    @FidoSolutions Yup... Fido's service is out in Vancouver. I'm located in Collingwood, in the middle of east Vancouver. Service is dead as a doornail... as in zero bar of signal. Good thing I WFH with a Telus Optiks connection.

    @Rogers phones down with Rogers for 12 hours!!! @TELUS & @Shawhelp clean up on this deal. I will switch.

    @LauraLMcNabb Thank you. I'm panicking with a huge work issue & most likely made an error. Sorry if I panicked others. I was texting my Roger's phone so that might be the issue with telus phone here...I'm a moron. Today is the worst. I'll take a deep breath, thx for the info.

    @SteveMtnman Dunno if it helps, but our "standby" rate for Telus (ie. no service used) is $35/month and our "standby" rate for Rogers is $8/month (per truck). Of course one still needs all the equipment to run them, but the monthly cost isn't prohibitive.
