  @DaveEDanna Man! That is crazy! We, on a good day get 35-40 Mbps download, but we are in Canada with Telus, and they are a terrible provider.

  We signed up for a three year contract to replace our month-to-month internet service for business effective November 28, 2025. It was our understanding that Anatoli Jr. Goriansk @TELUS the Account Manager was going to handle the switch, but for some reason he did not cancel our month-to-month service. Now our account has been suspended because of non-payment of the month-to-month service. Can you please assist. @TELUSsupport

  I've tried all the carriers and this one is the best deal. It's the lowest-tier of the Telus system; I've been on it for five years with no issues whatsoever.

  @TELUSsupport My Telus account that we reset etc.that was working,is no longer working. I can't notify or speak to a agent without an account. Telus makes it impossible. I need to speak with someone from Support.

They continue to keep your purchase history, IP addresses, and browsing data after you asked them to delete your account. Five days later, Loblaw disclosed a data breach. The penalty? A letter asking them to do better within 12 months. ----------------------- Telus Digital lost 1 petabyte of data. CIRO - the body that regulates your investment dealer, exposed 750,000 investors' SINs. PowerSchool exposed 2.77 million children's records. The hacker was a 19-year-old with stolen credentials. Total federal fines issued across all four breaches: $0. ----------------------- Bill C-27 would have introduced fines up to 3% of global revenue. It died in January 2025.   I am back in Rogers communications. $RCI The weakness in Telus has hammered RCI in sympathy. At $45 and with the ownership of their sports assets, by my read RCI is now a 4:1 risk / reward, $5-7 down vs fair target of $70-75. 4:1 R/R is a benchmark for me for investment.
