    @RogersHelps No internet on cellular. Can’t afford this, as all my business is online. Fix it, or I’m switching my whole business to Telus. This is the major outage number 4 this year. Unacceptable!

    @TELUS @TELUSNews I was redirected 4x times to get my email set up on new laptop. Now I cannot access my original email account. You need to better train your people. Very poor service!

    @TELUS so a nonprofit called the Kettle is routinely emailing members about the TELUS for good $9.99 internet program, and you don’t have any way of people with disabilities to actually apply for this online. Why advertise a service you’re not actively prepared to provide???
