Just heard from my friend that despite having extra insurance on her phone, @TELUS won’t honour it because there is no part of the phone to return… her house BURNED TO THE GROUND along with 90% OF THE TOWN THEY LIVE IN. @TELUS , fix this for the love of god!

@Shawhelp My troubleshooting: observing it happening randomly. There is no pattern to it and no cause-and-effect device use. What I am observing is an inconsistent delivery of service that I as a consumer cannot elucidate the reason for. Step up your game. @TELUS looks better every day.

1/3 Heard (2nd hand 'cause I can't contact my uncle) #Telus is still useless. It's been a year of him actively reaching out for help. They are either all incompetent or underhanded. They just keep charging seniors and screwing them over. I'm surprised there isn't a class action.

@TELUS I have been lied from very first day joining Telus. Each new agent I speak with tell me that previous agent lied to you and did not know what they were doing. An agent suppose to be at my house between 11-1pm today it is almost 2pm where is he. HELP
