    @TELUSsupport Hi Telus support. Telus cancelled a long-distance service without letting me know. The rep said they would correct the over-billing charges, but would not give me that service back, even though it was negotiated as part of a 2 year contract.

    @TELUSsupport @KaixKevin Telus rep hung up on me last week. The call must have gone overseas because the connection was bad and it took the rep 1.5 hours to read the previous reps notes, who was reading the notes from the last over-billing....

    I have to go be at the studio so the telus man can come to fix our internet and he will show up sometime between 11 and 1 but if I’m not there when he arrives they’re gonna charge me a bunch of money

    WTF is up with @TELUS and their garbage business model for Security systems. Ever since they bought out ADT the service is shite and now they put the price up on a crappy system that they have made even crappier!

    @schwet11 Call Telus....wait 3 hours on hold...they will offer you a discount if you sign for 2 years..,yada yada. The only redeeming quality about telus is their internet rarely goes down unlike shaw
