Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • jtgoodchild Jim 2xVaxxed Goodchild (@jtgoodchild) reported

    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility Shaw seems OK if you're mostly in the bigger centres. Virgin is more $, runs on the Bell network with great customer service. Had #2 spawn on Koodo prepaid for a while - incredibly cheap, runs on Telus network, but cust-service was poor.

  • 757jetdoc Ron Campbell (@757jetdoc) reported from Old Fort, British Columbia

    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility They are all ****, just set customer service expectations very low and carry on! (Just recently had a interaction with Rogers, I was not disappointed!)

  • seanfordyce Sean Fordyce (@seanfordyce) reported

    @CRTCeng What are you going to do now that they all did not bother? Telus did not even advise their tech support and cust service that people would be calling. It does not exist. Customers can leave if they want as competition doesn't have it either. Everyone laughing at CRTC.

    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility I’d have to know about your issue with Telus. If I get anything close to crappy service I’ll call their real loyalty and retention line. Bell has same coverage as Telus as they share cell towers. Rogers a joke

  • mijoroad Mike McCague (@mijoroad) reported

    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility Virgin Plus several yrs for us not one problem and you talk to real people when you call.

  • Cherylmcl57 CherylMcLennan (@Cherylmcl57) reported

    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility I am w virgin, have not had issues w them, and I know virgin is bell. Been w them for eons. Customer service has always been great at rectifying any issues quickly, majority was my own doing as well.

    @CBeaton1 @TELUS Power outage i believe

  • fifty2shrimp WorshipTheGoddess (@fifty2shrimp) reported

    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility The Big 3 ALL SUCK. I've dealt with them all. Bell is harder down the WORST!

  • BrendaKrokosh Brenda Krokosh (@BrendaKrokosh) reported

    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility I’ve never had any problem with Telus. Anyone can have an off day. One experience shouldn’t determine how you feel about a company. I bet they’d make it right if you let them.

    @SPhillipsAB @TELUS @telusmobility That sucks! I know in no way does this help but we’ve been really fortunate overall with their customer service. Telus (Bell) has excellent coverage which is why we switched to them a few years ago. We were with Rogers for over 30 years and their customer service really sucked.
