Hey @TELUS and @TELUSsupport fix your bloody network. No reason I should only get 1 bar of LTE but full bars of 3G. Make your network switch to low band LTE sooner 😠

@iliketeslas exactly the same, people never thought they would use anything but Nokia phones. I worked for Telus, and they had to build an app to allow employees to receive secured emails on iPhones because nobody wanted to drop they iPhones for free, companies provided blackberries.

@JamesJohnsonYYC I’ve had Telus and it sucked for me. Not only was it more expensive it was a ****** connection throughout my house. I have Shaw now and still have issues but it’s never fully down.

@TELUSsupport Well finally got a call from you, Someone from Telus called me demanding personal information. Then when I refused to provided that (which I don’t do to people who call me, scams and all) Then she transferred me to someone who can help. (Why did she call??). Then call lost 👍
