    I am done I got hung up on from fido Tring to get things fixed up. Being sent Al over the place Tring to get a problem solved.for the past 4hrs then getting hung up on that's it my contact is about up. I am going to telus.if this is how they treat loyal customers. I am done

    @DouglasTodd Brilliant. Hopefully @TELUS is on it. Do major phone networks not routinely share the problems experienced by their customers? This has been irritating for such a long time that I thought service was a four letter word.

    Just spent an intensely frustrating lunchtime with @BellMobility getting bounced between Sales and Customer Svc…been a loyal customer for 25+ years, but they can’t connect my iPad to share my phone data plan! @TELUS here I come! #WhyIsThisSoHard #HangUpOnBell

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport New customer here. Anything that can be done about poor signal at Dundas/Dovercourt? 1 bar downtown seems weird. Previous provider was 4 bars.

    @ShawInfo why can’t SHAW fix the BlueCurve issues? These issues in the backend (on the Cloud) have been going on for months and SHAW can’t fix. Every time I call support, I must escalate and waste hours of my valuable time. Should I just move to Telus????

    @stgpeppers @MarthaLRogers I switched to Rogers because Telus service blows on the gulf island I’m living on. Not even one bar. I get great reception with Rogers and my Bill is lower.

    @TELUSsupport Is there a faster number than 888-811-2500 to deal with a billing credit? Wait time says over an hour. Would the regular Telus Customer Support number 888-811-2323 be faster?

    Doesn’t Telus use Bell’s network? Why are my calls dropping constantly? I actually had better service with F!do, which is hilarious.
