a half-day & cost Rogers Shaw 3 hours of tech time, just so it could save a few bucks by not sending a techie. And we pay $$$$ for this.

    @Shawhelp Why is it always a struggle to connect to Tubi? Yes, I have unplugged and restarted my box multiple times and it rarely connects. I’m paying for the service I expected it to work. If not, I expect a discount on my bill this month because this is ridiculous.
