@TELUSsupport New to Telus. Spoken with 13 execs @TELUSsupport till now but no result. Issue(s) escalated 3 weeks ago. Not yet resolved. Just False Promises. Pathetic customer service. Can someone @TELUSsupport take the onus and help especially during these unprecedented times.

Do yourselves a favour and never get Shaw internet. We only had to cause there wasn’t enough Telus receptors or something along those lines but **** SHAW AND THEIR **** INTERNET🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

I’m on hold with telus to get a better deal on my plan. And lemme tell ya the customer service has been top tier but the amount of time poor Jake has apologized to me for the wait is so heartbreaking. Be nicer to people

@TELUS Your Nanaimo door to door solicitors are rude & pushy! Not happy about the amount of soliciting your company does! I never get that from Shaw. Maybe I should switch!

  • Sam_Alexandra23 Stephanie Alexandra (@Sam_Alexandra23) reported

@TELUS I've lost captioning so I'm upset. Station affected is CNN. Last time I tried to solve this, neither Shaw or CNN took responsibility for the captioning so was given run-around. Pls fix a.s.a.p. Thanks!

hey @TELUSsupport - i have no wifi. can't check my telus app, because i need wifi. hooked to my hotspot and app says network is fine. but it's not ...

  • KateChon7 Kate Chon (@KateChon7) reported

@TELUS Nobody is willing to fix their own mistake in Telus. No call recorded? Telus said I have two options 1) return the phone and wait for the next sale but not guaranteed 2) Just accept my deal and use the phone as it is. What a great customer service!

  • starchoice Steve P (@starchoice) reported

@TELUSsupport My customer number is 700372752. However, as you have seen for yourself, it is not account specific as it originates with a Telus link which doesn’t direct you to the actual page for login but rather provides that insecure connection notification.

@FatherGiuseppe By Liahona do you mean a miraculous navigation device or a poor French translation of the Ensign magazine? Because that makes the difference. As long as I don't have to pay Telus data roaming, liahona.
