    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    i give telus $100 a month and a lot of the time, it feels like im in a walmart using the same wireless internet as all the customers there. difference is, im hard wired into my modem and still have absolute garbage service. what a waste of time and money.

    So I went down to the mall, went to the Apple Store, looked at the phones, decided on the one I was going to get, went to TELUS, and he said he couldn’t process my upgrade in store unless they charge me $50 to do so. $50 to click the same buttons I would at home. Seriously?!

    Hey @telus when your customer calls multiple times to clarify their bill and is told that a incorrect charge will not be applied to their account and then you charge them anyway… Is that your credo on how you treat your customers? #telus @TELUSsupport

    @TELUS I just tried calling your loyalty dept - and after being on hold for 5 mins it rang for over 40 rings and then disconnected me. Not impressed and doesn’t make me feel valued as a customer.

    @covid_parent @Procrastik8 @TELUS Human Rights are nothing compared to the Climate Crisis and the covid emergency we are seeing today. I'm going to cancel my Bell contract and move over to Telus because they follow the science.
