    @TELUS Thanks for the $500.00 cancellation bill today. You charged me a cancellation fee when I moved from Alberta to Ontario!! You don’t have internet or tv service in Ontario! And that’s my fault! Customer service needs improvement too!!

    @JeffTimmins3 better not use the #Telus wi-fi service as it is not a stable and reliable service. as aTelus customer i have to end up with ShawGo as it is always reliable.

    ive been given the runaround by telus like 4 times trying to get my internet swapped over and every time i call i spend an hour on the phone and they say theres an issue and they’ll investigate and call me back and never do

    We are finally having a @TELUS tech come to the house to figure out why our service is so ******. They say it’s a faulty connection. I hope so. I had high hopes for switching from Shaw. Looking forward to watching tv without the pausing, digitizing, etc.

    @SaigonTheGod @MJosling53 We freely use our internet & hit 900GB to 1TB per month, streaming HD Netflix/Disney, my work from home needs, daughter's online kindergarten, playing music for my toddler. Plus my phone is using Telus' phone over WiFi since cell coverage here is garbage. It's easy to exceed 200.

    @MommyZad Every Telus subscriber deserves better. They serve their shareholders, not their customers. They deliver money, not service and their business ethics are a breath away from fraud. Contact your MP and complain about these shysters.
