@TheFallingStar I had the same experience, someone gave me a tip to do the online chat thingy instead of calling. I had tried calling for a week and then once I used the chat it happened quickly. But I prefer Telus service

@maxfawcett @TD_Canada Was on ignore with Telus last week for 1 hour and 58 minutes and they never did resolve the issue so I cancelled the service I was calling about. But, called Telus again for another issue and I thought I dialed a wrong number when someone answered immediately.

@vancan19 Given the plans and prices are effectively identical, I'd stick with Bell on principal* *While both are bad; far as I know, Bell is only mucking with data laws. Telus on the other hand is quietly positioning themselves to buy our healthcare, as soon as it's up for sale.

Called Telus today cause my data wasn’t working when I wasn’t on wifi. After restarting multiple times and updating my software, turns out the issue was that I had my data turned off 🙃✨
