    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Agreed. I use Public Mobile. Lacks a bit in customer service but pays back in cost savings which are huge.

    @TELUSsupport When will you fix the constant sound drops on the tv. It’s happening too frequently when will Telus address this issue that’s been going on for years now.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS The rest are as bad. Freedom has the best plans, decent pricing and coverage, but horrendous support.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS They are all terrible. Bell, Rogers (blech)...now you are telling us Telus. Videotron in QC is ok, not the best deals, but business line service is decent.

    @TELUSsupport I've tried to connect with you via your online tools. I got a call back but it was gibberish, no one was actually there. Please text me for my phone number and then maybe you can help me with my faulty Telus equipment

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS they are all bad - bell telus rogers anyway - the quiet best customers are ones they hose the most - customer service sucks and new customers onboard often at significantly less than the 20 year customers

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS unfortunately they re all the same, I left Bell and went to telus, so far so good. telus optik, ******* horrible to deal with, left them and am extremely happy
