    Not only do we have @cibc stealing money, we jow@have @TELUS refusing to fix an error on their end about top ups.

    @TELUS Just to make sure I wasn't off my rocker, I just listened to the recording I took and it didn't say "home" or "business", it said "if you're calling about security for a home location, say or press 'one'. For business, 'two'". I said "one". So your computer still sucks.😠

    @TELUSsupport It happens on both mine and my husband’s phones. We haven’t reset anything since a Telus employee came to our house since our boosters weren’t working properly. He fixed the problem and all was fine for months and then we started getting dead spots when speaking on our phones.

    Been on a call for 43 mins and still counting just to speak with a CSR from Telus. This support team is officially the worst I have ever encountered. who knows the best way to contact Telus (Canada).@TELUSsupport

    @DTESworksafe @VancouverPD That may be a fair point. I know a mild social housing complex on 2nd into which Telus *may* not be willing to send its service people - but I can't confirm that.

    A story about TELUS... It's summer 2019 and my TELUS Internet isn't working. I try the usual troubleshooting, then similar steps with support over the phone with no success and they send a tech the next day. The tech says the modem needs replacement, does so and all is well.
