    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    @TELUSsupport Telus online updates are useless. “Processed” for over a week. Wait on hold for 2+ hours only to get hung up on by loyalty department. This is how a customer of 20+ yrs gets treated.

    Nothing better than trying to top up my phone so I can call my dad and see how he is only to find out my number is out of service. No email, no one tried to contact me to ask if I still wanted my number, nothing. Guess I gotta contact customer support and get a new number @TELUS

    @FraserRiverFind I haven't gotten it myself yet, pretty much only use the iFone as a camera but I was told to use Public mobile, they use Telus' network and are the best prices and service. But that's 2nd hand although from a trusted source
