    @smitty_mark @TELUSsupport Yes , it’s been terrible . Usually my @TELUS mobility has been great , but it’s been poor the past few weeks - lots of dropped calls , calls can’t go through , static , etc . Like it was 25 years ago

    WtF is with the spate of phone calls every hour?! 7 diff numbers blocked starting at 6:30 in am 😡ffs make that 8 as I type this! @Virgin Mom in AB says same thing for her today from her local area codes! @TELUS (ps we have great credit ratings so not collections)

    Shaw and Telus have confirmed with us that they have not blocked our site. This appears to be a bad DNS cache that should resolve itself over time.

    @lumin8 @TheGMan_2021 @TELUSsupport TELUS fibre is amazeballs, but their overseas customer service, and excessive hold times, is atrocious.

    I was on hold with @TELUS for 15 minutes jamming out to their impressive "on hold" playlist and was rudely interrupted by a customer service rep trying to help me! 🙄

    @TELUSsupport Imagine how much simpler this would have been if @TELUSsupport had forwarded on the picture I posted. Imagine how much more efficient Telus support would be if customers had the ability to email or text pictures of the problem. Sadly, that’s not possible. I asked.
