    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    Telus man. They charged my credit card 5x of 121.71 which means now I have a 486 dollar credit. Refund takes 3 to 4 weeks to process. Wtf.

    @TELUS Is this to make up for your evil ADT branch? 10 years broken. Two years of refusing to cancel after the system was replaced and then putting a collection agency after a 94 year old with dementia. Stellar performance.
