...problem is the word for last hour was "duty", now I may be too drunk to keep playing today. When congress reconvenes i hope the trigger word is more obscure..... @Shawhelp claims crewmembers are working on the issue.... its been over 2 weeks with nothing getting fixed.

Great work @Shawhelp - your technicians have now missed TWO of their scheduled appointments to install internet at our house. And now we have ZERO internet. Please sort it out and get a technician here ASAP. If this is how your new customer setup process goes, not sure I'll stay!
