Third quater Operating revenues & other income for #Telus increased by 10% (to $4.7 billion) over the same period last year. They will be penalizing their poor customers by charging fees if bill is paid using credit card. When will the #greed stop?

@TELUSsupport Two line ported, two to go. Service gone downhill for telus/koodo over the years. A sim card cost $22? Like WTH. I'm glad, I'm moving to another provider.

@Ms_Nyxia Rogers is so rough to deal with, I finally switched to Shaw because they seemed to be the only consistent ISP company on the west coast here, Rogers & Telus gave me nothing but problems

@TELUS @TELUSsupport scam going around (somehow Telus customers got their numbers leaked) where they say they’re offering 40% off your monthly bill and are calling from a Telus support number

@SeditiousMe For Credit cards yes - they can be joint and each person gets their own linked to the same account. Apparently Telus can only have one owner per account, which effectively shut my mom out of phone service when my dad died. It’s the stupidest system.

“On Huawei, we are years behind our allies. Huawei 5G equipment was installed in Telus’ infrastructure in 2020 and can remain for now because the government took until May, 2022, to issue a ban, and gave two additional years for removal.”
