@jodyvance @TELUS Over here on PEI, our cell phones have terrible connectivity, some none at all. It is so bad, our provincial government funded an investigation and report. Result? We need more cell towers. Will the communication companies put up the needed towers? No. Yet they keep pestering us to buy new services. Why would we do that without the towers we need for support?

@jodyvance @TELUS Same issue here. I've complained about slow speed...a crew came (contractors)...I got a huge bill...even though they said there would be no charge...and still the problem persists. Searching for a new provider as well. @TELUSsupport

@jodyvance @TELUS Gotta love Canadian telecom companies. We pay some of the highest fees for the worst service.

@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Well telus has always been a borderline criminal organization. But yeah it is bad in Canada.

@jodyvance @TELUS You're paying a premium for them to figure these problems out. Call them as many times as it takes. Insist on a discount for the inconvenience.
