  @TELUS just FYI we are NOT impressed that a Telus rep came to our house after 9pm. As a Telus customer already there is no reason to send any one to our house.... Instead of having someone on the payroll going door to door take that money and make existing customers bills lower..

  It's ridiculous that the major phone providers still don't have cell reception in Toronto's subway, other cities have it for decades. That is unacceptable, it's 2022, not 1992! You're ignoring the needs of millions of people. @Rogers @Bell @TELUS get your **** together.

  @Xplornet I was so glad when I moved to an area where we could also access Telus Smart Hub and xplornet wasn't the only option. Painfully slow and expensive for such tiny data packages.

  @TELUS @TELUSsupport WORST. CHAT. EXPERIENCE. EVER. "Madian" didn't understand a single thing. Was just simply inquiring about the Bring-It-Back program and off she goes talking about postpaid and prepaid services. Said she'll transfer me to prepaid services regarding my inquiry.

  @TELUS you need to do better, it is unacceptable that you cannot get my internet installed untill July 6th. Your customer service is useless to me because "they don't control it". Passing the blame is a garbage business strategy and I really expected better. #telus #unacceptable

  @TELUS So you'll advertise Pure Fibre and claim our internet just isn't right without it, but after starting to bring it to our neighborhood 4 years ago you just quit partway through and leave half of us with the worst internet service in history? How does it keep getting worse?
