    @TELUS Oh sorry, I wasn’t clear. My iPhone said 5G, but theirs said 5G+. Why don’t I get 5G+ on @TELUS? Does @Bell have a better network?

    @kelownagurl On your Apple Phone or Tablet. Go to Settings Scroll down to "TV Provider" Select "TV Provider" Log out Turn off the button selecting TELUS as a TV Provider Exit the settings app

    @TELUSsupport I can't login because someone has ked my account, and your callcenter always transfers me to a number that is only open like 9-5pm. I also can't use Telus assist because I can't login I need help ASAP

    Don’t trust Telus. They would rather protect a person getting a phone illegally than an actual customer. She then lecturered me about online security and said I gave the person my permission to steal my identity by visiting websites. Really? Do you think I needed that?

    @TELUS Been on the phone for 2 hours & provided proof of purchase from Apple. Yet, being billed as if I purchased it from TELUS. This all happened because I tried to hook up my watch to the TELUS network and they must have miscoded it on my account as a purchase.
