@startca Instead of doing these dumb quizzes why don’t you fix CNN!!!!!!

  • ronthetvtech Ron (@ronthetvtech) reported from Central Elgin, Ontario

@startca Ok CNN has now been down for over a week . It was down before the big Rogers fiasco. How about either some of that transparency we have herd so much about or some actual news or effort regarding this outage. This has happened before please tell us what’s really happening!

  • slicemage Slicemage (@slicemage) reported

@startca None of the above interestingly - I mainly use a desktop computer with a wireless adapter because there's no good way of running ethernet in my ancient townhouse, and powerline is slow.

  • HelloGlamorous JoJo. (@HelloGlamorous) reported

@startca my network keeps dropping and your website is giving connection refused

  • 2sidesof49 2sidesof49 (@2sidesof49) reported

@startca Was expecting a few dollars credit based on outage last month given that Rogers gave a 5 day credit to their customers.

  • steve_ca2002 Keep Left (@steve_ca2002) reported

@startca Hey Start! Did you forget to pay the bill @ CNN? More rate increases and less service AGAIN!

  • HelloGlamorous JoJo. (@HelloGlamorous) reported

@startca love that despite the 3 day outage my bill was $15 higher than normal lmao

  • RAlexanderD Alexander.D (@RAlexanderD) reported

@BryanPassifiume @RogersHelps I've been a huge fan of the level of customer service I have received over the years from @startca (sub off Rogers I know) however call centre LOCAL, never a long cue, and nothing but friendly helpful assistance. Also have referral program. Please PM for email.

  • guglio08 Chris Guglielmelli (@guglio08) reported

@MushPortobello @startca If you pay for service and that service isn't provided, you should be refunded. Period.

  • JordLee25 Jordan (@JordLee25) reported

@startca No thanks. The past 3 times this has happened, I call but you can't fix it over the phone, so I have to schedule a tech to come over. By the evening, the issue's resolved, so I have to call back and cancel the tech only to hear that "yes there was an outage in your area earlier".

  • steve_ca2002 Keep Left (@steve_ca2002) reported

@startca Simply communicating this to your clients would save a lot of frustration and calls for help. There is a world of ways to keep your customers informed. "Known current issues and outages" should be front and center on your website. Be proactive so your customers aren't reactive.
