@Shawhelp I have been having problems with a few HD channels, this has been going on for 2 months. The first time I mentioned it was via a chat, next time was DM. There is some picture but mainly scrambled pixels. I shouldn't have to pay full pop for less than 100% product.

Hey @Shawhelp, what's the point of signing up for eBill if all your service does is send out notification that a bill is available for viewing online? Why not just take that one extra step and actually SEND the bill as a PDF?

@Big_L4_Life @Shawhelp I just tried it out today. Signal is so compressed it barely even looks 4K. The scoreboard is not sharp at all. Very disappointed in the quality compared to other 4K I've seen.

@mscaletta @Shawhelp just checked and mine is the same but works on the TSN app try there Shaw needs to fix this.
