    @TELUS I requested a quote from an agent, and they signed me up for an install? In addition, to cancel the install, I need to call you and sit on hold for an hour? How is this acceptable?

    @allsystemsjo Have you tried using the telus health app? I use this if I can't get in right away to see my gp and they forward everything to your gp after. They can help with med refills, referrals, etc.

    @TELUSsupport So 2 weeks without a phone is normal service from telus and not one follow up by anyone? I want a manager to contact me !! This is ridiculous. Having to find my own loaner phone and we are going on 2 weeks I will not be making any more payments for service I am not receiving

    @jacobs_cda @sunlorrie I find that hard to believe. Health Link only says go to the hospital. They never arrange dr calls. Even telus health would not diagnose pink eye over the phone for us. Go to a Dr. Sorry don’t believe 811 did a zoom diagnosis.
