@kirst_alyssa @TELUS Sorry to hear that. It’s like that in the states as well. Sucks.

  • kirst_alyssa Kirsten Alyssa 🪴🤍 (@kirst_alyssa) reported

@MUngarian @TELUS I’m not sure how to process this either. They wouldn’t do anything for me. I’m so disappointed in them and it’s super unfortunate, but what else can I do? I’ve fought and complained and nothing so **** them. They don’t care so I’m leaving them.

  • Oxcanhosting Steve (@Oxcanhosting) reported

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS Shaws coverage outside major centres is just terrible just a heads up. What Ive done is sign up with Rogers, port your number over, no phone so no contract, then contact Telus as a “new customer” and port the number back

  • twiterchitchat S D (@twiterchitchat) reported

@ShawInfo @PrideatWorkCAN How about trying to keep straight people using Shaw internet even after using The services for over 10 years and offer them good rates? You lost us as customers when Telus offered us 1000gb for $79/month. And u wanted $89/mo for 500gb!! Shaw sucks . Keep the pride happy I guess

  • tmill50 T Mills (Gespacho Patrol) (@tmill50) reported

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS I think it’s the same with anyone. I was a Shaw customer for 15 years and all of a sudden my rates skyrocketed after a 2 year contract. After multiple calls I left for Telus. Only when I cancelled on them did they offer a discount. They are both the same IMO

  • emailis4friends DB from YEG (@emailis4friends) reported

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS The most annoying part is the amount of time the customer needs to spend on this ****. Why do I need to spend hours talking to them and then other companies to deal with this? Make it easy like every other customer service company.

  • RRolyat Retswerb Rolyat (@RRolyat) reported

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS Canadian service providers are garbage

  • bbailer Bailer (@bbailer) reported

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS Always find out the pricing of who you wanna switch to first. I phoned to cancel after having enough and they quickly beat the competition prices to keep me. As soon as they hear cancel things seem to change

  • AnthonyP1981 Anthony Parker🏈 (@AnthonyP1981) reported

@kirst_alyssa @TELUS Their cell service isn’t much better
