@TELUSsupport We are a city owned rental building that was already PROMISED OPTIK TV in Oct 2019. Okay so COVID slows things down but TELUS has NO IDEA IF AT ALL if they will install OPTIK here. It was just a marketing SCAM. We all know it, TELUS knows it and now hopefully TWITTER knows it.

@PelletierFan23 I agree. Telus wouldn't be bad if they used white on the red jerseys and a red logo on the whites. But I am not sure if Telus wants to exclude their trademarked green and purple colours in their logo.

Last summer @TELUS dug up every lawn on the street and left a mess for my parents to fix. Now I find out they've been swindled by a sales rep desperate to make good on this dumb expense. They signed a 3 year contract for services that have NOT ONCE worked since I've been here.

@TELUS is absolutely the worst company in this country. 2-3 hours minimum on the phone for a representative. They need to pay me back for my time at this point. If you want to get a phone with them DONT.

@TELUS @tamarataggart While you're patting yourselves on the back maybe look into why the service cuts in and out for the last 2 weeks in the Edmonton/central Alberta region. We pay for service, not lip service.

Incredibly wonderful that the lady showed me how to fix things...explained what I needed to know. Got the phone fixed and we tested. Glitches should not be a problem. Thank you again helpful techs at @TELUS in Charlottetown Mall! There were two a tall man and a lady. Good staff!

@appalbarry @HSBC I sympathize. All the large US corporations started taking their customer service and IT support offshore in the mid 2000's. I get nowhere with customer service at Telus and Vail Resorts. After I get a local number from offshore support, I'm connected back to the same person😬
