@ShawInfo your customer service people and technical support system are terrible. You really need to train them better and allow them to use common sense instead of relying on a playbook.

I'm so tired of fighting with @Shawhelp about internet problems. Seems to me I'm getting throttled down to nothing every evening sometimes for a few moments.. Other times like last night and tonight, for hours. All to be told there's nothing wrong. =/

@Shawhelp is your mobile service down as well in some areas near Langley? I added data to my cell plan today because Internet was down, it worked for a bit, and then IT went down too. Why would mobile data ALSO be affected?
