@RogersHelps No problem. It took me an hour to switch to Telus the day after, plus I used the opportunity to locking for 2 years with a new phone. Thanks Rogers.

  • Hockey_Mom_Rvw Kathy Chapman (@Hockey_Mom_Rvw) reported

@onesoccer @AlexGangueRuzic Won’t work if they are going to only be broadcast on a pay network that is not included in any channel package beyond Telus.

  • JackMeseyton Джек 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@JackMeseyton) reported

@paigesellis My company has but the switch was in the works before the outage. I told the Telus reps yesterday they were 5 days late coming to switch our phones. haha

  • SquatchMcTimbit Squatch McTimbit (@SquatchMcTimbit) reported

disconnected. Got a voicemail but not call, from the Telus rep I was speaking to. It has been nothing but a frigging gong show since we signed up with you 2 years ago. I've NEVER had to escalate to managers with *any* business like I've had to with Telus. We will be calling

  • thetrblwthtracy tracy gora (@thetrblwthtracy) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@TELUS where are the reward points for my cell service? I pay $163/month and get nothing. The pmt is never late & I’ve been a customer since 2012. My Home Services are LINKED. Norton Security is LINKED. My Apple Watch is LINKED. Fourteen points in almost 2 years?? C’mon #telus

  • jgvanides Jim Vanides (@jgvanides) reported

@RogersHelps - More details: We are AT&T customers who roam while visiting Montreal. Whenever the Telus signal was stronger, our phone would switch to Telus and work. During a one-brand outage, customers need to be able to manually choose which signal to connect to!!

  • MikeJef52847703 Mike Jeffries (@MikeJef52847703) reported

@SoniaFurstenau @adriandix @bcndp If you shut down Telus health what will you accomplish? What? You assume those docs will go back into the public system! Why would they? They will just leave and you accomplish *nothing*!

  • Daytripinanhour Kevin Kenny (@Daytripinanhour) reported

@RogersHelps This isn’t the 1st time Rogers has let us down. Bell and Telus looks good.

  • SmolSwampWitch Bee (@SmolSwampWitch) reported

I love these wait times when you call @TELUS and are on hold for over an hour and then it picks up finally and they hang up on you only for you to call back & be on hold for another hour and told your BUSINESS account doesn't exist? Excuse me? This is pathetic

  • Mystic_Gogeta Gogeta (@Mystic_Gogeta) reported

@MsJLopez @RogersHelps This can literally happen to anyone, if Telus was the one giving the service it can happen to them if the government ran the service themselves it can happen to them.
