    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    @cdglove98 @TELUSsupport It looks like it started happening earlier this year, when they switched their email back-end to gmail. That said, I'm not a Telus customer, but I did spend an hour helping a friend view the doc that I shared with them

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have spent well over 6 hours waiting over the last week trying to cancel a service that i no longer need since i upgraded to faster internet with telus. I have been asked for my account information 8 times now. Ready to cancel all my telus services

    @OilCountry_Joe I switched to @ParkPowerLtd it is significantly cheaper and the service has been better than telus for sure!

    @TELUS has made it impossible to cancel services because they only accept incoming calls and after hours of waiting and not answering, they’re forcing us to retain services we no longer want. No call back service and no head office to contact. @BCOmbudsperson

    @spinda69 @ItsJimb0 Oh I haven't had an outage in a long *** time. And I would switch to telus but without fiber their down/up is way worse then Shaw (when Shaw is working properly) so since we're in NW it kinda sux
