@TELUS thanks for making my day. I had pblm with cust serv, they telling me st and I getting st else loosing my Shaw 150MBps ending up with Telus internet 25.I thought it’s my bad English tht cozd all these . But same thing hpnd with my English speaking buddy 🤪. So happy

Second issue: The DSL Telus provides sucks, and everything about trying to get internet out here and dealing with Telus has been a horrible example of the absolute disdain Telus holds for its customers.

Ya know for company's like telus,shaw,bell and all those cell companies to cut ppl off b4 Christmas is not only gutless and heartless its bloody down right wrong when everyone is going throw a major pandemic it's nothing but greedy and disgustingly wrong u all should b ASHAMED !!

Lol! Merry Christmas to the scabs at Shaw Cable. Just got a collection notice for a bill I paid weeks ago from cancelling my service in November. I'm getting 10x the speed for half the price with Telus. Shaw's new Fibre plans are a scam.

I am willing to work with Telus on the above problems. To be as flexible as is reasonable, and to find compromises that work for both parties, *and in which Telus still turns a profit*. If Telus can't figure out how to help ME with this, how well are they going to help others?

Oddly, Owen NEVER got a text. We tried it twice. I think that sealed the deal for them. In the end, we told TELUS to disable all 3rd party purchases on our accounts, and got Owen a new number (we were concerned that the number he had was no longer secure).

I have asked Telus to move my account from my SMB - where I am the Authorized Individual - to my personal account, and Telus has said "no, we will not do that unless you present your ID physically to us at a Telus store". I have MULTIPLE problems with this requirement.

Massive thanks to @TELUS @TELUSsupport for ruining our virtual Christmas. Sent a tech to our house to fix our internet 4 hours earlier than what was agreed - he left. Then finally we got in touch with the tech only to learn that we can't be helped for the next 2 days.
