Anyone else in Brantford currently getting no cell service where you ordinarily get 3 or 4 bars? #TELUS #Brantford #BrantfordBrant

  • amber122185 mazikeen (@amber122185) reported from Brantford, Ontario

Does telus have good Internet plans? I know they never used to do Internet but I thought I saw some thing recently where they did start.

  • MikeSpicer12 Mike Spicer (@MikeSpicer12) reported from Brant, Ontario

@TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

  • Shanny684 Scott Shannon (@Shanny684) reported from North Dumfries, Ontario

@TELUSsupport Telus online updates are useless. “Processed” for over a week. Wait on hold for 2+ hours only to get hung up on by loyalty department. This is how a customer of 20+ yrs gets treated.

everybody: hey maybe split up rogers, bell & telus and enable smaller companies to rent infrastructure at cost government: lol we're just gonna let them consolidate further into a single monopoly for the lols. **** your money!

@TELUSsupport Hi. We ported to Telus yesterday. How come I have an outstanding payment of $450 for a bill issued on December 1, 2022? I failed to speak to customer service as no one is available, and the virtual assistant didn’t help. I need someone to help. Thanks.

  • askrickdotcom SumGuyOnline (@askrickdotcom) reported

@Calgaryman1 @Shawhelp I just chatted in and they couldn’t help me cause they “migrated” to a new system even though my phone number and email is on the account they didn’t have my name on the account. Terrible service! Telus has a better line for the same price we are paying.

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

The one advantage of the Bell-Telus wedding will be that it will require structural separation with the merged cellular network unable to sell retail and forced to only deal with real MVNOs. (not the fake ones that #CRTC has decided on)

  • peternowak Peter Nowak (@peternowak) reported

Bell and Telus now have every reason to merge and no one can say anything rational to stop them. I actually think it's a great idea, since they share a network and aren't competing against each other anyway.

  • JoyceHermit 𝔸 𝕕 𝕖 𝕝 𝕖 (@JoyceHermit) reported

@pnwkate @TELUS Sadly, I know nothing about Canadian internet service providers. Hope you get it sorted out soon.

  • krosehawaii Kevin Rose (@krosehawaii) reported

@pnwkate @TELUS That is a beauty of a shot. I have been with @ShawInfo since getting our first computer in 2003 and have never had any issues with the service.

  • bsuns Rob Davies (@bsuns) reported

@TELUSsupport is a joy. 1st 30 minutes with someone who couldn't find what I was asking about ON THE TELUS SUPPORT WEB PAGE. Then forwarded to customer care. Waiting 1/2 hour now to talk to someone. Their hold music is not wonderful, fyi. No offer to call me when they are free.

  • CherylPrior1 Cheryl B. 🇨🇦 (@CherylPrior1) reported from Langley, British Columbia

@pnwkate @NatalieLanovill @TELUS Shaw never gives me any trouble, great customer service.

  • barrymcbastard Barry McWilliams (@barrymcbastard) reported

Now that the merger has been approved the federal government should acquire Bell's network infrastructure, kick Telus out of our healthcare system, and let them and runner up Rogers die a painful death.
