@Shawhelp Why does the Weather Network default to a city where I am not located? It isn't helpful to have the temperature, wind and forecast for Victoria when I don't live in Victoria. How can I change it to my location?

Way to go @ABCNetwork @kxly4news. You cut away from the LSU vs Purdue Bowl Game for a paid hour long infomercial from RoboCutter. At least that’s how we are seeing it in Canada. Maybe it’s a @ShawInfo issue but regardless it’s a New Years FAIL

@Shawhelp Thank you! @Telus technician is finally here - 37 hours later….@Shawhelp you will be gaining some new customers. There are 3 homes that have been without service and if we’d been Shaw customers we would have had our service restored in a timely manner.
