    @gmbutts @Rogers I was with @TELUS for YEARS. Got tired of the horrible service. Moved to Rogers earlier this year. No real problems so far (knock wood). If they end up tanking it the only other option is Bell. Urgh...

    @TELUS @ADT you suck- incorrect charges on my alarm service account and you cancel it? I’ve now spent almost an hour on hold (with a system that drops call after 20 mins it seems) to try and get someone who can fix this #customerservicefail

    @Don_COi @TELUS Issues will happen. It is how they are handled. @shaw did not help us unfortunately and we were paying too much in the end!

    @RenDan81 @TELUS When we called to cancel the Shaw guy was surprised at how much we were paying for what we got. And we had numerous problems. #goodriddance
