@TELUSsupport Telus online updates are useless. “Processed” for over a week. Wait on hold for 2+ hours only to get hung up on by loyalty department. This is how a customer of 20+ yrs gets treated.

@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

@telus free help for your team: in every traceroute I do to hosts that I can’t connect to (800-1000ms ping), the Telus router that is the first along the route to have a massively high ping is “CHCNIL23BR00”, 154.11.11.177
