    @TELUS @CEMonthCanada How about you reverse the credit card fees ? Times are tougher , inflation all time high and long standing customers like me with fix income have to cut down few things

    @TELUS 2/2 You are charging premium pricing in CDN for below-average customer support. If you were to charge us in PHP I would be a little less frustrated. Find a solution to this massive problem. I can only see your company losing customers if it's not fixed.

    I become some kind of Hulk, not of the she- variety, when I have to talk to Telus sales people on the phone. 100% reptilian brain. They should do studies on the effect of customer service calls on stress hormone levels.

    @BestBuyCanHelp @BestBuyCanada I have a contract, with telus. The issue is not being able to talk to anyone at your stores You have a policy that doesnt allow people to call and find information Has to be online Worst customer service decision yet
