    @TELUSsupport my elderly aunt’s number, that I call nearly every day, is suddenly saying that it’s not an assigned number. And her Telus cell phone is also not working. Is there a network problem causing this?

    @fanCRTCProfling @jfmezei I have seen their mobile emergency deployment AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. Impressive, One of my friends who work on AT&T Mobile emergency deployment. They already have designation connect at a specific location. Investment pays off! 911 connect remains. Bell, Rogers, Telus???

    @TELUS I just tried calling your loyalty dept - and after being on hold for 5 mins it rang for over 40 rings and then disconnected me. Not impressed and doesn’t make me feel valued as a customer.
