  Hey @TELUS and @TELUSsupport fix your bloody network. No reason I should only get 1 bar of LTE but full bars of 3G. Make your network switch to low band LTE sooner 😠

  @NESaskFarmer @TELUSsupport The stupid phone will drop to 850mhz 3G instead of 700 MHz LTE for some reason. People who know more than I do say the network is just poorly set up but god forbid TELUS ever admit it. They just take our $400 a month and laugh at us.

  I swear whoever runs @TELUS must be complete morons. Ported 2 numbers to a competitor and then went to @TELUS to return the devices. They tell me I should have told them first I was porting to another service so they could ‘prepare’ my bill but since I didn’t it’s more difficult

  I've been trying to cancel my @TELUSsupport @TELUS services since Wednesday. I just got told they couldn't authenticate me, with my name & account number. I guess when you make it impossible to cancel, you figure we'll just keep paying, so it doesnt impact our credit.

Y’all probably bought $100 bucks on amazon this week. The point being, is if u can not produce it less than the competition. Its over. For the same reason Starlink is beating Telus, and SpaceX is growing. Buy local is a facad of foolishness that long term goes no where. Big box stores already won there.
