@AndreaKBrooks @UberEats @TELUS Wait until your kid steals your phone and starts putting games on it. You'll never see it again.

  • Ernieiceman Ernie Iceman (@Ernieiceman) reported

My wife nearly ended me yesterday when she got the telus bill and it was 200.00 more than usual. Her first thought was I bought a bunch of movies on demand. Lucky for me 19.00 was what I spent and the rest was weird charges from our security system. Telus help was useless

  • Raye_E Raye (@Raye_E) reported

Well a first: Telus called me, automated, to see if my service call was ok? Is there any more ways they can remove humans from Their workforce??

This piece of **** @TELUS Optik TV keeps freezing and stuttering. Do NOT sign up for their shitty service & get locked into a contract!

  • tbcart Tim Carter (@tbcart) reported

@telussupport your repair service is worse than usual. And usual is terrible. Hours on hold by phone, no callbacks, misrouted calls. After three days, finally booked an appointment. The repair guy was a no show. No call. Nothing. I'd be embarrassed to work for @telus.

  • SmackdownHoteI Kelvin K (@SmackdownHoteI) reported

@Nanal0l I guess it also depends on the provider. If we're talking reputable one's like Telus, Fido, Shaw etc. then that's at not as concerning than if it were from as less popular provider. I would try to call again another day to see if the customer support says they still need a sin

@HerrickMartina @VanStreetDog @TELUS I’m not talking at all about the people of China. I’m referring to the regime in China. They should never be trusted. Ever.

  • Recurse_ Matthew (@Recurse_) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Oh look, a scheduled call back from Telus which goes to.... a ringing line that never gets answered. It disconnected after 40ish rings. I pay money for this?

  • CJW_101 The CW (@CJW_101) reported

@GlenMah @Jer_Bear28 Telus. It's not a coverage issue. 5g is like 170 mb/s, but then drops completely for a small increments. I used my Asus for a while as an extender, but with the drops, the devices are jumping networks to much.

  • myonlyattempt MyOnlyAttempt (@myonlyattempt) reported

@TELUS If I want to buy junk that will last 1 yr buy #Samsung. If i want something to last 5yrs buy #apple. Same goes for support. Samsung = sadSong.
