@TELUS - When most small businesses are able to absorb the cost of credit card fee, you being such a top company in Canada are shamelessly passing it on to your customers. I regret switching to @TELUS big time. Never going to renew my contract with you.

@TELUS just got notification that in addition to outrageously high fees it is now my responsibility to pay YOUR processing fee. You have just lost a customer. #byebyeTelus

I'll be honest. I take personal joy in seeing the entirety of @Telus user base shitting on them. I hope their entire company burns to the ground, and is pissed on while their employees beg for more money from customers they **** over. **** TELUS!

Hey @telus, you just lost a 30 year customer. Phone companies already charge a lot in Canada and now you have to charge for using your credit card too? I'm done with you!!

We're at that point on a Friday night where you've been on hold with @TELUS for just under 2 hours + you have been worried for awhile now that they've shut down for the weekend and yet continue to repeat the "all of our operators are helping other customers..." message regardless

@TELUS I find absolutely ridiculous that you still don’t have a callback feature for your customer support. Making your customers sit on hold for hours for basic customer service is a disgrace.

@yvonneparsley I would be calling Telus on him and my neighbors to cancel their service. His aggressiveness is totally unwarranted anywhere. I know he has a job to do and a living to make but not need to harass you
