  @NelsonHackewich @cjones2451 That isn’t even the inherent problem. Eg. Flames has Telus as helmet sponsor while NHL obviously partners with Rogers. This issue is whether those team-level deals having exclusivity in team/player branding over the league. I honestly didn’t even know that was a thing lol

  @MelissaLMRogers Telus did this, a couple of decades ago, and it almost broke the company. No quality service, no qualified repairs, no experienced executives.

  @ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport The customer service & service itself at Telus was so bad I switched to starlink. Imagine being threatened with a 250$ bill, by a member at a foreign call centre if I'm not home to fix your terribel services. Most of the calls- unintelligible!

  @GeorgeHampton25 @WestJet WJ wanted cheap customer service they got it. The agents in Telus El Salvador have a mediocre English level, they can't even understand a spelling, they work with "scripts" unnatural customer service, then they grow after 1 month of training without any exp in airlines at all

  Frustrated about Telus customer service. After they acquired ADT they don’t know how to restore a portal password. 7 hours on the phone with 9 different agents over the last 30 days No one knows how to do it. @TELUS @TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness
