Max (@maxfromto) reportedHey @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have not received an email notification that my bill is ready for 5 months. Each time tech support assured me the issue is fixed. You don't offer paper bills, and you don't notify me electronically (no email, no SMS). Terrible service!
