Hey @rogershelps since you dinged me for a cancellation fee can we agree that you owe me a refund because your service was unusable in half of my town for almost eight months? No? Didn’t think so. I’ll make sure everyone in town knows @telus works though so they’ll leave you too.

  • HandInHand123 Mlle (@HandInHand123) reported

@svenskaflickan1 @Lytzki @TELUS And something that very publicly happened. What do they need proof for? We know all of Lytton burned. They have the capacity to see usage/connection to the network. They know who likely lost a device without any sort of proof being returned.

  • nl_rock chrisc (@nl_rock) reported from Medicine Hat, Alberta

Dear @telus I am already a Koodoo customer. I have been called 4 nights in a row, if I want to switch any of my home services I will contact you, please stop calling.

  • JoelTeeling Joel Teeling (@JoelTeeling) reported

@TELUS automated voice-activated payment system is absolute garbage. Almost worth switching providers over.

  • Kesslan Kesslan 🏳️‍🌈🇨🇦🐈‍⬛ (@Kesslan) reported

@BorderDaCougah @AliothFox @GuilRosmer Yeah. Like once I knew it was the land owner, even if Telus did nothing I could have gone after the land owner and harassed the **** out of them.

@muneer_bey @TELUS Totally agree...before telling others to reflect...how aboots you look internal on that one... Your reps lie... Your reps run multiple credit checks and screw peoples credit...and after being proven wrong...they double down and lie some more...👍🇨🇦

@linda_kauffeldt @Bell You may be able to get a decent package with Telus, especiallyif bringing own device. Not sure of their coverage in your area. I wouldn't recommend Rogers. I lose decent service in areas north of 401 or outside Ottawa. Bro is with Telus and has better luck
