    So what you're saying is that not 1 of the 3 technicians that have been at my house have notice that THE BRIGHT YELLOW ETHERNET CABLES USED TO CONNECT MY INTERNET IS NOT GOOD EOUGH AND CANNOT SUPPORT MY BANDWIDTH. A CABLE. @TELUS @TELUSsupport

    @TELUS @TELUSBusiness you guys do nothing and don't give any Black Friday Deals for your existing customers. what a shame. what i heard from support tell me is that Telus LOVES to bring in new customers and give them amazing deals, but what about treating you existing ones. 😢

    Sigh...if ONLY I could catch a much needed financial break and be able to pay General Credit Services the $1928.19 I owe to their 'client' TELUS Wireline (my old debt) when it was under my name for our home services like internet/cable/home phone. Would help make for a Merry XMas

    @Scotty_McQ I have gotten 200-300 mbps on LTE with Telus. Then I switched my phone to 5G and got 90mbps peak in the same location. Same full bars of service in both

    @Mediaglutton @TELUSsupport Telus has the most abominable service. I used to use Telus mobile, phone, and internet. I cancelled all three on different occasions because of awful experiences with their support. And the kicker is they keep coming to my door claiming their support problems are fixed. NOT!!

    Telus has made 0 attempt to contact me about my TV taking longer than the "few weeks" promised when I signed up 16 wks ago. I was told weeks ago there was a Covid related delay & that someone would contact me. No contact. No stock problems @ Bestbuy. Where is my TV? @TELUSsupport
