    @TELUS @TELUSsupport - in Chilliwack bc, phone is emergency only, when i dial 611 it says no network connected. network came back online for a few minutes... do i need to worry or is it just a tower issue? thx

    OK @TELUS I have to say that this is becoming old. I would love to watch the #WorldSeries2020 but I continue to get a choppy picture. Rebooting has not solved my problem and when the tech was here we thought the problem was solved. It is not. And this has been going on a week

    @jaxsaid @MsYouDoYou I haven't had issues with Shaw. And the only reason why I went with them is because when I moved to the farm all Telus could offer us was internet 1 and satellite tv. Shaw gave us what Telus couldn't.

    @redsealsteamer @QuirkyGirl69 I'm a telus girl too. Contract ends in Oct, hoping by then @shaw will still have a good deal because I use them for my internet service and home phone as well.

    @smitty_mark @TELUSsupport Yes , it’s been terrible . Usually my @TELUS mobility has been great , but it’s been poor the past few weeks - lots of dropped calls , calls can’t go through , static , etc . Like it was 25 years ago

    "this stock is down 25%!" Sure, but the holder also got 17% paid out in cash, so they're only down around 8%. and it tanked because the underlying crashed. (telus, rogers etc). Im betting they bottomed and they will trade sideways. Thats the bet.

    .@TELUSBusiness promised TMC customers a “seamless” transition. That hasn’t been our experience. Today our business alarm stopped working. After hours on the phone, multiple transfers, and repeating our story over and over, we were told our account had been closed for “missed payment.” We have 15 TELUS Business Mobility lines, multiple TELUS security accounts, every account is on pre-authorized payments, and we’ve never missed a payment. Our other security accounts are still there. Our be business account has simply disappeared. A business shouldn’t be left without alarm monitoring because of what appears to be an account migration error. Someone at TELUS needs to take ownership and make this right.

    @chooseyourwow Telus is actively using AI to mask its overseas call center employees accents. Instead of providing jobs to Canadians in Canada they're doubling down on offshoring. Why support that kind of business?

    @BCLionsDen @Rogers I switched a couple years ago. Telus coverage is **** compared to Rogers. Be ready for dead spots all around the lower mainland. The drive to Kelowna and back also sucked for service compared to Rogers.
