@TELUS I got very good help from a Live Agent as the AI virtual assistant could not help. Is there an email or text number for giving positive feedback? The only place to provide feedback seems to be for your Website not for your staff.

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Recently signed up but got scammed into a contract we did not agree to. Trying to get help since August 27. Talked to 10+ people and bounced to escalation team. Left 5-6 VM messages, no one is calling us back. Abysmal customer service - worst experience ever!
