    After painstakingly switching mobile phone providers, setting up new phones and wiping old ones clean, @TELUS calls me with a magical offer that they now have for me that wasn’t available last week. Too little, too late. Treat your customers better.

    @TheSpecialist4 Some of those installers are lazy, and want to do things the easiest way not the right way. I’ve seen lines thrown over the roof of the house because they didn’t want to be bothered running it through the attic or whatever else. Switched to Shaw years ago because of crap Telus.

    @TELUSsupport I need to consider another provider if telus can't resolve it for me. I have called before regarding this issue. Someone tried remotely fixing it but doesn't seem to have fixed the issue.

    hey @telus what is with the 24 to 48 hour callback when there is a billing problem on your end? you have been billing us for 2 accounts and a number that does not exist...because this is unacceptable. you are a communications company...and yet have a hard time communicating..

    @TELUS I am upset with Telus. My 91 year old Grandma had Telus out to change her phone line last week, they broke her dryer vent. The worker claims it was already broken, despite my Grandma seeing it wasn’t broken prior, then saw him pick up the pieces. He won’t admit he broke it

    PSA: Never preorder a device from @Telus @TELUSsupport I preordered a phone in the first half of August. It was released last Friday. It hasn't shipped yet. Telus is telling me to expect another 6-8 weeks for it to ship. Absolutely unacceptable.

    @alexlovesburrs Thats what got me to Shaw from Telus, but then you realise why it's so cheap. I won't go back again. I never have service issues with Telus but Shaw was regular and I had billing issues numerous times
