Hey @TELUS and @TELUSsupport fix your bloody network. No reason I should only get 1 bar of LTE but full bars of 3G. Make your network switch to low band LTE sooner 😠

  • jcalder1983 Jeff Calder 🏴‍☠️🦆 (@jcalder1983) reported from Montcalm, Manitoba

Hey @TELUS Your 3G network is completely ******* useless. If my phone drops to it I can’t even send a bloody iMessage. Your LTE network sucks too because it always falls back to 3G. Get your act together 🤬

People who share tiktok videos on snap or insta stories can rot in hell. If I wanted to watch your unfunny tiktok trash, I’d get the shitty app. Not up for discussion. Sent from my iPhone 4 on the Telus 3G network

  • TheoWerewolf The Werewolf (@TheoWerewolf) reported

Then there's cellcos (Telus is Telus, Koodo and more) and the partitioning of the country for internet and cable TV. Competition? I'm sure they'll find that "there's enough" because this is hardly new and no one's had issues so far. /s

@TELUS Hi there, I used the international call to Iran from Sep 28 until October 13, and I have been charged. I called customer Service, and they did not solve my issue. Would please help me

  • StanBeeler Stan Beeler (@StanBeeler) reported

Telus, the company that provides my landline phone, must have the worst customer service in Canada. I have been incorrectly billed for months. Every month I contact them to point out that Nova Scotia is not in Hong Kong; every month I am billed for NS calls as Hong Kong.

  • YulBBudy Kurogman (@YulBBudy) reported

@DimitrinaStanc4 ugly basketball and #fuckinrogers internet is down again! good thing I got Telus on my phone

  • Xzyer Gavin (@Xzyer) reported

@SaskTel @TELUS If you already support the Cellular Apple Watch then you already support eSIM, they both use the same eSIM tech. So why are you exclusively offering the use of eSIM for only Apple Watches? Seems like an exclusivity deal that your customer base should know about.

  • HorridPandora63 Dominick (@HorridPandora63) reported

    @Procrastik8 @rpoconnor @TELUS Looks like I'm going to a new service provider.

  • SaskTel SaskTel (@SaskTel) reported

@Xzyer @TELUS Hi Gavin, we are aiming to support in Spring 2023. Once eSIM has launched we will provide a list of compatible devices that will support it.

  • MarkBeeSwan Mark S (@MarkBeeSwan) reported

@TELUS After 17yrs of loyal service, I've cancelled all services with @TELUSsupport for Mobility, Internet, Security and TV after threatening to suspended my acct for being late on one payment EVER due to Covid!! Customers have choices! #DoBetterTelus #customerservice

  • iwanttotalk_now I Want To Talk Now (@iwanttotalk_now) reported

@TELUS Nice to see Telus is doing it’s part for the globalists. Of course this means no one should ever use a Telus product or service.
