They don’t tell you about roaming charges until you are already roaming, whereas their biggest competitor @Rogers offers a flat rate roaming option automatically. I kept telling them to replace the pvr box, they keep making me jump through hoops, unplug this and that. Records shows for 3 seconds, some play until I fast forward and then shuts off. Replaced box and now everything works.

I hate to suggest the private service cannibalizing public health but Telus Health could probably put you in touch with an MD.. if you can scan and send the form they might be able to print, stamp, scan, send it back.. but maybe not I dunno
