Well after almost two decades I have said goodbye to Rogers and feeling great about it. I'm sure Telus is just as bad..maybe we need to stop the telecom monopoly in Canada.

After spending 90 minutes on the phone with @TELUS sales a few days ago, I am now finding out that they have no record of my order!! And their support staff has no information to provide and will not escalate. Very frustrating @TELUSsupport

@TELUS It has been a week since I took a new mobile connection with Telus. My inbound transfer porting request failed. I have been trying to connect to a customer care agent for the last 3 days just to get a status update. The wait is insane. Automated chat is of zero help!

@TELUS Why do I have to add a SECOND LINE to my existing account just to pay out a new phone? Little fella broke my phone today and I need a new phone. As a Telus customer, it shouldn't cost me a fortune if all I want is a new second phone. 😐
