What happens if there is an emergency and they have no service? Serious situation and support keeps insisting the have to talk to the person with the phone. @CRTCeng

It's not even like telecommunications regulations are more strict in Canada and US telecoms just refuse to meet them because they're actually much more lenient than in the US.

Graig Carlson (@GraigCarlson) reported@TELUS so I’m trying to upgrade to a new phone. Since my current phone has to be returned in 15 days. Apparently the new phone is on back order and no estimated date of delivery. Customer service is basically that’s too bad. No other options. Really? That’s it?
