    @TELUSsupport That is how I finally accessed my bills. Three days now My Telus app is not displaying them. I prefer using the app. Escalate this as I don’t think I am the only customer experiencing the issue. Also see the DM string I have had with support.

    @TELUSsupport I need a service technician to come to my home and check my phone line. Telus chat hung up on me without helping me. I do not have a cell phone so I can not phone for help. I have no dial tone on my phone.

    @tunguz you've never seen an oligopoly better-suited to bungling every conceivable natural advantage than Canadian telecoms. You should not be bullish on this if Telus is involved in any capacity whatsoever

    the background. He said so many people in the call centre were sick with COVID infections. And at work. Does that sound like good working conditions respecting quality of life. Never mind nonhuman life. TELUS exists to make profit. That’s all.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS Is there a problem with telus home billing agent support right now. I've been on hold for 1hr 15min currently and over 1hr last evening before being disconnected because call center went closed. Ridiculous
