  @McCueChris @Shawhelp @TELUS I have Telus internet as well. I got Shaw as a backup when I had a 16 hr outage with Telus and had to wait 2 hrs on hold before giving up and bothering friends that work there. Telus service is way better than Shaw. Hands down better network. Coaxial can't compete with fibre.

  @steeletalk @TELUS Ugh. That's terrible. Considering the damage that can be done to people's finances and credit by things like stolen SIMs it's important for cell phone companies to have really good security and for people to utilize all the security features and knowledge they can for those sites

  @steeletalk @TELUS TD was great and reimbursed me with a couple weeks. I still don’t know how they got my info. They had my address too. Last week I had a fraudulent charge from a food delivery place I never used. Immediately canceled card! Always pay attention to bills and bank daily nowadays!

  @steeletalk @TELUS I wonder if @TELUSBusiness will finally address my issue! I asked them to re-direct my biz landline number to my cell. They directed it to the wrong number for about a month! I lost a lot of business, and all they want is for my to pay my bill. I can't reach anyone to help me!
