DO NOT USE @startca. Their product is awful and their customer service is even worse. Looking at you A. Kelleher-Lizotte and Emilie C. WORST ISP out there

  • JohnnyLaRue_ Johnny LaRue (@JohnnyLaRue_) reported

@startca is the internet down in Orangeville? What's going on?

  • JKamenar Jaclyn Kamenar (@JKamenar) reported

@startca switching internet services. I am tired of the unstable internet speeds. I am now paying 70 bucks a month for poor performance. I have found a new provider with better speeds and 20/month less. Thank you #Oxio

  • Serbtastic Mike Stankovic (@Serbtastic) reported

@startca it looks like internet just went down in Stoney Creek, possibly weather related?

  • _log1n_ Paradigm Shift (@_log1n_) reported

@startca Pulling 192.168.100.0/24 addresses from start cable modem. Atypical. Dhcp server down?

  • T_Maniac13 a little alternative, don’t you think? 🏳️‍🌈 (@T_Maniac13) reported

@startca Are you guys having issues out in Dufferin County? My internet has been going in and out randomly since last night.

  • SaltedCashews Christopher Lewis (@SaltedCashews) reported

@geebs1983 @beisan @startca Ran into same, but lines were Rogers. On the Start side, I get Tier 3 help. She spent days narrowing down very odd and specific issues, and even tried to 'fudged reports to get Rogers out twice to tweak things - which worked. Love Start overall, but can't wait for their fibre.

  • F8TheUncreator Ty (@F8TheUncreator) reported

@startca you guys need to figure out a way too let us know the service is down and an estimated time it's coming back on, paying for services that don't work on a regular basis is not what anyone wants. If it's an issue with the lines you rent, time too look at new lines to run.

  • ChrisEdgeMusic Christopher Edge (@ChrisEdgeMusic) reported

@startca do you have issues in Niagara region? My upload speed of 20mbs is far off that mark at 670kbps.

  • DerekStrelioff Derek Strelioff (@DerekStrelioff) reported

@MGirash @beisan @startca I'd second them. No issues with speed, throttling, caps, etc. Only downtimes were network-wide from the big ISP's they use, but their customer service was always clear about communicating it.
