  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

“At around 6:00AM EDT, our Chief Technology and Information Officer reached out to his counterparts at Bell and TELUS, advising them of the issue and also to watch-out for possible cyber-attacks” Employee does software update. Network goes down within minutes. Why suspect attack?

@hyperconvexity Just saw that Telus support replied about ten minutes after your tweet. That's all.

@BNNBloomberg The fact they even suggested this means I will never be a Telus customer. What a PR mistake.

  • BaconbitsRJ BaconbitsRJ (@BaconbitsRJ) reported

Can anyone in @peacecountry recommend a reliable cell service provider? @telus is an absolute joke. No service beyond 2 miles from a tower, randomly dropped calls, lousy switching between towers. I am sick of paying ridiculous prices for garbage service

  • sandragov Sandra Govender (@sandragov) reported

@CBCNews Surely this fee has always been imbedded in their service contracts. It’s ludicrous to suggest Telus can’t cover that cost.

  • GerryVerscheure Gerry Verscheure (@GerryVerscheure) reported

@LoneSol92097009 @TELUS Totally agree and will do the same. It’s a total money grab. Canadians get screwed by all the Telecoms. This will set a precedent that others will follow. Hopefully the CRTC will shut this down.

  • pingo271 Pingo (@pingo271) reported

@peterjwray @gomindshine @PierrePoilievre Telus needs to be put out of business and jailed for violating the Health Act. Despicable company. Never do business with them.

  • jefflarsen80 Jeff Larsen (@jefflarsen80) reported

@BNNBloomberg @telus Will no longer have me as a customer if this goes through

  • BGauntAssociate Breton Gaunt (@BGauntAssociate) reported

@SteveI26827992 @BNNBloomberg @TELUS Do you have any data to support this Steve?
