Telus online chat support really sucks! Takes forever and when you lose connection, they don't come back and because I'm deaf I can't take a voice call to reconnect and they stupidly forget that I'm deaf after being told twice. I'm beyond frustrated!!

@TELUSsupport I was trying for 3 hrs and 2 agents to get my Optik TV back and no luck and then had to dinner & then zoom meeting. Then tried manual set up and still no luck. I'm at my wits end and Telus takes forever to get help when you're deaf and need to use chat! Grrr/sigh!

@shawhelp. I think you need to talk to garbage @BellMediaPR as once they stop hijacking the American channel after football, it screws up the TV channels. Regardless, time to move to Telus Optik TV & Internet this year.

@kmlatta Wow! That’s horrible! She just gave up and went to Telus, Virgin would literally not help get her phone working, they would “send it up to a higher tech” that would never call or answer the call. They don’t care at all! @VirginPlusCare was the worst service I’ve ever seen.
