@TELUSsupport Why is Deborah of Billing Escalation Department of Telus Mobility so unreasonable? She is very rigid and kept saying that she followed Telus internal policy. She has no sense of customer service, working in a wrong business.

@CameronBWilson @TELUSsupport @TELUS I hear ya Cameron, we've had ongoing issues with their wireless tv box picture freezes up occasionally and is a pain. Seems to be an issue for them to send a tech out tho. Sometimes it works great, other times, it's shiite.. ..where's my rabbit ears? 🤨

@AlphabetWorkers Welocalize pays less than Telus. And Telus, since the company stopped being Lionbridge, leaves enough to be desired. A lot of Zen, but little support and less and less work.
