    @TELUS I think Telus needs to take care of existing customers paying money for a service that’s not delivered, by excuse of overload system. Then give rebates or upgrade existing systems

    @BrianIsSuperRad @itsjessipashia @seank502001 Hahahaha I just went through the same thing with Telus- I wanted to cancel cable: we just don’t watch tv anymore with a one year old running around. They must’ve asked me 15 times about upgrading my package to save money. Me (15 times): “no, I want to cancel completely”

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS Even cancellation is a pain,more than 30 minutes wait times. Dont advertise customer care and priority which in reality is none. Pathetic services. I wont recommend anyone telus thats for sure

    @aaronbronsteter The whole west coast has mostly Shaw or TELUS. I have TELUS and DAZN. Guess I can no longer support them??

    @TELUS I am officially giving up and will cancel Telus. My advise to others is not switch to Telus ever.

    @TELUSsupport Just cancel the services. Worst customer support. No one will pick calls,agents will hang up in middle,long waiting times. This z bs @TELUS @TELUSsupport
