    Hey @TELUS and @TELUSsupport fix your bloody network. No reason I should only get 1 bar of LTE but full bars of 3G. Make your network switch to low band LTE sooner 😠

    @NESaskFarmer @TELUSsupport The stupid phone will drop to 850mhz 3G instead of 700 MHz LTE for some reason. People who know more than I do say the network is just poorly set up but god forbid TELUS ever admit it. They just take our $400 a month and laugh at us.

    Hey @TELUS Your 3G network is completely ******* useless. If my phone drops to it I can’t even send a bloody iMessage. Your LTE network sucks too because it always falls back to 3G. Get your act together 🤬

    My Samsung Galaxy J1 is obsolete as of July 1 as Telus turns down 3G service. This will be the second phone I've owned that's outlived its service. It's also like $170 for a 5g phone I really don't wanna spend...

    @TELUSsupport i was considering getting telus home security but canceled the installation the following day after discussing with my spouse . Why did i still get an email about a bill being due ? how do i terminate this account
