    @as_per_danielle Big issue with a religions that determine your lot in the afterlife based on how many conversions you get… JW’s, Mormons & Telus… the amount of door knocking we get… (Telus is the worst though… they come out in teams now).

    Pretty sure they still owe Telus money from their Winter Olympics HSPA+ network migration

    spent the *entire day* being bounced around by Telus technical/customer support for internet no work. It is finally fixed, and I am EXHAUSTED. Sooo much stress-crying. ****. folks on the phone were all nice at least... those wait times though. man.

    @dawsin Great idea! You can put down “literally could not read an article on the web from your ads” in the “how did you hear about us” section. I would definitely switch to Telus PureFibre too, if I wasn’t already a paying customer of the exact plan they’re advertising here. 🫠

    @robertojames192 Their user interface is horrible. We were forced to go with Shaw 2 years ago as Telus is waiting for fibre to wire our house.

    @Altavistagoogle Telus cable…basic service.

    .@TELUS @TELUSsupport trying to cancel my 90 year old mother’s land line, which hasn’t worked since April 2020 in her care home. Why can’t I cancel it online? She had paid for two and a half years for nothing.

    bigmamakano (@Procrastik8) reported

    @ChrisWNunn @telus is still forcing a family member to do rapid tests every 72 hours. There is zero science to support this. I want so call a class action law suit.

    @TELUS Is this why my rates are so damn high? How about you stop trying to play social Justice warriors with client money and do something that would really help Canadians? Cut your rates! Stop gouging customers!

    @Malmo_Maritimes @TELUS Now you know my issues, AND I have an account, I have had great service, easy communication. I have always been happy, but made it impossible to get that important data when we needed it so badly. I kept throwing money at them to keep going. I need at least 10GB/mth.
