@TELUSsupport Telus online updates are useless. “Processed” for over a week. Wait on hold for 2+ hours only to get hung up on by loyalty department. This is how a customer of 20+ yrs gets treated.

@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

@Rj_InCan_AB I had the exact thing happen to me.. I shut off my Telus box and powered down tv ... waited 30 seconds and bam it reset everything including the tv..

I went over my data cap and even with 5 bars of 5g internet I can't play a game of chess. Canadian cell phone plans are garbage @telus

Be aware, when hooking up internet service through the smaller companies in YYC, they are RELIANT on @ShawInfo or @TELUS to hook you up. Today is officially 2 weeks I've been waiting for internet access in downtown YY, as @shaw.ca refuses to respond to teksavy's escalationS 🤨

@TELUS people should be very careful when they cancel their contract with Telus because 9yrs ago i cancelled my contract with them and I just found out Telus took me to collections over $21.50 9yrs ago and I just found out through Metcredit today, never got email 4 9yrs about it

Company. 9yrs never got email from telus what a joke, after 9yrs now this collection company want $190.37 which I don’t mind paying but surprise how telus can ruin my credit over $21.50 wow
