@RobSomerville1 @TELUS It all depends on the how and where the antenna gets placed... Trick is to have service provider more troubled by the poor service you receive than you are...then they can start owning the problem.

@hishamzerriffi @TELUS That's so generous of you Hisham! I couldn't ask you to do that! My defense is 11-3 so I don't think the connection should be too bad at home, you just never know up here in the mountains!

What is with @ShawInfo ? From August to December my monthly bill is up $26 for the same level of service? Maybe should be looking closer at those Telus flyers. Apparently customer loyalty means nothing.

@lizzyinyyc @youseepeeYYC I made it clear to telus that I expected the installer to be vaxed- I checked his QR code- and masked, and there was no problem.

@GeoEdResearch @aalayna23 @TELUS We have had to fight our university to give grad students any sort of support from the beginning. Like tooth and nail fight, to the deans office/grad school. It's a joke.

@boatdocksmith I was with Vivint and switched to Telus. Pretty much the same equipment, however the customer service is much better. Also price is lower with Telus.
