@nationalpost @TELUS The moral here seems to be that installing a "smart" home security system makes people too stupid to recognize danger even when they can smell it. And I can't help but wonder what the family's insurance company will do with digital proof the family turned off their smoke sensors.

I’m sure @TELUS will be fine without one customer, but I am certain my experience is not unique. @TELUSsupport only comes if the message is loud enough that they can’t ignore. I will continue to advocate against @TELUS until they acknowledge responsibility for damaging my home

@TELUS @TELUSsupport y’all’s phone system SUCKS. I waited 25 minutes on hold to try and pay my phone bill, then spent 5 minutes listening to a dial tone where I was supposed to be connected to an agent and the agent never answered. Dumb asf

@hedwigyitzhak We only have Telus hookups in the building 😞 My contract was up before my brother moved in and I was planning on moving in w/ Trav so didn’t want to sign another one that would get me a better rate because you have to pay $15 for every month left in the contract if you cancel
