@TELUSsupport sick of phoning Telus with Internet problems only to have the useless automated message respond but yapping about my bill!!! What the F?? MY BILL IS PAID!! I told the machine I have internet problems. FIX THIS GLITCH...I'M SICK OF THE $$ GRAB.

Here's a reminder to everyone: if you see a charge on a bill that you are confused by, or that you don't like, before you pay it, call and ask about it. Telus charged me a reconnection fee AFTER I cancelled my account with them (lol wtf?) and it turns out, it was a mistake.
