@lukin2006 @mgeist @rexglacer Quite a lot of people have no other choice, so switching isn't an option. And switch to whom? Bell? Telus? Bah. Canada has almost no real competition that helps drive pricing down and service quality up, and the big 3 have no incentive to outperform one another.

@oneplus Hey, seem like my parent's oneplus 7t both stopped working with all google services after one of your update, we are all on Koodo/Telus services. any idea on how to fix that? tried to change the APN without success.

@adilally3 @TELUSsupport I live in Alberta and we have Fiber at home, Telus stopped using what you are talking about and has been laying down and replacing old lines with fiber optic for years. Just have to be patient since fiber lines that get put down only go a few meters before needing a box.

A phone call to @telus reaffirmed my choice to cancel EVERY service w/them. My security term was 2yrs (noted in my calendar) but turns out it’s 5yrs 🤔 So almost $400 to cancel and please return the equipment. 1/3
