    @EPCOR A @TELUS technician was just here without a bucket truck or the ability to fix the fiber drop to my house. God I wish Telus support was as good as EPCORs. Man, that would be nice.

    @TELUS makes copious amounts of money because they make it impossible to cancel services. I moved and it took 5 minutes to cancel my @bchydro services.

    @WitchinBC @journo_dale I think what they are talking about is the mobility fees for service - think your monthly payment to rogers/bell/telus. I don't think the discussion is about the cost of the device.

    @TELUSsupport ever since you switched telus email to gmail, I have had nothing but trouble. Its ridiculous!

    @TELUS it's outages like these that make me start to believe the bell commercials where they claim to have a "superior network" going to spend another full day at work with no internet...

    Shaw and Telus have confirmed with us that they have not blocked our site. This appears to be a bad DNS cache that should resolve itself over time.

    @TELUSsupport Imagine how much simpler this would have been if @TELUSsupport had forwarded on the picture I posted. Imagine how much more efficient Telus support would be if customers had the ability to email or text pictures of the problem. Sadly, that’s not possible. I asked.

    @TELUS how does someone pay their last bill, no access to my Telus from their phone as I have moved to a different provider. Also calling to Telus leaves me on hold for over 30 minutes per call, without any one to help with the payment! No calls during non business hrs! Argh 😖

    Just spoke to a telus representative. Theyre willing to give me exactly what i aksed for-unlike rogers. What a relief. Sad that you would treat loyal customers in such a callous way..especially during a global pandemic. Truly shameful that i used 2 recommeded rogers @RogersHelps
