@ShawnKing @TELUS @TELUSsupport Yup sucks! I've learned that all companies make mistakes; you have to keep on top of all your accounts constantly. Visa never gets my balance owing correct from one month to the next perhaps because I'm always paying back more than they expect each month haha!

@TELUS I have had nothing but terrible customer service the last few weeks. Your agents were rude and unhelpful. I have a problem with my bill and the best Ive gotten is, “I’m not taking your word for it. You should have done more if that was true.” I am switching companies today

@Stirlingweim . @TELUS makes a lot of money. Part of their business model seems to be offer poor service. Their division, Telus Agriculture, seems to want to be an invisible owner. In the background. No doubt for good reason.

First of all, the issue was not fixed after 5 hours call and it was caused by a stupid mistake that I clearly told Telus not to do; Second, all departments were pushing the back back and forth; Third, for the last sentence I heard, you can easily tell that the agent didn’t care

Oh good one, Telus - you can't fix this, we have no internet access & your tech is running our mobility data up with a FaceTime call. Just beautiful. Also sounds like you've been charging us for Fibre but not giving us Fibre, according to the tech. If that's the case, you'll be

@KristinRaworth The CRTC req's mobile providers to have a solution & suggested not selling it. Telus is supposed to have an option that must be requested. Protection for traditional landlines won't be developed! Once a block list is detected, automated, randomized, phone # spoofing is used. 😡

@danipostscringe It just seems like it's just Telus people with the issues. My Shaw friends are fine.

@VancityReynolds @Mintmobile @peternowak I asked him already! There's a certain ex-Rogers/ex-Telus CEO that could probably help on this! Canadians will support a Ryan Reynolds' company and we're tired of paying outrageous cell costs!

Also of note is the issues of access to the fraudulent recordings. In the Montreal lady's case w/ sim swap & Telus, Telus refused identifying IP info & device ID info with the claim it isn't *her* info. @privacylawyer called this one. I don't like it, but eh.

@TELUSsupport hi again. How do I stop receiving calls from telus regarding upgrading my service? I don't want to be called multiple times a month about this.
