    @TELUS @SamsungMobile when is my phone getting fixed today marks one week without any service no follow up from Telus being told 2 days for parts from Samsung has now turned into 7 days. 4 month old phone should be working. Looks like a return is happening and telus will lose me

    @TELUSsupport our wireless signal in Walker lakes @CityofEdmonton is terrible telus needs to invest in some wireless tower. Barely get 1 bar on multiple telus devices.

    @TELUS @koodo bad, bad.... the worst customer service... NO ONE contacts me to solve a problem. The phone number on their website is just a machine with an automated response. BAD SERVICE!!!!

    @FP_Champagne Your useless department has no intention of helping the consumer. We pay the highest cellular and data rates in the world for the lousiest service in the world. Drive from Prince George to YVR sometime. @TELUS network with high profits and lousy service. #cdnpoli

    Crazy how accidentally missing one cell phone plan payment(by 8 days bc my grandma died right before it so forgot)can drop your credit score by 100 points lmfao I’m going to kms I always tried so hard to keep my credit perfect lmao wtf 😭😭 I hate Telus now😭😭

    @dstiddypop43 I pay $15 per month to Telus, yes, prepaid, for unlimited texting. They provide for another $3, 5 minutes of talk. Apparently I am required to have the talk part whether I want it or not. They hate people like me because they cannot raise my cost, **** them

    @kim_siever @dstiddypop43 I threatened to take my almost 5 year old phone and leave Telus if they didn’t give me a better deal and the best they would do for me was $65/month with about 6gb of data. We’re getting hosed so bad in this country. And they wanna charge me more for using my credit card?!?

    @kim_siever Actually the LG appliance repairman said that it is doubtful we will get 10 years out of this new dishwasher. Similarly, the Telus technican who recently had to visit us, said to try to keep our current 15 year old TV as the new thin , flat screens have poor longevity.
