@TELUSsupport and @TELUS I do not believe it is a coincidence that my Telus services go down and my new neighbor is getting set up with Telus services this morning. What sucks is that you said you can not even get a person to look at it until Saturday afternoon.

@TELUS I have been on the phone all week, was promised a call back, and I still have no internet. How do I contact you? How do I solve the problem? This has been beyond frustrating.

TELUS calls me every so often since I'm off-contract now to tell me about their "exciting promotions". I want the same features without paying more. I'm an iPhone user. Today's rep: "Okay Mr. Jason no problem [...] I can offer you this." $20/month more & an Android 😐 @TELUS

Watching #canucks/#flames on @TELUS pik tv for the first time. This is the worst stream I've ever seen and you charge $14 for this?!?! Choppy and seizure inducing. What a rip off. But this is how telecoms work in Canada. Criminal.

@TELUS instead of 'saying' you're investing in agriculture. Why don't you put your money where uour mouth is and supply RELIABLE internet services to rural areas. Telus hub is off line.... again. Fix the bloody tower!!!!!!

@theJagmeetSingh What is Telus’ ROE?!? You understand, don’t you, that a company’s owners need to make an acceptable return on their investment, otherwise that company will no longer invest in their communities. And then how does that help the people that your unintelligent tweet is intended for?

Went for another round with @Koodo today. 1hr48 minutes. I even got transferred to Cantonese @TELUS support when the loyalty rep, Brian, decided he didn't want to deal with me. Good thing another rep documented Brian's name, cause he didn't even leave documentation...

@koodo @TELUS about the call. Luckily I got ahold of a Canadian support rep, Sandro, who took great care of me and got my issue handled professionally. I wish all of @koodo support was in Canada; always have a great experience talking to local support reps.

@TheJenRollins @TELUS Telus runs the HR backend where I work. Telus sourcing. When I started, there were so many errors, and one of them caused a wage clawback for a year to repay it. Telus should have paid that. It was their mistake.
