-
Redbeard (@Southpontiac) reported@TELUS @DanielHill71510 Your “reduced service levels” are the reason you are losing customers. Just saying.
-
Jason 🇨🇦 (@JasonCraigBrown) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS They are horrible now! I recently fought with them over a returned Bring it Back phone. Between the AI gatekeepers and the foreign service reps, I'm ready to leave when my contract is up late this summer. I filed a complaint with the CCTS. It's they only way I got any response!
-
Ben Leonard (@dailygallows) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Had the same issue with Rogers last month. It ended with me uttering the words ‘I’ve been a customer for 13 years and don’t want to leave, do you not see how insane this is?’
-
TypeVFuture (@TypeVFuture) reportedThe BC government is investing 63 million to provide high-speed internet to 4,000 rural homes? It is planning to go through Telus which uses Starlink for in-flight services on Westjet. Why doesn't government directly contract Starlink to provide those 4,000 homes the most reliable internet service on the planet for a fraction of the cost? No logic. We need to change that. 63 million is nuts!
-
Canadawy (@Canadawy2) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Scam company worst customer service ever
-
PRL Sports Group (@PRLSG2019) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS I have been with them for over 20 years and lost my **** about a month ago. I am not sure how many escalations I had to go thru but got what was a simple request. It's become a clown show.
-
Mike (@fvkasm2x) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS We left them last year after 20 years! Problem after problem the past 3 years with no customer service or effort to fix the issues.

Fada (@dapsyfaj) reported@JonFraserTF @TELUS Canadian businesses suck on customer service , maybe because people have not learnt how to fight for their rights, they just vote silently with their feet. Sometimes you need to bang the table to reset their business brains
