    @SerenaCMah @WestJet They can't even price q plane ticket ask them questions about pricing and they won't know what to say, Telus has trainers and quality agents who have never touched a plane 😢, while Canada has staff with several years of exp who do not rely on scripts

    @Judyylicious @TELUS @TELUSsupport TELUS SmartHome: repeated false alarms → police dispatch while I was on a flight. Told to pay + upsold $5 add-on. Neighbour had same issue, paid hundreds. Fix the system, don’t monetize faults. Will escalate if unresolved.

    Frustrated about Telus customer service. After they acquired ADT they don’t know how to restore a portal password. 7 hours on the phone with 9 different agents over the last 30 days No one knows how to do it. @TELUS @TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness

    @vesperdigital TELUS health is terrible. Ask doctors who are having to individually correct patients records once they get sucked into Telus health.

    @koodo @TELUSsupport I got a call yesterday from 1-844-372-1809, "TELUS" showed on Call Display. I said hello, caller thanked me for being a Koodo customer, then hung up. Was this a legit Koodo/Telus number, or was this a scammer? #koodo #telus

    @Harryslaststand @marlene4719 Nope. Not any more than other public assets like Air Canada, CNR, Petro Canada, Telus, BC Rail, Hwy 407 in ON, the Canadian Wheat Board, etc. etc. The public gets higher prices & poorer service. But a handful get very wealthy.

    The sound is all ****** up on the @TELUS TV app and @Sportsnet plus doesn’t want to work either. For what I pay for this **** I’m very unimpressed

    @doug_wk @TheBlueGem3 I get your name and address of all people that live there. Wonder why marketing will have your name on it even though you’ve never heard of a company. Thats why. I can buy a phone lost from Telus, Rogers or Bell with names numbers and addresses
