    @BestBuyCanHelp @BestBuyCanada I have a contract, with telus. The issue is not being able to talk to anyone at your stores You have a policy that doesnt allow people to call and find information Has to be online Worst customer service decision yet

    So I call @TELUSsupport to say a part of my modem is broken and the Customer Service person says he'll send out a part... for $150. After telling him to go **** himself, I spoke to his supervisor, and the situation was quickly and kindly solved. So thank you, Supervisor. #Telus

    I’m on hold with #Telus since 1:22, and still holding. Tried this morning and was on hold for 1 hour finally had to hang up to deal with something else. 3rd world countries have better phone service. #telus = #badservice
