i wish the POS sportsnet app still let you pick your stream rate so i do t burn my telus data in one afternoon watching baseball. what a pile of crap that last update was. gimme back 800k streams!!!

@PurpleMel79 I've been a lifelong Shaw customer. I loved their service until about a decade ago. If I didn't have a seething hatred for Telus, I'd have switched years ago. Canadians need more options. Give me a premium service with premium prices, a low-end service with dirt-cheap prices...

Not to mention that their call lines are always so busy that getting through to people can take hours. I'm so ******* frustrated I wanna cancel everything. Would not recommend telus at all

@TELUS cold-calling customers to tell them how they are appreciated to offer a deal that results in being transferred to the 40-min-wait-queue-of-despair to get someone authorized to make the change is NOT GOOD SERVICE. It gets people told to fu<k off when they call back.

@TELUSsupport Oh my gosh now they want a PM. I spent weeks trying to resolve other issues including over charges. All requests were dragged or, ignored or unresolved. But remotely tampering with account is crossing a whole new boundary!! #beware of #Telus

@TELUSsupport All equipment returned..every month I call @Telus they tell me it will be corrected next billing but never happens. After 3 weeks usage the bill was $77 and I disconnected,a month later $177, a month after $327. What kind of service is that to endure as a senior? #telus do better

@Bryson_M So frustrating. Current Telus customer and their “sale” offer to me right now is 85/mo for 50gb and 90/mo for 100. Currently paying 80 for 20gb.

I only decided to get tested when I was using Telus's Heath app and just plugged in two of the major issues I have been having for the past few days now (Running Hot and cough) into it and both times it says, "You may have the plague. Maybe get tested." So I did.

@cathy_fillion @TELUS I’m in the SW and keep losing connection and the page comes on the screen. I either just wait a couple of minutes or turn off the TV then turn it back on and it is connected. 🤬 WTF It’s Telus.
