Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

I figured you didn't ask us because it was in some sort of agreement and we'd be getting fibre optic. But that's not the case. We've contacted you countless times for over a year to set it up since you already dug a huge *** hole in our yard, but **** all has happened. @TELUS

Gas prices are up. Thus, Telus has increased expenses. Telus then raises prices to maintain a GM, and voila, you pay more

@TELUSsupport The frustrating part is, I didn't ask for this. I didn't ask for my email to be "administered" by Telus, and run by Google, and thereby lose control of my YT, GoogleDrive, and now not even have access to the webpage GoogleMaps. I didn't ask for that. This wasn't my 'poor choice'
