@yessfac1 @TELUSsupport There’s a national outage it looks like, my girlfriend is with Koodo who’s owned by Telus and her cell service is down too

  • robohorgan Horgan reads Joyce (@robohorgan) reported

that, of course, only one skin. Leopold, yes. Three we have. But the smart meter decision will be, I am also a big Telus sign in a 2/5

  • jordanneran Jay Stahl (@jordanneran) reported

Who does @TELUS think is going from using a payphone to being a 5G customer? When displaced people get their things stolen, how are they supposed to access services?

  • JayIsPainting JayIsPainting (@JayIsPainting) reported

@chigaze Ya...I've seen a lot of complaints about Telus and we've had good experience in the past with Shaw...but the last 6 months has been terrible. I think their infrastructure in the area is past due for upgrading. My June/July issue was related to faulty neighbourhood equipment.

  • zhang_bojin Zhang Bojin 张博金 (@zhang_bojin) reported

@TELUS Last week I invested $6,000 and I got paid $63,000 after 7 days of binary options trading with the help of @MuskReeves

  • chigaze Paul Turnbull (@chigaze) reported

@JayIsPainting @Shawhelp FWIW, over the years I’ve had a number of bad Telus experiences however when they put fibre to our house we went back to them and their service to us the last few years has been quite good. (Including handling our switch from old house to temp apartment to hooking up new house).

@TELUSsupport i have been on call with Telus Team for last 3 hours and been transferred to different departments. i still don’t have an answer. Ridiculous service

  • thinker4836 Skeptic/Realist/Simplistic & Optimist (@thinker4836) reported

@TELUSsupport 6+ weeks and no meaningful assistance. Telus is a Canadian company with monthly rates 5X higher than others & with zero effective service for their very Expensive “Easy Roam”

  • AndyMLC Andy C (@AndyMLC) reported

@jasondunn I love the idea of eSim but I don’t think it’s ready for prime time. In Canada, only the big carriers support eSim and, even then, it’s inconsistent. Ex: Bell has a self-serve and free option to swap eSims between phones. Telus requires a visit to a shop and charges you for it.

@YegAndre @TELUSsupport Sadly, I’m not surprised. Telus seems to be taking customer service cues from the airlines these days. 😬
