  • NorthernStation Pistol Dave - Medium/Rare (@NorthernStation) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell @TELUS This “outage” has been ongoing for close to a month now effecting data access, with zero acknowledgement publicly. Customers receiving speeds of a whopping 5kbps. This is also effecting other companies and other customers who operate on Bell hardware, not just Bell customers.

@heavybazz @TELUS Pure fibre is pure **** When my house upgraded our service dropped regularly, where we have to reset the modem. they throttle it for those who have a lot of users, even when we paid for the highest bundle Same thing with my mom and sister in separate houses in a different city

  • NorthVanMike NorthVanMike 🇨🇦 (@NorthVanMike) reported

@TELUSsupport i went to your store at Capilano Mall in North Vancouver about getting my phone fixed(it has physical damage). they gave me a link to PhoneClaim and they want $400 even though i pay for Telus Care. what gives?

  • Salorwayne the ***** in the blockchain (@Salorwayne) reported

@MarciIen I hope that you are speaking up and urging your government to reverse the CRTC's appalling decision to ignore their own advice and side with Rogers, Telus, and Bell regarding bulk rates for Internet service. It means a lot to this current resident at 700 Ontario.

  • Peter79204473 Peter (@Peter79204473) reported

@TELUS finally saying goodbye to this crap company. Support was useless as usual. Loyalty department is a joke

  • HannieOkello World Citizen (@HannieOkello) reported

@TELUS and @Rogers Why No cellular network in our areas? #FindleyGreek #Gloucester. Can't text, can't call. No power!!

  • TBengert moth (@TBengert) reported

@bcwestmind "let me list the ways telus sucks..." (no need, we all know)

  • truck8256 Truck8256 (@truck8256) reported

@Iluvhikingjen @TELUS Say yes to private healthcare. Government system sucks.

  • NorthernStation Pistol Dave - Medium/Rare (@NorthernStation) reported

@Bell_Support Another reminder, minimum 75 stations are having malfunctions across Ontario (as reported by a phone agent, and not @Bell publicly here or on website.) The towers themselves are not down, @Telus services are fine. Malfunctions are effecting all internet access.
