We can always tell how much money a phone company makes in profit, by the way they treat the clients. Telus like Bell treats the clients poorly. They have so much money they dont care about loosing or getting rid of customers who ask to receive what is paid for. AWE PHOOEY!

@jkparker modem stops talking to system, lost one network( just disappeared) alarm system won’t connect to system anymore. Think i may need to start over. Think I need Telus, but i don’t want to lose a day of work waiting for them to come, and they might say its not their issue.

@TELUSsupport I've already talked with Telus support and they ran me through a bunch of troubleshooting steps at the end of that it seems to be that the problem is with one plus or an update that applied. At this point I don't know that it's a Telus problem.

Same story today. On top of the erratic service by the router - it is NOISY. I can hear it from 12 feet away ...a continuous hum/buzz. Cheap, lousy quality for a rip off $234.15 a month. Pity, because BlueCurve does have a good record/save feature #Shaw Do you hear me @Telus

@regimeld And while we are at it, we caaaaan maaaaaybe draw some lines to the CloudWifi file where the CRTC stated denial of service and disruption of service has no public interest, and with Telus where blocking services can be ignored for months.

I loathe talking to @TELUSsupport because the details almost never line up with my next bill. Staff at the @TELUS @CFRichmondC store, however, go the extra mile to make sure it all adds up. If only the $50 fee for in-store service went away. If only.

@alisoncassis1 @scotiasinger Ahh, I see a bit of a description in the thread above. @scotiasinger , Telus is your ISP? What are you using for your network? Is it an all-in-one, or do you have a separate router?
