@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

@VA3QV @TELUS Only tv and house internet is with Roger's . My cell phone is with Bell and never gives me problems except in Newfoundland that still has areas with no cell coverage.

The worst possible excise for customer service is the 611 number advertised by Telus. you will have a difficult time finding anyone that speak or understand English & God forbid you find someone that actually wants to assist Telus obviously taking que from Bell.

Every month without fail, @TELUS calls me to try and flog me internet access. Every time I ask what the speed is and then I point out that 15Mb/sec down is 1/20th of what I get from Shaw right now. I'm getting tired of it.

@TwitchSupport @BrycePillsworth I am also experiencing this issue on Telus from west cost Canada. Using a VPN works as a workaround.

@globeandmail I'm fairly certain Roger's is still down and they are just being carried by the other big two telecoms. My telus coverage and speeds have been garbage ever since the outage.
