Yes, TELUS does this ALL the time. They're literally the worst for it, too.

@TELUS not sure how you've been getting away with charging people while they wait for their sim card to arrive. Found out today while waiting for my new sim card to arrive I was getting billed even though I can't even use any of my features or service.

@TELUSsupport Your callback service is full for the day by 11am each day. I have been disconnected on a callback twice with no follow up. At this point, definitely would not recommend TELUS for support or customer service.

@CTVNews Telus is charging 1.5% if a customer pays their bill with a credit card. This was a new added fee, that started in 2022. More $ for the corporate giants.

@TELUS My thirteen year old son informs me that the Telus cell phone network in Saskatchewan will no longer support his hand-me-down iPhone 6 in the New Year. Is this correct? Thanks! I see that the cheapest iPhone online is still over $500 and he wants the iPhone 14 Pro Max…

@cbcnewsbc Telus are so shameless! Communication companies in Canada, including rogus telus and bell, are rubbish, with poor service, high fees, and service calls that test the bottom line of tolerance... When will this industry change? Are there real companies that serve consumers?
