@TTChelps Seeing as this service is out-sourced to Telus, is there no way to increase capacity & hire more operators on a temporary basis; at least until online bookings are available again? Tried this morning and could not even get on the hold queue (disconnected in the first 2 minutes).

@dkeramidas Ah man...I think it's time to switch. I guess #Rogers doesn't put too much value on Lifetime Value of a customer. Let's see what @Bell and @Telus can come up with on bundled services.

@CFL @TELUS My hubby! We haven’t had a trip together since 2003. Plus, I have a broken finger from playing catch with my son who is a JV QB so winning would help me heal!

You try to get in touch with technical support only to spend hours waiting or receive unhelpful information. We don’t wait around when it comes to Telus webmail – we know how essential it is to your livelihood.

Imagine paying $200/month 4 Internet that stops working every few wks. Call @TELUS, only thing that works is changing IP address but still have to waste hours to go thru the same steps every time, or get threatened with a $150 fee. Keeps happening. WTF #ShittyService #NeedNewISP

@Pagmenzies @cbcwatcher This regulator, and the players who directly stated they are competing w/ FB on the data, will then control the internet for your own good. profiling & targeting from FB = Bad profiling & targeting from telus = good. Both profile target kids too. One in the same my friend.

@dkeramidas It's an oligopoly. Switching is a short-term solution. Long term it's all the same. Bell, Telus or Rogers have too much clout with the federal gov't. All the Canadian carriers know they've got you by the *****.
