    Hey @TELUS and @TELUSsupport fix your bloody network. No reason I should only get 1 bar of LTE but full bars of 3G. Make your network switch to low band LTE sooner 😠

    Hey @TELUS Your 3G network is completely ******* useless. If my phone drops to it I can’t even send a bloody iMessage. Your LTE network sucks too because it always falls back to 3G. Get your act together 🤬

    @TELUSsupport Without a doubt, Telus has been the worst company I have ever dealt with in my lifetime when it comes to billing or renewing a contract. Ever single time we spend hours renewing services, our bill is incorrect and negotiated discounts are missing! So frustrating! 👎

    @TELUS I assume you mean in cities, we don’t even have one bar of service out here and haven’t had in 2 years. Maybe you could get us some service before upgrading cities again.

    2-2 Essentially we had two WIFI networks, coming from our house, they were blocking each other; log in issues. My wife logged into our admin & fixed it! 🙌🏼 TELUS should hire her to troubleshoot/problem solve. At the very least, an account review for her time, would be welcomed.

    @DaClawMaster I was a bell customer 2 years ago when the unlimited plans were unavailable. I was travelling and using a pile of data. So I had max on bell & Telus. I may block them. I don’t need two phones & $50 activation

    @TELUSsupport Worst customer service Your representatives have different answer each time you call so I asked the customer support to send me the previous recording he started to cross question & while I was answering he disconnected the call. After that I couldn't connect @TELUS

    @TELUSsupport what horrible service I just received at Telus in St.John’s, NL. Went there with an iPhone 11… 3 hours later came out with the same IPhone 11 minus a screen protector 🙄
