    @startca can you confirm that Start cable is in fact down in London? Media saying outage largely resolved yet day 3 now, my $100 a month service with Start still not working.

    @ChrisMi74417341 @ShaziaC49004611 @startca They ARE installing their own; it's just a long process. They're rolling out in London, ON now, and as they're able, they're making their own Fibe network available to all their customers. They aren't sitting on their hands; they're being proactive.

    @startca @_alenperic Be clear on this; Start is not "doing anything" right now. They can't. Every single thing our internet is doing now is Rogers trying to fix their error. Don't ***** at Start; they're victims in this as well. I hope they get a huge compensation from Rogers when this is all over!

    @vasta @startca Ours in NW (@startca) isn’t stable yet either. I’m still continually defaulting to my old bell hi-speed phone service for reliable connection. I was wondering the same thing, hoping it’s back to normal by Monday!

    @Cruu__ @startca Unfortunately, Start probably can't give an estimate because the problem is in the cable network, which is owned and managed by Rogers... Start (and every other ISP who offers cable internet) are at the mercy of Rogers's network techs.

    @startca Morning! Is it worth calling for a new issue? My internet is out and hasn't been all weekend. I just don't know if it's related to the outage or a new issue, no Rogers except cellular in my community.
