    @mghnn_jn @TELUS Try getting them on the phone when you’re having an issue. My local store location doesn’t even answer the phone. They just have a voice mail directing you to the online or *611 number.

    @slowmanluis @LizaYuzda Again you need to see the contract. What volume estimates were Telus given, what lead.time. Also not too many call centres can handle a million calls in a few hours , again poor forecasting and planning Adrian Dix's plan

    Dear @TELUS @TELUSsupport , If you're really valued your loyal customers you would not raise their plans prices and the next day call them to offer them to get more services and offer them a smartwatch or a tablet. I don't need this crap I need money to pay my bills

    @TELUSsupport Just got a call from 888-811-2323 asking how my service has been. I'm not and never have been a Telus customer. They also new my name, how can that be?

    @CathyElmy @VCHhealthcare Regions have hard borders and only cover their own citizens. VCH problems are supposedly getting addressed by Telus and govt with many more call takers. Duh, right?
