OK @TELUS I have to say that this is becoming old. I would love to watch the #WorldSeries2020 but I continue to get a choppy picture. Rebooting has not solved my problem and when the tech was here we thought the problem was solved. It is not. And this has been going on a week

@jaxsaid @MsYouDoYou I haven't had issues with Shaw. And the only reason why I went with them is because when I moved to the farm all Telus could offer us was internet 1 and satellite tv. Shaw gave us what Telus couldn't.

@redsealsteamer @QuirkyGirl69 I'm a telus girl too. Contract ends in Oct, hoping by then @shaw will still have a good deal because I use them for my internet service and home phone as well.

@sthomas10 @paulnixey It turns out my friend was the fourth day of trying to clear up a phone problem for work and went to Telus at 1:30, figuring she’d have time to get a sandwich after and pick me up at 4:30-5. Took 3.5 hours at Telus!

I'm really losing all my patience with telecommunications companies such as @TELUS I was charged a $50 reconnection fee when I went in to upgrade my phone. Was still on a plan and resigned a new contract but nooooo I have to give them $50 for the privilege to be their customer 🙄

@CBCAlerts I will order cheques and pay that way. Or take my bill and pay it at the bank. Wait. I dropped Telus when their customer service sucked. No problem until Shaw does this…or gets taken over by Rogers. Then…move to Mexico I guess. *sigh*

@CBCNews I remember when Telus asked me to go paperless for my bills. Save trees they said, bullshit, it was to save them$$. They never took $1 off my bill for helping them, now add 1.5 on for credit card usage.
