@LukeRadau @TELUS I've got a booster too. Weird part is when my hub fails my cell phone still has good functional internet service. Thought they both worked off same cell signal.

Telus Screwed me on my contract for not taking responsibility to protect and fulfill their end of obligations. Three months I kept complaining, I would get a new representative, had to re-explain the hacking issues.I warned they will lose their best customer, I'm with Roger's now

@theJagmeetSingh I waited on hold for nearly 2h to speak to a customer service agent the other day with Telus and eventually I just gave up. What options do I have if all of the major Canadian providers have such poor customer service? Who will be my advocate?

@dockevinmcleod When this happens there needs to be a central office to help these pts., instead, it’s up to them! Dix should fix this instead of suing Telus. If Dix is so concerned with Medicare he needs to see that he himself is violating its principles more than Telus!

CEO OF TELUS, Darren Entwistle posed as BMO Bank Manger for Commercial & Broadway, argued they were persistent to close my accounts because of an issue with another advisor, I wasn't satisfied with procedures of hacker's. I just yelled at the punk "your a jackass" Imagine that!
