@Lorian_H We are getting lots of emails and texts from Telus advertising this service. I’ll admit I’ve considered it, even though I despise the idea. Our family doc unnecessarily makes us come to visits in-person for silly things like a simple Rx refill. I need a new fam doc 😭

@Lorian_H Telus is going to want to earn their money back for all this advertising. There must be a back door promise from @jkenney for a minimum profit. Otherwise they would never spend so, so much on expensive advertising.

@slimschadey161 @TELUS @ShawDirect I am too after my recent experience where after being displaced for a few months because of a house fire they refused to even pause my value plan, despite me being a long time customer and, you know, losing a bunch of possessions and having my life messed up from a fire.

@TELUS HOW ABOUT SOMEONE TO FIX THE INCONVENIENCE THAT YOU GUYS PROVIDE??? NO ONE SHOWED UP FOR OUR SCHEDULED PHONE LINE INSTALLATION LAST FRIDAY AND NO ONE EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CONTACT US. WE TRIED TO CONTACT BUT EVERY OTHER AGENT THAT WILL ANSWER HAS NO SOLUTION.
