    @HamboneTTV @GordonRaboud In Canada Shaw & Rogers are going through some legal stuff that's most likely going to cost them a lot of money thus bringing down there stock so i was looking at what there competition was doing like telus and bell. this guys came off a little prejudiced & it triggered me lol

    @Rogers just got a email 2 sign a petition 2 break up Roger's,telus and bell,after claiming the Roger's outage in June my answer was no I'm not signing no petition,I've been with Roger's since I moved to canada from the uk in 2007 and I will stay with them,they are ok in my books

    @TELUSsupport I'm just going to change providers it was down again the only thing good about Telus is the staff that troubleshoot their prices are insane and the product doesn't work

    @TELUS you should invest in hiring good talented billing staff and in your billing system as I am frustrated with your billing process which contains errors in every bill that I get. Every month you charge $100 to $200 extra. Is this how you make money?

    @TELUS after 48 min he called me back and said he didnt realize the call was dropped. Seriously what was he doing for 48 min? When you put someone on hold you check back with them and keep them updated. He was rude full of attitude.I don’t pay $214 a month to be treated like this

    @TELUS I have been calling your customer service since last week and till now I have got no answer/explanation. Today your rep Gur from customer resolution team put me on hold for 48 min. You can pull the call recording and see this yourself I hang up after 48 min

    @TELUS installed the telus home security system and have regretted it ever since!!! Cameras don't regularly work, can't look up footage and now I'm stuck with this **** for 2 ******* years!!!
