    @TELUSsupport I ordered a device from the website received it last night and now I’m being told I can’t activate until Monday. As a new Telus customer this is a joke

    They said we would have to send the phone to Samsung and be without a phone while it is being fixed. They would not even refund the $20 data charge because of this problem. 2 landlines, 3 cell phones are no getting canceled because of this. Thanks Telus, switching to @Bell

    @CityNewsVAN The CRTC needs to stop this immediately. Rogers buys Shaw then we are down to 2 horrible options, Rogers & Telus, neither of them have a ounce of customer services. It will be disastrous, we are already being robbed by their pricing, it will only get worst without Shaw!!

    @TELUSsupport so telus has epp sales agents that will sell you service on a weekend but no agents that can help you set up on a weekend. This is my first experience with Telus and I regret switching already. Terrible company terrible experience

    @NightShiftMD How about getting inundated every week from frantic orphaned patients trying to find a Family Doctor? I get requests from people in other cities 3-6hrs away. I can't do it, I'm maxed out. But Telus Health will provide **** virtual care & they make a profit. That's called collapse

    The good news is Telus is installing Fibre in Calgary and a bunch of Alberta and BC so it’s just a matter of time but, streaming 1080p 60fps might be a problem until then lol

    Loving that @TELUS piktv has just suddenly decided that I have no access to watch anything on my phone app and none of the website links are working due to "DNS" problems. TV everywhere my ***
