@jjhorgan Maybe comply with the ******* Canada Health Act and stop letting Telus charge user fees. Maybe going to the table in good faith might help.

@GibbsKevo @kweenshaker @TELUS Fido’s roaming charges are a rip off scam. Cancel your Fido contract today!!!! #fidosolutions

@Laura_Dudas And the focus on #hydroottawa is common sense, but what about abysmal wireless service? It’s equally as impactful as power and my @TELUS service has been non stop erratic all week. I’m not streaming video, I’m *texting*. #ottawa

  • MrMathewBailey Mathew Bailey (@MrMathewBailey) reported

@TELUS offering @Norton is not even a joke. It's non existent. Logging in and interfacing should have been your priority. This is as old as 5 years. Who pays for Norton through Telus and actually believes you just automatically recieve any protection? It doesn't work like that

@TELUS Heh Telus, I have been experiencing terrible phone service in Saanich, BC around the Cedar Hill area and have phoned your support several times. We’ve been unable to fix the problem. They sent me to go get a new Sim card today

  • Downtown65 Nick (@Downtown65) reported

@AmyBeeman @TELUS @TELUSsupport This is why I left Telus years ago. Their customer service is awful.

  • CynthiaMD92 Cynthia (@CynthiaMD92) reported

@TELUS And the guy at the Telus store at hillside mall said that you’ve had a tower down for a month and there’s many people who are having the same issues as me and we have heard not from you. When will this issue be fixed.

  • owlcourt owlcourt (@owlcourt) reported

@telussupport Continual wifi dropping in our community is becoming more and more annoying. Following instructions provided by Telus is not solving problems. We need fibre optic!
