Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

If you're Canadian the only reason I will accept for not getting the vaccine (other than allergies etc.) is if you're with Bell/Telus/Rogers because there is a very good chance they will immediately start billing you for the 5G service even if you can't use it yet

Update - I received text reply from technician that he still does not have all the equipment. I asked about ETA and he says Telus is in back orders... Why do you sell something you do not have in stock??? Atleast mention that during sell so that customer can go to other provider.

@janetwagner21 In the 48 hours when I was getting my phone unlocked, and leaving Telus, I heard from them more than in the preceding 20 years. Then, after leaving, ....I heard from a third party doing a survey for Telus to evaluate how they did at trying to retain me as a customer.
