My wife had a stroke last year, hasn't used her @koodo phone since then. Koodo doesn't take customer service calls (they hang up on you) and won't let me or the nursing home my wife is at to cancel her plan. They keep billing her each month. @telus are you listening?

@steeletalk @TELUS Same thing happened to me with Freedom mobile. They got scammed for 3 grand worth of products. Took me 3 months to fix. Police report, numerous phone calls to Freedom and the credit bureau. No calls from Freedom or anything in the mail.

Dear. @TELUS. I've been a loyal mobile customer for over a decade. I am currently looking for home internet. If you operated in Ontario for internet, I'd sign with you in a heartbeat. But you don't.

@steeletalk @TELUSsupport Let us know how you make out with Telus. A similar thing happened with me with bogus data charges and they tried to stiff me. I had to make a complaint to the CCTC before they would do anything.

The customer service rep on the @TELUSsupport line this time credits me back the amount to temporarily ’fix’ my bill to the correct amount. By this point my bill is ‘late.’ He says that he will remove any late charges on it as it is an error on @TELUS’ part.

The Telus Final Reply to the #CRTC case where they blocked phone calls to grandmothers dying of cancer is in. Telus wants the CRTC to think of, & portray Telus as the poor victim. Not that grandmother who died. Not any other people that had calls blocked. Only poor Telus matters

@TELUS @TELUSsupport legitimately has the WORST #CustomerService I have experienced. No, not the customer service reps who answer the phone. They don’t have the ability to fix anything (which they should). It’s whoever has control over the #billing. Let me elaborate...
