@TELUSsupport That is how I finally accessed my bills. Three days now My Telus app is not displaying them. I prefer using the app. Escalate this as I don’t think I am the only customer experiencing the issue. Also see the DM string I have had with support.

@ogre_codes Something like the Microsoft example did happen on a Canadian airline WestJet. The worst telecom company in Canada (Telus) gets all the labeling and credit for providing outstanding WiFi with SpaceX and/or Starlink not mentioned anywhere (they are the actual provider).

@MrStache9 Argh.. it’s like in the song Hotel California— once in you can never leave. I tried cancelling all my mom’s Telus stuff last year and it was nearly impossible. In the end I paid a penalty. They had scammed her into a long term contract! At 94. Sheesh!

@Teslarati If Starlink can get to about $50 bucks/month (Telus internet on a 2 year plan with a "good" deal), then I would switch and never go back. I think once it gets cheap enough to directly compete with established providers, it's game over.

@VanCityVice @Emily_Lowan We’re saying that instead of addressing any of the issues you crudely describe as noise (homelessness, opioid epidemic, wealth inequality) the gov is fast tracking projects for Telus that don’t do **** for the community.

@MarkJCarney The money telus received during covid to support federal surveillance should cover the costs.

@kbessey @LedcorGroup @TELUS I hope you’re paying attention. Still time to pivot and cancel the terrible towers you want to cram into our city
