I think your model is onto something, but at the same time I can't bring myself to buy more $T.TO (I sold $BCE.TO a couple years ago). That probably means it's a good time to buy. BCE is a no-go for me because I don't trust management. They're kings of saying one thing and doing another. Rogers I don't love the focus on sports franchises. Quebecor is still my favourite in the sector. Only a tiny bit more expensive than Telus on a P/FCF basis, but better balance sheet, a dividend that should grow, and a more focused company. Honourable mention to Cogeco too. Think they sell the U.S. part of the company and use the proceeds to pay down debt/do a buyback. They may even potentially take the company private.

The problem is the hideous customer service, they would be better if nobody picked up the phone. I cancelled my cable, took weeks.

Curtis C (@unhappycanuck) reported@AngelaUnspoken Every 2 years I switch carriers. I was with Telus for 20 years and a new customer pays half the price an existing customer does. So now I rotate every 2 years and get the best deals. Most people nowadays can’t because of the credit check needed that’s why they screw existing customers.
