@TELUS @TELUSsupport the issues persist. it’s has been two months and STILL the cameras don’t capture eveything. my home door was open and the alarm rang but no call from telus or the police checking on us. i used my points for this and still not help!!!

Really annoyed I was watching purportedly 4K programming (like Netflix) through my Telus Optic set-top box. It's obviously crap relative to seeing it directly through the 4KTV. I could've been watching real 4K for the four years I've owned this TV.
