@thenorthaspoken I am in Gaspè Quebec, I am working for Telus Quebec now, and traveling in Quebec is my part of job, I have wavier for lockdown in Quebec, which won’t work in Ontario, and Ontario is going into lockdown from tonight. So it sucks.

@Julia_Sisler @Rogers My experience has always been Telus has the best customer service. Could be worth staying with Rogers if they offer a good retention deal though. Telus offered me a $65 15GB plan with a $10/mo reoccurring credit, so $55/mo. If Rogers made a similar offer, could be worth staying.

@TELUS it is too bad when I last conversed with you about an issue with ordering on demand movies, and I was advised to put the purchase pin on the TV, it would have been helpful to know you need to do it in EACH TV! #telus #optiktv

@TELUS 3. Today my husband after chatting with service online he was told they were unable to help him. After waiting for the call-back, the person on the other end of the line, just kept saying he couldn’t hear him and hung up. After being life customers, this is unacceptable

@TELUS your customer service is deplorable. 1. My Mom had to call 3 times a couple of weeks ago because she kept getting hung up on after waiting an hour. 2. On Friday I called to get service and after an hour of waiting on hold the person hung up on me, no call back. Cont.
