    @TELUSsupport I have to say that Telus support team are useless and won't help you. Always trying to charge me for the returned Apple TV box. Called 5 time for billing issue since last December. Even worse on this month 's bill. Tried to charge me additional $209.89 for returned box! Very bad

    @TELUS informs you that your password is wrong. Click here for temporary code. Brings you back to login page never provides code. Goes around like that until you want to change providers. “Contact Us”? I don’t have half a day for this.

    when telus calls you for the probably 10th time for home security and you tell them no again, and say I want my bill lowered because like I’m paying a lot and they hang up on you- guess I’m shopping around for a new provider come June!

    @TELUSsupport @TELUSsupport received message 6hrs ago stating services are up, but they aren’t. Getting the runaround from agents. Outage not listed, but they keep saying it may still be out. No real updates #telus #frustrating
