    @Shawhelp 2 of 2. They say not to worry. They'll send someone back on the 11th!! They won't come any sooner they're too busy?? tho he's my 84 year old dad has begged about 15 agents on the phone!! Complete crap!! I'm switching to Telus. So are they!!

    i used to really like @ShawInfo but has their customer service ever gone downhill. what an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. always have to talk to five different people to try and get issues solved.

    @PaulDoroshenko @Shawhelp #Shaw is notorious for poor service and their newer cable boxes are crap - the guide option sucks.

    @Shawhelp You can hope all you want, and you may we'll be trying, a few individuals may even stand out, but no. As a whole, Shaw's customer support is a wasteland of inconvenience and ineptitude where drones can only follow the flowchart that seemingly seeks to blame the customers.
