    @ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp @TELUS It really depends on "what's available" in your area. There's no Telus Fibre Optic where I live, but the "Shaw cable utility box" is on my property. From a customer service perspective, I would have already switched. I'm a captive audience, based on what's available.

    @TELUS thanks for making my day. I had pblm with cust serv, they telling me st and I getting st else loosing my Shaw 150MBps ending up with Telus internet 25.I thought it’s my bad English tht cozd all these . But same thing hpnd with my English speaking buddy 🤪. So happy

    @ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp @TELUS Same since March w Shaw and Telus is no different. The problem is, there is no regulation (and I’m not suggesting a regulated solution) for what they do on the retail side. They can sell you whatever speed or channel they want. If they don’t deliver there is no recourse at all.

    A snowstorm 3 days ago knocked down a phone line and my parents house hasn’t had phone or Internet since. They’ve been calling @TELUS @TELUSsupport ever since and they keep saying that someone will come fix it, only for them to cancel.

    I am going to cancel my @Shawhelp cable service as a Christmas present to myself. 3 months of half of my channels not working, at full price, was being tolerated. Die Hard on Christmas Eve not working, unacceptable. @TELUS you’ll be up.... get ready. 🎄

    @Terry07233422 What I have is a rural internet smart hub via Telus-- it takes a cell signal to a device that uses wifi or ethernet cable to the various devices in the house. It was not bad generally, has got much worse lately, presumably due to covid related use increase.

    @TELUSsupport I was just refused the service at one of telus store because I am work at hospital, the funny thing is I went there to get the hospital employee plan with telus. Hey telus please show the written “no hospital worker visit policy”.

    @kuda_hove @Fidomobile Fido truly has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had to switch to Telus and so far the customer service has been pretty amazing *knock on wood*
