@Shawhelp Why does the Weather Network default to a city where I am not located? It isn't helpful to have the temperature, wind and forecast for Victoria when I don't live in Victoria. How can I change it to my location?

@Shawhelp I have been having problems with a few HD channels, this has been going on for 2 months. The first time I mentioned it was via a chat, next time was DM. There is some picture but mainly scrambled pixels. I shouldn't have to pay full pop for less than 100% product.

  • ballsy66
darrin wright (@ballsy66) reported from Nanaimo, British Columbia

@Shawhelp To continue, there's no sound either. I will probably start a chat after work. This is no acceptable, the service has been great until now.

@Shawhelp I’ve been trying for a while for a solution, but it looks like we will end up changing providers next month, as we have not found a solution and I’m not the only one who has this issue with the X series modems.

  • Alex_Deggs
    Alex Deggs (@Alex_Deggs) reported

@Shawhelp I have tried all before contacting you. Besides I have tried to login on different devices that I have never used my Rogers account on and it’s the same. Takes me back to login page. Is there somewhere I can be referred to for more help. My security cameras are super important

@Shawhelp I already called, and they said no. I’ve been a customer for years and so has my family.

  • HeldyCarvalho
    Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported

@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

  • stitchlady
    Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported

@M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!
