@Tonygeheran @theJagmeetSingh Oh lord. A canned response. If Telus (or any of the other major telecoms) was interested in customer satisfaction you'd be dropping your extortionate prices. But you're not so you'll try to interfere even more in government policy that would benefit all Canadians.

@Mark_Goldberg We should pass laws that disqualify any vendor offering BDU, phone, or other OTT service from also providing the physical digital utility layer. Breaking up Bell/Telus/Rogers (Shaw) into smaller vertically integrated companies solves absolutely nothing. @ISED_CA @MinisterISED

So let me get this right,. If you are a 25 year customer of Telus you get screwed on rates. But if you have never been with them or left Telus they will give you an amazing deal to come back. That makes great sense @TELUS @TELUSsupport
