@IRPlawyer @TELUS My experience as a customer with Telus has been consistently terrible. Still haven't managed to get them to use my name, despite being able to change it on my Driver's license, bank etc. Still getting deadnamed every time they call me.

@TiMoudou @CailinasEirinn Now I don't want you to laugh but it is a land line. I do not own a cell phone. I have a little Telus phone for emergency only when I go out. I am the only person in Vancouver without a cell.

@TELUS you people continue to give false promises and saying we don’t have access to ADT hence cannot help. 5 day have elapsed and no resolution at all.

@nessie12 @IRPlawyer @TELUS If it was so bad, way more people would be getting it than are. People have been interacting more than any point in the pandemic, yet cases still aren’t close to our peak. Explain that, if it was so bad we’d be at 1000’s of cases a day by now

Wondering if @RogersHelps wants to pay my Telus bill for the number of times I’ve had to hotspot to my phone this week thanks to ongoing service interruptions.

@Wildsau @TELUS Companies expect more from employees. Have fewer employees but expect current employees to do more. Saves employers money but hurts customer service also burns out staff!

@apukwa @Bryson_M I believe they do have a protocol in place where the tech is "supposed" to wear a mask and stuff. If/how that changed I have no idea. Last year there were complaints of Bell/Telus Tech's not wearing masks. Never heard anything come of it.
