@CanadianGuy55 My friend lose service with Telus when a crew doing renos next door cut the wrong cable. It took a month for them to fix it and many more for his comic book store to recover.

@Wildsau @TELUS It's good most of the time, but the wifi has always been atrocious...likely a hardware issue more than anything. Lately it's been brutal wired as well.

@TELUSsupport But I'm being told that you've blocked our devices. All your subscribers devices are non Telus devices as you don't rent them out. With BYOD you can't ethically restrict our access to the service and you staff need better training when we choose to sign BYOD deals. Shame.
