@rodmickleburgh telus. we switched to show 11 months and regret it. ****** service ONLY HDMI connectivity. poor connectivity (dropped pictue), Their wifi range is about a 15 foot wide circle but you can rent a $50 range extender for like 12 bucks a month til you die or go back to telus.

@JerryGracio Correct. They have to refund or rebate. With us in North America Telus is refunding the days they lost the services. Rebates the every minute they charge on drp calls oe calls not yet connected. Philippines has the worst services. Same as its Nat. Leaders & LGUs. Horrible.

@DroppedBars @garryself Telus fibre > Shaw co-ax > Telus DSL. But depending on how long it's going to be before you can signup to Bridgenet, given you can't get Telus fibre there, might be worth sucking up the bad rates for a month or two (?) until you can jump to Novus over Bridgenet.

@rodmickleburgh Shaw all the way. Both have issues but Telus Customer Service is horrible. Try getting through to talk to someone or get anything done and it’s hours of waiting. With Shaw you pay monthly with Telus it’s a Contract

@rodmickleburgh We’ve had Telus Optik for years, just upgraded to their fibre optic. Difficult to speak to a human but when you do finally navigate through the automated system they are helpful & the technicians are excellent. My only complaint is their billing is horrible, lots of errors.

@rodmickleburgh Switched from Shaw to Telus after years. Had a problem with Shaw and their response was dismal. Telus gave us a very good deal to get the business. In two years we will reevaluate based on who want the business more. Worth seeing what the competition will offer.

@Dan_GT2 @BMO Remembering when a cut cable led to landline phone outage. Took about an hour to get thru the various hoops until reaching Telus Customer Service.... in the Philippines!😠

@somenice @TELUSsupport I saw some people recent complaining about not knowing their iPhones came without chargers and that the Telus rep never thought to ask if they needed one.
