    @DaveDevineOnAir @TELUS Yeah I was pissed, at least they give us the option to take it right from our debit at no charge but like… wtf? Customer not friendly… specially when they had us all sign up for it originally cuz they were promoting it to us as a good thing. #greedy

    @TELUSsupport we live in the T2X postal code in Alberta, from morning we do not have internet. This is the second time there is an internet outage in 4 days and additionally today support line for telus support is not working as well (888) 811-2323). Is telus internet is reliable

    What's the problem that makes it much more expensive for Shaw to replace their coax with fibre than for Telus to replace their twisted pair with the same? Lack of underground conduit or something? Maybe they don't own any horizontal drills?

    @PNM_79 @elonmusk Telus doesn’t have fibre optics. It is very slow. Mobile signals are bad in area. Shaw did a phone survey asking if we would switch if we did fibre. We said yes but that was 2 years ago.

    @colorofpretty @TELUS @FriendlyFuture Koodo customer also and have really bad cell coverage. Phone calls even cut out or disconnect.

    Hi Blair - I’ve been a tax-paying resident of Walnut Grove for the last 14 years; I’m very interested in your thoughts on the appalling lack of high speed internet service available to us in the Township, specifically through Telus. Any plans on reviewing that? @BlairWhitmarsh

    @megstoll @Shawhelp @TELUS I still have PTSD from dealing with Shaw. It was just awful. When they finally laid the fibre optic lines I couldn't have been happier to go to Telus. Yes, they've overly expensive, but they always deliver what they advertise. Which is a lot more than I could say for Shaw
