  @jaxsaid @MsYouDoYou I haven't had issues with Shaw. And the only reason why I went with them is because when I moved to the farm all Telus could offer us was internet 1 and satellite tv. Shaw gave us what Telus couldn't.

  OK @TELUS I have to say that this is becoming old. I would love to watch the #WorldSeries2020 but I continue to get a choppy picture. Rebooting has not solved my problem and when the tech was here we thought the problem was solved. It is not. And this has been going on a week

  @smitty_mark @TELUSsupport Yes , it’s been terrible . Usually my @TELUS mobility has been great , but it’s been poor the past few weeks - lots of dropped calls , calls can’t go through , static , etc . Like it was 25 years ago

  @redsealsteamer @QuirkyGirl69 I'm a telus girl too. Contract ends in Oct, hoping by then @shaw will still have a good deal because I use them for my internet service and home phone as well.

  Holy crap. On the line with technical support for my Telus Optik TV (yes, we still have cable lol) for AN HOUR and we couldn't get the PVR working. As soon as I hang up with a ticket put in I get the fricken thing working! Unbelievable.

  @TekSavvyBuzz Rogers, Bell, Shaw and Telus can’t pass the buck, except between Support Tiers. You usually get less than what you pay for with discount/indie ISPs.

  @raehanbobby @TELUSsupport I switched from Telus after 19 years to Fizz last year and the spam calls have gone way down. Kept my same number but don’t get the same number of unwanted calls!

  @TekSavvyBuzz We already pay the highest phone/internet rates in North America!! This is complete BS. When AT&T, Verizon etc looked to come into Canada. Bell and Rogers and Telus were are crying foul and took out ads in newspapers!! **** them!! 🖕

There are few things frustrating as Telus support when there's a critfail you can clearly identify upstream but "oh no pls disconnect *everything* an plug into modum direk" Your bloody auth is on the fritz again.   I’m a pretty skeptical person, but I was really struggling to tell if this seemed fishy because I was having trouble understanding the person or because it was actually a scam. To be sure, I messaged Telus Support with the details. They confirmed that it was a scam.

  Our @TELUS security system tell us when cats are in the driveway, when a vehicle drives by at night because of the headlight reflection. Think it could pick up the loser that tossed our vehicle. NOT A CHANCE. what are we paying for? Not a happy customer. 🤬 #ThanksForNothing
