    @FirasM Hello Firas, we checked with our team and this seems to be a localized issue for Telus internet customers within British Columbia. A current workaround would be to access our trading platforms using mobile web, or through a mobile hotspot.

    Hey @TELUS @TELUSsupport why is ping from BC to gaming services suddenly so bad? Used to be 80ms to Hoyoverse (Genshin) servers and now it’s a solid 180ms for the last 2 days. Unusable.
