@TELUSsupport Been on hold for 2 hrs trying to resolve a billing issue that should have already been resolved after multiple calls. What's the quickest way to contact telus which doesn't require me wasting more life?

  • itsWozzz Woz (@itsWozzz) reported

Haven’t been able to watch the #Oilers game due to a TV outage (on the phone with telus) How are they playing??

  • JeepJarod Jarod (@JeepJarod) reported

@TELUS - why am I receiving 5-10 calls from you trying to sell me your home services when I'm not a Telus customer? Are that desperate for new customers that you have to repeatedly call people, even when they've requested to not be contacted?

  • ThatGenericEric ThatGenericEric (@ThatGenericEric) reported

@RoyalRoy79 Too bad Telus isn't in this part of Canada. I'd sign up just to sell off the Series S to a **** shop. Easy $200.

  • Leemartel69 L Mar (@Leemartel69) reported

    Telus sucks

  • ReaganPodelec Reagan Podelec🍁🏒 (@ReaganPodelec) reported

@_KopaIa It's on the blackout channel tonight. I have it on 913 TELUS

  • ChawlaYakshit15 Yakshit Chawla (@ChawlaYakshit15) reported

@Rogers my bill is 165$. Customer service is not helping. You are charging me wrong amount. I wish to switch back to @TELUS

  • _tweeeet_ ◽️tweet◽️ (@_tweeeet_) reported

@Bell_Support I'm going to give up and assume that whenever there's an issue, you will jump straight to it being me. I think Telus is giving a slightly better deal anyway, and their site seems to work (without me deleting all my saved passwords).

  • berniecbbc Bernie MacEachern (@berniecbbc) reported

One thing power outages are good for is to remind us how bad @Bell @Rogers @Telus are failing in providing adequate cell coverage to rural areas. At least NS Power has crews out working when an outage occurs, but Cell cos... its BAU.

@paaulpaarker It’s crazy to me how difficult the Canadian carriers have made it to get an eSIM. TELUS still charges $10 for one! Freedom Mobile, possibly the worst carrier in the country, at least allows you to sign in and generate one through the account interface.
