@Shawhelp I have been having problems with a few HD channels, this has been going on for 2 months. The first time I mentioned it was via a chat, next time was DM. There is some picture but mainly scrambled pixels. I shouldn't have to pay full pop for less than 100% product.

  • VI_CYC SR (@VI_CYC) reported from Nanaimo, British Columbia

@Shawhelp Why does the Weather Network default to a city where I am not located? It isn't helpful to have the temperature, wind and forecast for Victoria when I don't live in Victoria. How can I change it to my location?

@Shawhelp YOU guys have been great, I have done everything that I can at this point. Even going so far as completely wiping and reinstalling my own computer after line tech came and ran a new line from box to my modem. It's either throttling, or an infrastructure problem at this point…

  • LizSoutham Elizabeth Southam (@LizSoutham) reported

@Shawhelp what is going on with the Shaw Gateways? My cable is all screwed up, is this an issue? Or is it just my issue?

  • The_Mrs_Ward 💐Melissa💐 (@The_Mrs_Ward) reported

@ravenfairy13 @Rogers @ShawInfo Yes, Disney works well on all my other platforms, so I agree it has to be an issue with their app. I do wonder if now that Roger's has taken over if some testing is happening and messing things up.

  • jskaemjs Joseph Paul (@jskaemjs) reported

@ShawInfo I have had the worst customer service from Shaw. I got my service installed two weeks ago. And have been trying to resolve an issue. Nobody can help me. I have tried to escalate to management twice now with promises of a call back within 1-2 business days and nothing!

  • HollyHollywood8 Just Me (@HollyHollywood8) reported

@Shawhelp your channel 21 (W Network) is glitchy. Other channels are just fine.

  • Deprio12 Gregory Arnold (@Deprio12) reported from Thunder Bay, Ontario

@MrComplaintBox @ShawInfo Elderly parents switched to Bluecurve wifi tv last month. The main TV won’t work. Been glitchy since installed. Shaw can’t send a TEC to fix until May. Chat line is useless. No customer service. 2 weeks senior citizens no service. Pathetic! Brutal!

  • TimJ72371546 Tim J (@TimJ72371546) reported

@Shawhelp Very dissapointing service, is it the customers job to remind you to update the page? There still isn't service it's been over 14 hours now. There wasn't any bad weather or anything. What's the process to cancel the service. As I will be filing a complaint with the CRTC as well.

  • Dustin93802773 Dustin (@Dustin93802773) reported

@Shawhelp Do you know about any time frame this outage will be fixed. And if it's gonna be all night do us customers get some sort of discount on our services because of the inconvenience

  • TheEarlofElie1 The Earl of Elie (@TheEarlofElie1) reported from Cartier, Manitoba

  • mike_rowan_van Mike Rowan (@mike_rowan_van) reported

@Danfkaz @Shawhelp The plan is $20 and you get a $15 credit for being a Shaw customer plus another $5 credit for setting up pre-authorized payments so it comes to $0. But do check your bills because they screwed up on my $5 credits.
