Talked to a rep and they said “keep an eye on our service outages updates page.” The same one that has said the same thing for 5+ hours? Thanks. I’m working from home, you think Shaw is going to reimburse me lost wages for a whole day?? Lol

    Yesterday @TELUSsupport claims that they’re going to escalate my issue, ask me for contact information so I provide it. Almost 24 hours later and still no updates about the phone I ordered 3 weeks ago. Did I mention I already paid $900 towards this phone? #scamartists #telus

    Ugh, hubby's #Telus email was migrated to Gmail today. He has a different #Mac computer than me, but he's having the same problem. Cannot connect using #MacMail but fine with web based and iPad. Has ANYONE on twitter migrated successfully on a Mac?
