  Re. land line, I need to hang onto the phone number as it's registered everywhere and a PITA to change. Anyway, I too was paying a high monthly so I told Telus I was considering dumping it and they gave me a loyalty rate of $2.50 per month. They must do this to pretend they still have a customer base. And yes, porting to VOIP is something I was considering as I already have a couple of numbers.

  @Rogers what in the actual F? Your super sweet AI phone garbage is broken. Can't actually do anything. When I try to actually get in touch with an agent, call volumes are to high. FOR A WEEK. Hey @TELUS how you doing?

  So if any business owners in customer service industry out there want to have a successful business just call Roger’s or Telus customer service and do the exact opposite of them I guarantee you will be a successful business. Beyond frustrating .

  @jenglishman @TELUS 2/2 One by one the sole Telus employee told them he couldn't help and pointed to a phone number on the wall for them to call. The store was filled with these ladies now on their phones trying to get help to no avail. Absolutely useless!!!

  @TELUS Support team is supposed to be coming out today, but the service was supposed to be activated last Thursday and I’ve ate through my phone data to compensate :(
