@HockeyCanada Pretty dumb how Telus didn’t put their dumb logo on the boys helmet but they have no problem throwing it on the womens helmet. You either black list hockey Canada or you don’t because the last time I checked, this years world junior kids weren’t involved in those things either

@thecaitdiaries @nthlstrgn 1) I am so sorry he didn’t make sure your stuff went over (I work for GBS but we sell for telus) 2)… poor man set himself up for failure when he said 20mins.. a data transfer & software update (iPhones all have one) take about an hour.. ugh I’m so sorry

@LouiseRiopel1 @TELUS That’s why I always take out my Canadian SIM card and swap it out for a local one. Usually I do pay-as-you-go, but I’d heard it was not difficult to cancel a Free Mobile contract in France so I took the risk.

@ScottBilleck My whole family is on Telus and none of us received an alert. My work phone is bell - no alert. I did, however, get an alert notification from the Weather Network app about a "Public Safety Alert" So, yeah, thanks Weather Network for keeping me updated on emergency alerts.

@Telus, train your front line phone people to listen and not interrupt when someone tries to explain something. All it does is create a tension not needed. The person higher up I talked to at end was way better, knew their stuff, and was more helpful and understanding. All good!
