hey @TELUS won't get around to filling the customer satisfaction survey you'll surely send, but please know the long wait for an agent (my problem can only be resolved in person, on phone) would be much more bearable if there were a no-music option. how can it be this horrible?

  • ljfrey27 Linda Frey (@ljfrey27) reported

@ahs is this how we treat our seniors waiting in hospital for a transfer to LTC? No shower since Jan. 6th (17 days) and a 100% increase in @TELUS TV rental from $30 a week to $60 or $180 per month, with no credit if they get moved tomorrow. @jkenney

@skinny6585 @Canucks @Sportsnet For me, it was Shaw. As soon as I switched to Telus internet, it was much better. Not sure who your provider is, but it could be a similar problem.

Damn you Weverse and Telus wifi for causing me to miss out on that hoodie 🤬🤬

Hey @TELUS As a Telus Fibre (home) customer, is my upstream gear all on redundant power? If I put a UPS on my fibre/telco switch, will my phone service remain available during a power outage?

  • RuthBlakely Ruth Blakely (@RuthBlakely) reported

@Shawhelp wtf it’s the #NFLplayoffs and we pay a fortune in cable fees. Is it time to cut the cable and just stream sports live, give Telus a shot? Not amused in Edmonton

We moved in August tried to switch @telus services. They bungled it so bad we had to cancel home phone & go to another company, however they continue to bill us for both old & new address. Every month I’m assured the problem is fixed. Every month a new outrageous bill arrives…..

@TELUSsupport I can't stress enough how much BS I've had to deal with when it comes to @TELUS services. After rectifying my mobility issue (painfully), I'm now dealing with a home services bill where I was dbl charged, then spent 2.5 hours on the phone ironing it out (painfully)

  • riesco_co Riesco & Co. (@riesco_co) reported

Why, when I call @Telus Customer Service wanting to cancel my internet service, does the phone ring unanswered for 3 minutes before I can’t stand it and hang up? They’re so available when you want to pay them for a service.

  • sluddu Steve Luddu (@sluddu) reported

Guess it is time to give @TELUS TV a shot. Maybe I won't have to put them on speed dial for service issues.
