@Shawhelp I'm not interested anymore ok I made a mistake asking for help from @Shawhelp because why deal with a corporation that doesnt care to direct the call properly and make me feel stupid for calling. I just asked because Shaw does internet and hosting is built with web connectivity..

@shawhelp So disappointed in your level of service. Day 3 with no internet service and 2 no shows by you with zero communication when you canceled both service calls. 2 of us work from home and rely on having internet but that’s ok, it’s just work.
