Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Squijibo Hangtooth (@Squijibo) reported

@MK_Works Public Mobile is cheap and uses the Telus network (perhaps the best network in Greater Vancouver) but at 3G/4G speed, depending on your plan. We're on their $15 or $25 month prepaid plans unless we spot a super deal with a faster service + data, but we're not holding our breath.

  • RockinBluesShow Brent Morrison (@RockinBluesShow) reported

@TELUS WTF?? 3 sneaky / “silent” Voice Mails telling me I missed my Call Backs, but NOT ONE missed call!! Your customer “service” is TERRIBLE!!

  • confessionality Kasia Gawlak Cormier (@confessionality) reported

@elmor_e Yeah right now we despise Telus the least. I was a Shaw customer for over 20 years. Since moving to Forest Heights, we'd had on and off problems with Internet cutting out randomly.

  • MikeNusca Mike Nusca (@MikeNusca) reported

Upgrade your cell towers @Bell @TELUS in Nova Scotia especially the south shore. Only 1 bar of LTE on a good day. But I get full service of 3G that’s useless

  • alexjames_82 alexjames (@alexjames_82) reported

Issues experienced with @TELUS in Canada: - Some PVRd shows don't play at all (black screen) - PVRd shows cut off before ep is finished - Some PVRd shows get skipped - UI duplicates show episode list - On demand shows crash when resuming after pause This normal @TELUSsupport ?

  • pyeinburnaby Grant Dawson (@pyeinburnaby) reported from Buckingham Heights, British Columbia

@roguekiwi1 I feel your pain. It is now 3:45pm Saturday. I finally got through at 3pm today after starting at noon. They said the reboot of the system that they suspended in error would take 15minutes it has been 45 minutes and still nothing. 😡😡😡#telussucks #telus #terrible

  • confessionality Kasia Gawlak Cormier (@confessionality) reported

@elmor_e I was like, my husband and I both work from home full time. We cannot be without service for 2 weeks. They shrugged again and said that was the best they could do. Telus came out and got us switched over in 36 hours. I'm also paying $60 less a month.

  • steeves11 Kevin Steeves (@steeves11) reported

@Reid_Davidson @TELUS It’s getting worse again. My theory is they’re pushing the Telus Hub so much, they get priority service causing the phones to drop calls.

  • StangerCraig Craig Stanger (@StangerCraig) reported

@Reid_Davidson @TELUS Absolutely terrible. But why would cell company's care. Million of users in the major centres. 100k in the country.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

That resiliency consultation is f*cked. 100% f*cked. Telus is going on about stuff in the secret side-consultation that the #CRTC *made out of scope* in this consultation and bringing stuff up that no one is even aware of because it's in a diff file This is bad. CC: @CanadaPIAC
