    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    @TELUSsupport Telus online updates are useless. “Processed” for over a week. Wait on hold for 2+ hours only to get hung up on by loyalty department. This is how a customer of 20+ yrs gets treated.

    Been with @TELUS for a month. 99% of the phone calls I’ve received are automated scam calls pre-recorded in both English and an Asian language. I had never experienced this with other carriers, not even with Koodo, until the day I transferred. Care to explain? @TELUSsupport

    Cool! Just got off the phone with @TELUS @TELUSBusiness and found out that my former ADT business alarm system has not been communicating or monitored since APRIL, but nobody told me, and they have been charging me the whole time. Is CRTC the place to make a complaint?

    @TELUS omg now for 1 month my fibre optic wifi line has been on my grass and still waiting for someone to come and re dig the line so it can be put back under ground tired of this please help need back in the ground soooon.

    @jheighton3 @adriandix Again, helping nobody but Telus shareholders. Bleeding out our doctors so that they can deliver healthcare inefficiently is horrible. Remember as well that for people with a primary care physician, a virtual visit results in unpaid paperwork for them! No wonder we have shortage.
