@Shawhelp I have been having problems with a few HD channels, this has been going on for 2 months. The first time I mentioned it was via a chat, next time was DM. There is some picture but mainly scrambled pixels. I shouldn't have to pay full pop for less than 100% product.

  • VI_CYC SR (@VI_CYC) reported from Nanaimo, British Columbia

@Shawhelp Why does the Weather Network default to a city where I am not located? It isn't helpful to have the temperature, wind and forecast for Victoria when I don't live in Victoria. How can I change it to my location?

  • PeterVogel Peter Vogel (@PeterVogel) reported

@Shawhelp Yes, it was a local re-allocation. The BlueCurve box underwent an extended startup after the power cut. Again, thanks for you prompt help. So far it seems only the one device, a headless Raspberry Pi, was allocated a new IP address.

  • PeterVogel Peter Vogel (@PeterVogel) reported

@Shawhelp How can I look up my connected device IP addresses on the home network? Is there a section for this within MyShaw / Internet?

  • Landos23 Landon Snyder (@Landos23) reported

@Shawhelp is there any reason that I haven’t been able to keep a steady signal at my house in Airdrie the past week?? It’s been ridiculous, having to unplug the modem every couple hours and such and it barely works then

@Shawhelp Your rep already confirmed there is an issue. But it's been 2 days since this slowdown. The speeds are slow since your Lower Mainland service maintenance of May 27.

  • JerSyeg 74 - Jeremy⚡️ (@JerSyeg) reported

@Shawhelp Same issue for me in Sherwood Park. Internet is BRUTAL, TV isn't working ether. The family is in quarantine... really not enjoying this.
