  @TELUSsupport Telus online updates are useless. “Processed” for over a week. Wait on hold for 2+ hours only to get hung up on by loyalty department. This is how a customer of 20+ yrs gets treated.

  @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

  Half the people talking about the Telus data center in Vancouver are literally some of the dumbest people in Canada I swear to god. Why Telus? -Because who TF else is going to build it? Why is Telus the only business in Canada who can build data center infrastructure? -Because they've been doing it for the past 15 years and they know how to do it. Why can't some other company other than Telus do it? -Because there is literally nobody else. How can a company with no experience in data centers build data center? - They have 5 data centers already and building a data center has less to do with what is inside and more to do with the services it provides and the SLA. How can it be true that the only qualified party to take on one of the most important technology projects in the country is one of the biggest technology companies in the country? - ...   @janelleybelley3 I never had an issue with anyone until Telus sent a predator to my house to install internet and then they sent another predator to my house few mths later to fix the internet. Ladies never trust the reps from Telus, they're predators looking for their next victims.

  @KaileaandTim @WestJet Westjet wanted cheap labor they got it. The agents in Telus El Salvador have a mediocre English level, they can't even understand a spelling, they work with "scripts" unnatural customer service, then they grow after 1 month of training without any experience in airlines at all
