@Shawhelp We’ve screen shots of every conversation with them. It’s every 24- 48 hours. We will be speaking to @TELUS to bring us service since it’s obvious Shaw can’t nor do they care.

@TELUSsupport Need plan modification for a student. Costing a lot telus mobility as compare with other network providers. No doubt wonderful service. Request telus to retain customers. My plan is 85 cad with taxes as a student difficult to pay. Or should i port to other network.

Heads up. The EPS 911 Dispatch Centre says TELUS Mobility customers calling 911 can't hear operators. Operators can hear the caller, but not the other way around. People who call 911 will be called back, or can continue calling if the emergency remains. #yeg #yegcc

Does Telus actually think it's ok to say they will provide a $200 credit for porting a phone number over 7 months ago and now not pay the money because they don't want to? I shouldn't have to fight to be a customer! Is this the Telus business model? Rip people off?
