    @TELUS I’ve been a customer for almost 30 years & am frustrated by the inability to reach support. It’s 8 pm …the site says 24/7 support… so untrue. Situation requiring the ability to speak with someone. Tried more than once this week. Looking for a new provider.

    @TheRealKeean @Victoria59L @JeanCharest_ Mr. Charest you got Huawei 5G in Telus Nationwide-Health Canada used Telus network to collect all of our Cell #'s. Simple Question: What else did they collect? Our email address's-address books? Cloud storage? Document files? You need to fully disclose what was collected!

    **** Mobile and Internet Services Period. Highway robbery. @Bell @TELUS @Rogers you guys have ALL of the business. Do better. If you're not going to work on the robbing people part. AT LEAST start communicating changes better. My communications prof would have failed all of you.

    @TELUSsupport The latest from you folks……. Got an email reminding me about an install that I was not never made aware of? WTH is happening with Telus? Even spoke to a manager most recently and never ever committed to an appointment time nor was an appointment discussed? Beyond frustrated.

    @TELUSsupport I submitted my a ticket aka complaint to Telus fibre build team no one has gotten back to me. Because y’all can continue to offer me copper but not fibre 🥲
