My landlord is currently at WAR with telus. No clue what the issue is but I've been listening to her verbally abuse a call center worker for the past 3 days. And let me tell you, I feel sorry for the human on the other end of that phone lol.

@Ryan_r_Williams @TELUS on top of having the highest rates now wants to charge me for using my credit card. They will be losing my mobile, TV, internet and home alarm service for that gem of a decision. I have been loyal, but they saw didn’t see it that way.$$$

@TELUS complaint filed with CRTC/CCTS. I dont understand why every customer service rep is lying to me. Port in requested Nov26th and is still not completed. Old provider says you cancelled the request. Telus port team says it's still pending. Callback promises never kept.
