  @nenshi Just like your Fellow BC NDP Party is doing Naheed. Telus building 3 AI sites in Metro Vancouver. No extra baseline dispachable power either ? BC Hydro scrambling saying they will be short 20 % by 2029. But BC NDP puts up 4 more Bird killing windmills to help supply AI power

  @Jonesing4truth @koodo Koodo is a trash company that would have gone out of business if Telus hadn’t bought them. Do not use them. Absolutely no customer service.

  Bell is honestly terrible. I switched from TELUS after 10 years and the service from Bell makes me regret switching. They charged a payment from my acct without authorization

  Telus took a $2.1 billion writedown on Telus Digital this quarter, the arm it built to sell AI and customer service work to other companies. Adjusted income still dropped 26 percent once you strip that out. I've built systems like this. The story sells long before anyone checks if the product holds up. Makes me wonder how many other Canadian telcos are carrying an AI unit priced on the same promise.

  @SonyaPaterson Oh geez Sonya, sounds like you've been thru the ringer! We've also had issues with Rogers/Shaw so we moved over to Telus for our cable & internet.

  God my internet is so slow :/ I have Telus purefibre 250 Mbps and man it is sooo slow to download games or stuff on my laptop like it takes an hour plus. tbh i kinda did forgot what internet plan i actually had (lol) but i thankfully will probably upgrade to either purefibre 1 gigabit or 1.5 gigabit and hopefully i will have much faster speeds :) and once i do that, i will only have to get an Ethernet port installed in my bedroom and then i will finally not have to worry about internet speeds again :3

  @not_sforys92 I do feel like we're being gaslit about services getting better, definitely feels worse. Up at the cottage on Telus or Rogers we used to get by, now it's the worst it's ever been. New cell tower should be active at the end of the month supposedly. We got starlink now tho

  @Mel02999853Mel @krisster8 @TELUS For me, it was the technicians dying in customers driveways on service calls that I had never heard about my entire career until the 💉 Customers calling where’s my technician, GPS shows them on site, dead in their truck in the driveway one in Ontario one in British Columbia.
