    First, @TELUS Connect app issue. My account was not showing properly on their end. Hence, it wasn't working for me! After five agents I got to one who had to get me to remove the cover from new internet box. Cover wouldn't budge, until the entire unit came off. 8/This was 1:29min

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport why are your wait times terrible? My husband has been trying to switch providers to you guys and been on hold for hours. Not a great start to service eh?

    We've been with @Bell #Shaw #Primus @Virgin and now @Telus in the last decade. None provided a simple and problem-free beginning. Usually hours wasted on hold to get something fixed. We need more competition. This was another hell experience and it isn't done. 20/Six hours gone

    @TekSavvyCSR I’m on hold with Teksavvy phone support right now. I think they’re putting in a ticket with Telus to find out more.

    @TELUS is a thief that's double billed me told me to call a support number they never answer while I remain on hold for over an hour cause they STOLE my money it's criminal they are allowed to steal money from customers and make them waste hours dealing with their mistakes

    I tell the agent my two challenges - the @TELUS Connect app is not working and the security camera needs to be removed. 6/Four different agents started with "I am the person who can fix all of this for you."

    @TELUS never in my life have I experienced such piss poor customer service in my life! Twice I was lied to.
