Hey @TELUS Your 3G network is completely ******* useless. If my phone drops to it I can’t even send a bloody iMessage. Your LTE network sucks too because it always falls back to 3G. Get your act together 🤬

Hey @TELUS and @TELUSsupport fix your bloody network. No reason I should only get 1 bar of LTE but full bars of 3G. Make your network switch to low band LTE sooner 😠

People who share tiktok videos on snap or insta stories can rot in hell. If I wanted to watch your unfunny tiktok trash, I’d get the shitty app. Not up for discussion. Sent from my iPhone 4 on the Telus 3G network

@jjhorgan @TELUS You already had internal resources to manage call centres Premier, it doesn’t make any sense to have involved Telus. I’m disappointed that you can’t provide enough leadership to ensure that existing resources are used rather than throwing money (and blame) at Telus. Fail.

@jjhorgan @TELUS "Call centre"? What is this, the 20th century? No wonder the system broke down. Surely a web-based booking system would much better? (Of course TELUS is a telephone company so maybe that explains their thinking...)
