@oriharakaoru No, I'm familiar with the name. Telus and Bell also! (used to be in wireless ind.) Looks like Rogers has one flip phone, and it's the same one that we got for my grandma. It's.... ok? My grandma's had issues, but I think many of them were user error.

@daverich72 Not sure if to laugh or cry at Telus technical support line via Phillipines. 2 1/2 hrs on phone for what started as landline phone problem, to being told technician call in am. to me having to call again am.. a 30 min wait & qqq20+ min on phone just to get an Appt.

@TELUSsupport A new customer here. We have been waiting over 6 hours for the technician to install our new Telus services. It is supposed to be a 7 hour installation. I would be appreciate if someone could telephone or DM to give an up to date time estimate. Thank you.

@commaficionado I ran into this with @TELUS when I tried to move my service, months later after multiple emails sent back and forth I called, yes, I called to cancel my service completely. I refuse to enable their ableist bs Also ableist: shutting down their copper option, its only fibre now
