    @ursamajor88 Companies that outsource jobs should be penalized. For example Telus's technical support department is located in Guatemala. Great for that country but bad for Alberta and Canada. We need jobs not automation!!

    @Telus sent us a broke phone and will not send a new one out. How can this even be happening? Where did customer service go? This has resulted in many hours of getting the run around and absolutely no help. #telus

    My brother’s cell service keeps cutting out at the South Edmonton vaccination site packing lot. Theory: UCP asked Telus to do this so people don’t tweet about issues at the vaccination sites #ableg

    I must admit. After being a loyal customer with @TELUS since 2005, and for many years having 2 phones on our account, upgrading to a new phone and having to pay a $45 connection fee is a load of crap and makes me question the point of being loyal to a brand. @TELUSsupport
