Ever single time we spend hours renewing services, our bill is incorrect and negotiated discounts are missing! So frustrating! ๐

My wife logged into our admin & fixed it! ๐๐ผ TELUS should hire her to troubleshoot/problem solve. At the very least, an account review for her time, would be welcomed.
