@Shawhelp Called today and now have had services started. Problem is, since we had to wait until Friday to activate, we missed any chance of internet for the weekend as you would not mail before so we would be ready. Now we wait until Monday for the tech show up and hope all good...

Shaw is down again! Shaw went down at November 4, 2022 at 06:50PM in Langley. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. shawhelp

@Shawhelp disconnected my service for delayed payment ( due to family emergency). I reached to customer care service via WhattsApp @188842722222 for payment plan arrangement. She refused, promised supervisor to call ( never did), now I am being charged for contact breach fees?

@Shawhelp Shaw had three opportunities to make this right. That’s right. I called and spoke to three different people about my ongoing issue with the service. I was offered a 14 day credit for a 36 day problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He told me to shut up.

@ShawInfo After calling a week ago to make appointment for install of new service and being told must pay first, payday is Friday. I have waited patiently and the day came and I have made agreed payment. Now being told I must wait 4 more days as nobody I can get equip from. Lame
