    So surreal. There's a notice about Telus land lines being out until 5 am in many communities across northern BC. Mobile phones apparently not impacted. It's been 4 years since we last had a land line. I cannot think of a time when there was ever a planned outage for landlines.

    I'm pretty sure @telus doesn't actually invest money in any province, let alone Ontario. They sit around doing nothing until someone else foots the bill, usually the government or worst the customer. Same strategy elsewhere, just surprised a CEO would talk such gibberish.

    @calgaryeconomic @TELUS @Navin_K_Arora Great! Now how about putting up a cell tower in Legacy. It's only been a community since 2017 and no cell service.

    Hello @TELUS why do your telemarketers call in the middle of the day to disturb me, only to hang up on me when they find out there are no services to sell me? This happens with Shaw. Yesterday, 4 people called me about the same thing and all 4 hung up on me when I wouldn’t bite

    @Adam_Stirling Keep in mind this area (Shelbourne @ McKenzie to Hillside/Richmond area) has been a deadzone for cell service since at least May. Telus towers have been down, calls drop, texts not going through. Basically it's a bermuda triangle of cell service. Even 911 calls drop.

    @MobileSyrup Telus. The customer service is straight out bad. I have never loathed a company as much. Once I bought my house the first thing to go was Telus.

    Really unhappy with how @telus customer service treated me just now. It really surprised me - the agent was impatient and rude. Time to look into Shaw today!

    @telusmobility - Leaving Bell - looking at Telus. Consumer side agents and plans are fantastic, and may have won a new client. Business agent lost the sale with terrible service/attitude and plan. I recommend more training on business side, customer care is crap.
