Better yet sign up for a 2 year cell plan with Telus, wont work in Europe but who cares if it means helping 'elbows up' idiots with their ridiculous virtuous posts

  Today an @EPCOR garbage truck took out my phone landline in the back alley. I've witnessed them striking the overhead cables before, but today they broke one. Went through a rigamarole explaining to @telus to send a technician tomorrow. I loath both of these companies, BTW.🤬

  @TELUS My sister is going to be calling on monday. We'll see how she is treated. I will report back. However, what treatment do you think would reverse what happened? I prefer Telus to Rogers, but I think I might switch over this. Nobody wants a bigoted service provider.

  @PavdWHrtNotGold My father has had several experiences in recent years with people who vomit their hateful beliefs at him and then hang up the phone like cowards. This includes that Moroccan woman who works at Telus. (I'm not pursuing that because he asked me not to, but I'm not happy with them.)

  I've been trying to cancel my @TELUSsupport @TELUS services since Wednesday. I just got told they couldn't authenticate me, with my name & account number. I guess when you make it impossible to cancel, you figure we'll just keep paying, so it doesnt impact our credit.

  My issues are resolved finally, used a second phone to call Telus again while still on hold and in 15 minutes the other guy solved my problems and restored my confidence in Telus. I may have just gotten a bad employee.

  @bruce_mcgonigal @bcndp YUP I have had same & did reach out to find out "who" has authority to use system & the emergency coordinator after some pushing sort of admitted besides keystone copsxHe suggested RICHMOND ndp mla So I called Crickets I will call Telus to see "who" they would allow
