I have paid for over 2 years for a premium service and have received TERRIBLE service from tech support, and internet speeds.

Plus a horrible regulator that increases costs. Nevertheless, they are lots of opportunities to reduce internal costs of their business processes.

I am paying $50 a month to Freedom Mobile for Unlimited Canada-US Talk, Text, with Bonus Data applied.
