@DustinMorris13 @TELUS What does? The highly suspect Telus My Wi-Fi speed test or an independent app like Ookla Speed Test? With Ookla it will speed check wifi not cellular if you are connected a wifi network. It will do cellular data if wifi is off.

@skypierce_ @TELUS As a Canadian myself. Get TMobile full service plan from usa and use it in Canada and works perfectly and way cheaper with better speeds. Telus sucks. Have to use Rogers or bell but there more expensive

@TELUS 2 years ago I had to switch to Shaw for better speed internet after being a Telus customer for over 25 years. Please replace the copper in my neighborhood so I can come back. Heritage area in Lethbridge Alberta.

@DatBawse @TELUS Then support tells you to turn Wi-Fi off on whatever device is slow, get within 20 feet of router, and turn it back on. Weirdly, I do not want to do this 5 times a day… I just want the equipment to work.

@edjanes79 @sghottawa @TerryFoxCanada Hey Ed… not very nice that you would leave a bad review about all those trucking companies you’ve no dealings with.. better go back and revise those or delete them, or maybe Telus gets thousands of reviews citing your name…it’s the Canadian thing to do Eddy

  • menard_ray Ray (@menard_ray) reported

@JoelTeeling @TELUS Shaw has horrible customer service. It’s why we switched… I’m getting to the point where I’m considering accepting ****** service so I can have internet that consistently works.

@canucker101 Koodo is a subsidiary of telus so you should get the same service with them.

@LandryLes Les, in case you don't know, Telus has a program for low income people for internet and cell phone for a small fee. That may help this person out too.
