People who know more than I do say the network is just poorly set up but god forbid TELUS ever admit it. They just take our $400 a month and laugh at us.

Plumbing devices like backwater valves and sump pits are truly your best option no matter what you build. A lot of the time it has to do with your neighbourhood sewer system, rather than your actual home.

But phone, Roger's, what an awful company I did have Telus, no issues till in all hubs wisdom switched me to Roger's ugh. Seriously considering a landline, not sure what we were suppose to do were we to have an emergency

Or that is what would happen if companies like Telus International actually gave a **** if the information is correct.
