  Could not get online today for 12 hours. Bloody #Telus and their #SmartHub. They never take responsibility for it not working. My computer is 2 years old & the sun was shining today. What's their excuse now? They keep billing me for it. Promised a year ago to send out a tech.

  @Josee_White11 Telus health or PC health is really good for things like that, especially if you can explain you’ve had them before and know your symptoms!! They can prescribe antibiotics no problem. If not - consider the ER wait. Kidney infections are no joke…!!!!

  @TELUS home services made an account for phone protection. I’m in ON where home services aren’t even offered. Got absolutely screwed & after hours on the phone, nothing. After 10yrs of Telus I expected much better. Hello @Rogers will u at least buy me dinner before you *******?

  @koodo calling support at 866-995-6636 but after confirming phone number, I just get “GOOD BYE.” Called 5x and tried different options… same hang up each time. How do I contact Koodo? Ridiculous. I’m now trying to contact Telus support, but the hold time is over 1 hour!
