God speed the technician that comes back to deal with these @TELUS network issues because we have pages and pages of notes and screenshots and videos where we go from our 60 mbps to 0 until we reboot the system they fixed Thursday. I have to find somewhere to work tomorrow.

@Breeze_CA @TELUS Oh I hear ya When I have to call Telus on an issue it takes me no less than 2 hours I had fibre optic installed recently because I was told when talking to agent would make Internet faster. After I got it installed the guy said not the case-depends on how much you pay per month

  • eenied Erin Danforth (@eenied) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@BilskiSuzanne I still have one because every time I try to cancel it Telus lowers my rate and offers me discounts on my cable/internet. Pretty soon they will be paying me to have a landline. (I’m 48)
