  • downtownjuliab Julia B (@downtownjuliab) reported

Literally cannot use my cell phone to make/take calls at all now. @TELUS what have you done to the signal in Southeast Vancouver? (And no the issue is not with my phone, we have gone through the trouble-shooting on that.)

  • wolfe69err Mr. Abdul Kaskas♊️ (@wolfe69err) reported

@TELUS , @TELUSsupport , I was told someone was "supposed" to call me and noone did. This is on top of being told i'm "supposed" to have my mobile data setting on when i am at home where i have #Wifi service which is not correct information.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

The new #Telus reply to the #CRTC Credit Card fee basically states, if you want to avoid the new credit card fee then use a different method of payment and **** you. And the whole reason why you are getting this fee is because we can charge it, except in Quebec.

  • mcguapco Andre (@mcguapco) reported

@TELUS everywhere I go in my city I only have a max 2-3 bars data-wise, most places 1 bar. Windsor ON, please fix

  • ealculumbre EA (@ealculumbre) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

As long as I’m on LTE my #Ottawa reception is at 1 bar and reception extremely choppy. When changed to 3G service goes up to 2/3 bars & audio conversations became possible. - We shouldn’t have to choose between the two @TELUS @TELUSsupport

  • infil00p Joe Bowser (@infil00p) reported

@fanCRTCProfling I thought Telus was the main Telco up to the Yukon border. Also, how would anyone know if NorthwestTel was using the kill switch? Their service is uniquely overpriced and ******.

  • thelightphone light (@thelightphone) reported

@mikedinelle @TELUS It's still a work in progress, unfortunately can be a slow process, but we're working with their labs now to get certification.

  • DBo36184584 D Bo (@DBo36184584) reported

@DividendCovered I’m still a hold on Telus. Not that it’s a bad investment. Just think the market can drag that price down a little more. The banks however….

Anyone got a good deal with awesome service for high speed home internet in YEG? I’m with Telus, central YEG, and it sucks. Advice please. Pricing too.

  • fishingwicked OfftheGrid (@fishingwicked) reported

@TELUS with service speeds I could only measure in kb/s What a pathetic 1990's level of service!
