    Still waiting to hear from @startca to see if there are any outages. Have re-started modem and router more than once. Still no internet at home (good thing I’m not working right now). All lights on modem, but are completely solid. What a pita.

    @Mikeggibbs Check out @startca. I dumped Rogers for Start in 2013 due to frequent outages. Start uses Rogers infrastructure, but I had virtually no down time for the 5 or 6 years they supplied my internet.

    @startca Yes, I've never had an issue contacting your team if I need support. I can't say the same regarding the "big three" where you're stuck on hold for 2+ hours.
