@startca My internet is working fine. It's just the home phone. I reset the VoIP device but still. Also my other address has intermittent internet. We should be compensated for this outage!

@startca None of the above interestingly - I mainly use a desktop computer with a wireless adapter because there's no good way of running ethernet in my ancient townhouse, and powerline is slow.

@CP24 What does that literally equate to in #dollars and #cents. How are smaller companies like the Southwestern service provider @Startca that piggyback on @Rogers how will they reimburse customers & how timely will this all happen.
