    @SullyCanuck87 @jodyvance @TELUS I have had 10 techs out in 8 years and gone through 6 modems and rewire and still having issues and each time l am on hold for at least an hour

    @garymasonglobe @TELUS Telus is terrible, my sister went back to Rogers Shaw. I left them too years ago. No one is perfect but at least it is ok.

    Have you ever had trouble reaching customer service at a large corporation? That was my experience earlier this week with @Telus and yes, I was frustrated. BUT then @TELUSsupport came through and looked after me 100% including pro-active follow-up. Thank you @TELUS

    @jodyvance @TELUS Does your video β€˜wig out’ (quit!’)? Had that issue for weeks including hockey πŸ† OT! Insisted on a person coming to house! Turned out our WiFi box was broken! β€˜Canceling’ threat helps. 🀞πŸ₯°

    @TELUS While we’re at it fix the volume of the Apple TV app. It’s 30% lower than every other app resulting it wild volume fluctuations when switching apps.

    @jodyvance @TELUS We had similar problems and when we contacted the CRTC, suddenly, Telus was moving like lightening to fix every problem and crediting our account.
