    so @TELUSsupport Fibre optic is here to say they are going to work on our property and install Fibre optic cable I hope this means we are going to get better internet than the crap connection I gave now without being charge tons of money ! @telus

    Being loyal to @telus @TELUSsupport, since 1999, the mobile number has been with them that long. Yeah that's loyalty. However u know what, today these major companies do NOT respect loyalty & the customer service has deteriorated LARGE Time to cancel my service. Loyalty Done

    @telus @TELUSsupport why did my bill just jump from 30 a month to 150. You guys better respond before your technician shows up this morning because I might get him to just cancel the service instead.

    @dandoozled It’s the lesser of evils and both are meh but I would go back to Telus if they had fibre running in my hood. Shaw at my old place? No issues but new place, nothing but trouble for last year.
