    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    An update on my old rotary phone.. I filed a complaint with CRTC.. Telus got back to me a few hours later. It looks like they are going to fix it and make it work as promised. I'm impressed but it took some effort to prevent being bulldozed by big tec. Kudos to Telus though.

    @WhistlerBlckcmb @TELUS Couldn't travel from the UK due to covid restrictions at the time. Did the 'epic coverage' that came with the 'epic pass' give me any cover? Did it bollocks!! Will never book with any vail resort again. $1000 pissed away.. Beware of booking with these thieves!!! 😡😡😡

    Literally about to just go overpay for internet with telus just so I'll never have to deal with Shaws headassery ever again. This is getting ridiculous.

    Telus Support instructed us to disconnect the wrong cable Sunday, and now with no services I struggle to work from home to figure out how to process payroll for 4 companies. @TELUS says not to worry that someone will be here on Tuesday and if it is our issues we pay $150. Crappy!

    Worst customer experience with @TELUS @TELUSsupport . They don’t tell you about roaming charges until you are already roaming, whereas their biggest competitor @Rogers offers a flat rate roaming option automatically. Now they say they won’t help but appreciate my business?!?
