Hey @TELUS I got a text this evening with my new pin # and I knew I was in trouble. Since I joined my husband with a Telus family plan last September you have cut my service and tried to recirculate my number 4 times. I knew I was in trouble so I called 611. The rep couldn’t

Newb @TELUS customer here. Wish y’all would’ve told me how terrible they are before I switched on. Ran up $780 of roaming fees in one day after they told me it was $12/flat and the response from @TELUSsupport was basically, “haha got you!”

  • SameerApteMD Sameer Apte (@SameerApteMD) reported

@TELUSsupport Recently transferred two numbers from VoIP to telus. Short codes for sms verification are not enabled for either number. Please enable short codes. I Have called and waited on hold to sort out this issues 3 times over 5 hours. So instead I'm trying this way...

done nothing to say I don’t want my phone number anymore. I am so tired of the wasted time and effort every couple of months to regain the phone number I pay for. @TELUS you need to fix this or pay me out for the rest of my contract. Enough already.
