@theJagmeetSingh Telus has invested over $40,000,000,000 ($40B) in network and infrastructure. If they netted $1.45B then their rate of return is 3.625%. GIC’s are paying 4-5%. How is a 3.625% ROI gauging customers? I bet you personal ROI on your investments are greater than Telus! Hypocrite!

  • EaudeO Ray Eau (@EaudeO) reported

@theJagmeetSingh Question 1. Did Telus raise their rates 40% or did they increase their customer base?

This is ridiculous. I called @TELUS @TELUSsupport and followed the prompts to speak to EPP. I was told it would be an hour wait. After 1 hour 11 mins my call was redirected to the regular line where the rep says he has no training in EPP and he can’t help nor control the redirect

@AmieVarley BCNDP, who gave less than inflation raises to public employees, refuse to implement masks in essential settings, and refuse to fix the unfair pay system for GPs While subsidizing Telus Health BCNDP often have a worse pandemic response than OnCons, but are given a pass

@msesheta Not so right now. Maybe holiday issues. I have booked a call with a *real person* three days hence. Telus won't allow me to find a plan for him and just do it on-line.

@theJagmeetSingh Jagmeet, Think first ! - maybe Telus made a huge profit by tracking Canadians with the „Covid App“ paid by this government, the very one YOU support ?

  • PatriciaLeePick Trish Pick (@PatriciaLeePick) reported

@theJagmeetSingh Um... If anyone is still struggling with their Telus bill, they offer a cheaper option through public mobile. They even have a badass referral program and are ordering 20GB for $45. Never get overcharged for going over. Use my referral code: PQ8NN4
