    Telus, please don't send me a request for a direct message so you can handle it discreetly. You have a problem and all of Telus country should be telling you. I don't like my 2 hour wait on please connect me to the correct department. Real people are necessary.

    Pathetic customer service by @TELUSsupport @TELUS DO NOT GET TELUS. you’ll never be able to get hold of an agent as the wait times are ridiculous. So they can over charge you and you cannot do anything as you cannot reach out and cannot take out 2 hours out on a working day.

    Lethbridge has no OB-GYN, apparently. I expect Smithnwesson’s solution will be a TELUS app and alternative medicine from your local veterinarian.

    @RackedNStacked Verizon bought Bell Atl (1997). Revenue wise yes ATT. Wireless is VZ. The US has become Canada in the regard. Canada has 3 major cell carriers Telus/Rogers/BCE. They have the highest cell bills in the world. It's all bad business. No competition whatsoever.

    Hey @TELUS and other cell companies, how come Beaumont Alberta has no service unless you’re on WiFi? Can see I should have LTE or 5G and nothing loads. Lots of complaints on Facebook about the issue.
