Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Whitecloud197 Brandon Metchooyeah (@Whitecloud197) reported from Vegreville, Alberta

@TELUSsupport Hey Telus, I'm getting an UNREASONABLE Amount of Calls from Latvia and Madagascar. I'd really like to see Telus do MORE to protect me as a customer and prevent these calls from getting through.

  • VoodooCalgary Scott H. (@VoodooCalgary) reported

@X929 @ngelavaliant I passed on your apologies. As it happens, she was right behind me in line at the Telus vaccination clinic today, complaining about the line, the walking, and the lack of free wifi in the building. Deep down, someway, somehow, she instinctively knew this was Trudeau’s fault.

Yenno what I love, throwing money literally down the drain.. it’s the same as paying for internet from @TELUS. Nothing comes out of it.

  • JeanPGagne Jean-Pierre Gagné (@JeanPGagne) reported

@timandfriends NFL on Fox theme song while sitting with a cold one at Laval University's Stade Telus before a Rouge et Or Football game. Damn I miss it. 😭😭😭

  • CTVJefferson Jefferson Humphreys (@CTVJefferson) reported

@PlateauKids @CTVMorningYYC Apparently no tech issues on our end. Maybe a Telus issue? Thanks for watching... trying anyway! lol

  • CadePonders Jenny Cade (@CadePonders) reported

@peternowak This is a bit frustrating to find out. TY for covering this or else I wouldn't have noticed. Given the onslaught of emails asking me to switch to Telus, I'm starting to wonder how the company is performing overall. Which sucks cus I love them and don't want to leave.

  • Stephan81311100 Stephanie O2 (@Stephan81311100) reported

@ruralroots780 While you’re at it, ask Telus why nobody answers the phone. They’re a GD phone company. They have no problem calling me to discuss buying **** I don’t want. But try to get hold of them to discuss lowering my plan is like waiting for Trudeau to get a vaccine.

  • KM_Calgary Conservative YYC (@KM_Calgary) reported

@LisaDavisYYC @BrockWHarrison To be clear, the Telus Convention Center has utilized all available walk in spots. Appointments will still receive their vaccine. Only the AstraZeneca vaccine is affected. Appointments for Pfizer are still moving forward. Moderna vaccine is delayed due to production issues.
