@SamsungCanada @TELUS I bought a Samsung refrigerator in June 2020. Just after 18 months it stopped working. I called Samsung for repair. Samsung asked me to talk to their approved service center. In January 2022 They gave me im writing fridge is not repairable.

@TELUSsupport So far, everyone agent on the phone admits it’s a Telus error. On March 4 alone, we spent 4hrs on the phone with agents. This was after multiple calls where we’d be told a representative would call us back. No one would, so we opted to hold while each level was unable to help.

Gotta love it when Telus knocks on my door to poach me from a different service provider. And the sales person tries to talk in circles getting caught in providing misinformation and wasting my time. Oh and then comes back twice in the evening to annoy you again. #goaway @TELUS

@Burgundavia @RaynaRambling @lstick07 I doubt the author has sophistication or the historical economic knowledge to write about this stuff, though. Would be curious about the writer's opinions about increasing density. Likes Telus development, maybe would support dense development needed make Douglas more vibrant?

@willw Ooof yeah I remember now why I went with Telus over them! And Telus’ modem is hot garbage but at least the fibre is 1.5g up and down 🤩

Looking at their site Telus has been offering their 75Mbps for $85 but had no problem charging us $140 for 2 years. And the same service in Europe is like $20.

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Starlink experiencing 3-4x download and upload as we were getting at the SmartHub, with 100mbps as opposed to the 15-20 with Telus. Next step is switching the phones away! Note that this is unconfigured and in a poor-LOS area. Half the sky is blocked!

@billplein .@Telus doesn't _have_ any competition out here. Except from Starlink. And Telus knows that Starlink can't service enough customers to be a real threat. So I am unlikely to see fibre deployed here in my lifetime.
