Been without cell service all day! Yeah so my contract is ending next month I foresee myself leaving @RogersHelps going back to Telus 🤔. Seriously this is outrageous.

@NewWestPD Telus (Phone service) has now added Call Control to stop RoboCalls, it may minimize the horrible scams coming in by phone. (Till the scammers find a way around the Call Control).

Canada's biggest mobile service provider Roger's has been down all day. I can't get any texts or calls out. If Telus goes down, all of Canada will be out of communications. The storm is among us. If you've been paying attention, you've been waiting for these moments.

I couldn’t be less happy with @TELUS - I booked internet for my new home 2 months ago and no one showed up - waited 3 hours on hold no solution. Had to drop call to go to work, looking forward to waiting 3 hours tmrw just to try again. Shaw anyone?

@Rogers @RogersHelps will there be any compensation for the outage? it has greatly impacted me, as a paying customer, and if nothing is done to make it right, I will be switching to TELUS.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Only took 18 hours for a C-Suite executive to provide a statement and still no accountability. Been living in the 80's all day, never had this with Telus and I was with them for 10 years before this.
