@TELUS brags about community support but won’t provide rural customers with decent coverage.

  • TheSouthPawDog TheSouthPaw🍁 (@TheSouthPawDog) reported

@calgaryherald @TELUS How about northern Alberta? Our only option is Telus 6, most days we get less than 2mbps. Telus will literally lose every customer they have here when starlink becomes available, over half my workplace has already bought their starlink equipment and are just waiting.

  • DanEstey5 Daniel Estey (@DanEstey5) reported

Completely put out and pissed off at @TELUS @TELUSsupport for the service that they just gave my wife. After minimal use of her phone, she is showing that her phone motored through 8GB of data in a 24 hour time period. She then called to try and get help and…

@TELUS can’t even get to internet in my house WTf ? My Rogers cell bill is an extra $400 for all the data we have to use on our phones #badwifi #sendtechagain

  • KentHurst19 Kent Hurst (@KentHurst19) reported

@TELUS after many complaints to Telus about crappy service along the Trans Canada between Elie and Brandon, being told not enough customers to warrant better service, they refuse to use towers along the highway that are newer and already there, ready to drop this company

  • CanadianCritic3 CanadianCritic (@CanadianCritic3) reported

@edmontonjournal @TELUS This is stupid. Vast portions of the economy do not need any internet at all. Do roads get paved from home? Food grown? Buildings built? Stop shilling for more govt handouts

  • __TJ__ traceyjohnson (@__TJ__) reported

@TELUSNews @ToddDohertyMP @TELUS Todd Doherty should be pressuring telus into connecting communities like ours, inside city limits of Prince George but worlds most awful internet. Miworth and cranbrook hill road deserve better

  • pond7 Brad Pond (@pond7) reported

@JoeMcFarland I had Telus before. Been a Shaw customer for nearly 5 years now. Shaw quality and value for your dollar is far superior to Telus

  • haykeye13 Looking for Truth (@haykeye13) reported

@calgaryherald @TELUS Your network is unusable for most of the day at my farm. Between traffic shaping and connection issues, your network is useless in my area. Can't wait for my starlink dish to arrive! Good bye Canadian telecom gouging! #NationalizeTelecom #Oligopoly #Robellus

  • FechoLarry Larry Fecho (@FechoLarry) reported

@jkenney @TELUS Payback... while getting much help from UCP in the Babylon setup...
