When your dog chews the cable for Wi-Fi and cable Telus charges $157.00 to repair but when @BarbPhillips11 calls them and points out how good a customer she is they cancel the charge. Did point out that it can’t be reversed if dog chews it again

Are there any carriers other than Telus that have the Call Control option? I'm so tired of spam calls that I'd switch carriers to get that feature! I'm on Android and have my "suspected spam" feature on, but the problem is that these calls come from spoofed legitimate numbers.

@DocMcConks @TELUS As they already account for this in their expenditures, it is passed on to the customer already. Now that it is a line item, will they take it out of the initial cost? Or are they now profiting from this?

@TELUS Considering with the situation in Iran escalating every day and the internet still being shut down, we would appreciate it if Telus would extend the waive fee for Iran. During this we were able to talk to our families all thanks to Telus please consider an extension. Thanks
