@TELUSsupport Why is it your website to request condo fibre upgrades never gets a response? In St. Albert & I’ve applied three times as a member of our condo board. Telus sure pretends to care about community with ads until it takes any form of work.

@TELUSsupport still no response as to why Osoyoos has atrociously slow Mobile Data speeds. 56kb/s what is this 1999? 10 minutes to watcha YouTube short? 2 hours to watch a 45 minute episode? What am I paying for exactly? Changing carriers immediately. So done with @TELUS

@IronRick6 @Captaincoby00 Exactly! It’s a poor bandaid at that. It doesn’t provide the continuity of care required to improve health outcomes. What’s terrifying is the number of premiers who want corporate telehealth as the solution. So Telus or Loblaws make $ and we get a walk-in doctor on the phone.

Videotron cancelled my transfer request because I couldn't accept it via text.... Because they made my phone inoperable while still billing me for "service". Oh, they also hung up on me. So now I'm back on the phone with TELUS to make another transfer request + call to Vidéotron

Just had a fella from Telus come by and lure me over to their freshly installed fiber optic internet. I’ll get the same gig service on a dedicated not shared line. Best part is that I’ll save $30/month on my bill. Thanks! 🙏

@TELUS would have been great if the tech that was here checked wifi strength yesterday sobi didn't have to spend half of my day off trying to get service.

@TELUSsupport Oh look Telus is sending me bill reminders, increases the price by $30, and has yet to even provide me with adequate support to get my phone working. 3 weeks and counting.
