@redsealsteamer @QuirkyGirl69 I'm a telus girl too. Contract ends in Oct, hoping by then @shaw will still have a good deal because I use them for my internet service and home phone as well.

@smitty_mark @TELUSsupport Yes , it’s been terrible . Usually my @TELUS mobility has been great , but it’s been poor the past few weeks - lots of dropped calls , calls can’t go through , static , etc . Like it was 25 years ago

@jaxsaid @MsYouDoYou I haven't had issues with Shaw. And the only reason why I went with them is because when I moved to the farm all Telus could offer us was internet 1 and satellite tv. Shaw gave us what Telus couldn't.

I’ve had plenty of issues like this with Shaw, but PRI support was generally fairly easy to get a hold of. This is totally unacceptable Telus! This is one example but this is not the first time at ALL. Please do better @TELUS @TELUSsupport This should be a VERY simple request.

I came back this morning, called Telus, got through to technical support pretty quickly, they gave my the info I needed and I said I’d call back when I made the changes. I fixed my issue so called them back NEARLY 3 HOURS AGO!!

I’m absolutely furious with @Telus and @TELUSsupport I have a customer that had their phone system go down on the weekend. They were able to get the number forwarded to a cell phone until I was able to get the new phone system and install it. Continued in thread.

@ADT @TELUS @TELUSsupport After almost 24h and 3 calls, FINALLY got an appt for you to come and fix the problem caused yesterday. Security system install caused landline to go down. Guess now I'm without a landline for multiple days. Shouldn't have been this hard/taken this long.

@edmontonjournal @TELUS I live 1km from a city of 68k and my provider has given up on trying to get my 25mbps service working due to neighbors trees. Haven’t had internet for days now. Try working from home with no internet. Towns in the middle of nowhere have better internet than me.

@TELUSsupport @CTVCalgary @GlobalCalgary JUST CALLED TELUS HOME SECURITY SUPPORT AND WAS ADVISED THAT DUE TO ISSUES ON THIER ENDS THIER SYSTEM IS DOWN AND NO ONE'S HOME SECURITY SYSTEMS ARE WORKING?????? Why were we not notified? Why is this not on your website? WTF????
