    @MO190221 shaw you pay for certain upload speeds but you never get them. but telus I always get what I pay for. Maybe its because I am so public on twitter who knows.. hehe

    So I guess the folks @TELUSsupport are really behind. My scheduled appointment for yesterday has come and gone and all I’m hearing is crickets. Calls to Telus Support get lost in the phone system ether. Hoping contact via Twitter DM will be better... ＨᏜ℘℘Ꮍ Ｈolidays!

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have not received an email notification that my bill is ready for 5 months. Each time tech support assured me the issue is fixed. You don't offer paper bills, and you don't notify me electronically (no email, no SMS). Terrible service!
