    @smitty_mark @TELUSsupport Yes , it’s been terrible . Usually my @TELUS mobility has been great , but it’s been poor the past few weeks - lots of dropped calls , calls can’t go through , static , etc . Like it was 25 years ago

    @redsealsteamer @QuirkyGirl69 I'm a telus girl too. Contract ends in Oct, hoping by then @shaw will still have a good deal because I use them for my internet service and home phone as well.

    @jaxsaid @MsYouDoYou I haven't had issues with Shaw. And the only reason why I went with them is because when I moved to the farm all Telus could offer us was internet 1 and satellite tv. Shaw gave us what Telus couldn't.

    OK @TELUS I have to say that this is becoming old. I would love to watch the #WorldSeries2020 but I continue to get a choppy picture. Rebooting has not solved my problem and when the tech was here we thought the problem was solved. It is not. And this has been going on a week

    .@telus has THE most #useless "contact" system in existence. I have now tried 3x today to get a "Business Internet Billing" contact...no joy. Spent 1 1/2 HOURS on hold or with an agent y'day because stupid Telus has created TWO accounts and charged me TWICE....finally gave up.

    I recently renewed my contract with @TELUS and I am having regrets. I never have anything but issues with my cable boxes... Tweeted as I sit here on hold yet again. I’m a pro at troubleshooting these and that’s a terrible sign.

    @JyotiGondek Could you please focus on lowering property taxes , pave and clean roads and solve the problem with closed Ctrain stations , I believe that's your job . Oh and how about not spending our tax money on crap like your house security 8K which you approved ,get a telus plan for 55cad

    Well, I guess it's adios, @TELUSsupport. Promised me 2 days ago I'd get a call back and resolution within 24 hours, and it's now been 50 hours. Dunno how on earth you keep customers with terrible service like this. I hope @TELUS corporate sees this cause, we are done.

    @TELUS Why have I been stuck on 50/10 Optik internet since 2010? I went through the hassle of getting my condo board to OK a fibre upgrade, people were on-site working, then cancelled it because they were surprised to find out we have EttS. That's been the problem the whole time!

    On hold with TELUS Mobility going on 60 minutes to ask a question about a vacation package that is not on the website. Stop telling me my call is important, it’s a lie. @TELUSsupport I feel bad for your agents. I’m pissed off just having to wait this long. @TELUS you suck.

    @TELUSsupport For reference, my tablet was paid in full since 2020! 24 months $25 dollars is $600! And you’ve been charging me data since I bought the damn thing so the cost is way more than that! When I get this resolved you may no longer have a Telus customer!!!!!!!
