@TELUSsupport No, it wasn’t sorted. Tech didn’t show up Saturday, as promised & then I received an email saying a tech would arrive Dec 5th, without any consultation with me as to time & day! After 44 years w/Telus, I cancelled my service and am now with Shaw.

  • MathesonJoey Joey Matheson (@MathesonJoey) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport we shouldn’t still have to be dealing with poor cell service during a power outage. Didn’t you learn from #hurricanefiona? @nsgov please keep pressing these companies.

  • Matt_Jantzi Matthew Jantzi (@Matt_Jantzi) reported

@PeterofRecord @FinEconGlobal Same. Telus Black Friday offers are crap - lease an iPhone13, charge more to drop my current plan. 25+ years as a mobility customer means SFA lol

@TELUSsupport is there an outage in Edmonton? My internet/tv has been out for a couple of hours. Been waiting on hold for nearly an hour. Not happy with #telus at all. Nothing but issues since I signed up with Telus in the summer. @TELUS

  • exit266 exit266 (@exit266) reported

Also, @TELUS you should legally be required to replace all the Huawei units you have installed in customer business and homes even after it was proven they were a security risk.

  • ehhbcdefg Dette (@ehhbcdefg) reported

@TELUS still requires employees to be vaccinated. I have been a Telus customer for several years (mobile & home services). Does anyone have any recommendations for different service providers for service in Alberta? I do not support forced vaccinations for employees. #cdn #ab

@elonmusk @Liz_Wheeler I mean. I'd be all over it if it was available in Canada as Bell Rogers and Telus are *** What we are charged versus what we get in service is appalling to international friends of mine.

  • heresjono Jon Hagan (@heresjono) reported

Lol…someone actually answered my call then put me on hold. @TELUS, You’ll never guess what happened?! I got cut off…
