  • saraurowitz sara urowitz (@saraurowitz) reported from Aurora, Ontario

@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

  • zephryus47 Carol (@zephryus47) reported

Just got my Telus bill, I have been charges over 350 dollars for cancelling, yet I never cancelled my service. I have just spent 37 minutes on hold with Telus only to have the computer voice chirp in that the office is now closed and to call back another time. Really impressed.

  • fmch6444 Carl in Florida🇺🇸🇩🇪🇮🇹🇸🇪 (@fmch6444) reported

@Urtoez75_2 @TELUS Damn. That sucks! How in 2022 do you have slow assed 56K speed?

  • ripdawg65 ron wutke (@ripdawg65) reported

@Telus, train your front line phone people to listen and not interrupt when someone tries to explain something. All it does is create a tension not needed. The person higher up I talked to at end was way better, knew their stuff, and was more helpful and understanding. All good!

  • markroseman Mark Roseman (@markroseman) reported

In all this talk of new “models” and “mechanisms”, does anyone see a solution that front-line family docs are likely to buy into (not just go through the motions to get paid… Telus Health does that fine) and that is truly scalable? Let alone affordable? Because I sure don’t.

  • WildeWestHero YEG Wilde (@WildeWestHero) reported

@maxfawcett ... tweeted on Max's iphone, using Rogers, Telus or Bell as his ISP, etc, etc, etc. Max, sir, we're ALL part of the problem. Actions, not your tweet, are the solution.

  • jamiesokd Kristy Jamieson (@jamiesokd) reported

@ScottBilleck My whole family is on Telus and none of us received an alert. My work phone is bell - no alert. I did, however, get an alert notification from the Weather Network app about a "Public Safety Alert" So, yeah, thanks Weather Network for keeping me updated on emergency alerts.

  • zephryus47 Carol (@zephryus47) reported

@LSKinYYC @TELUS I hope they were able to fix it for you. Its been weird for 5 months, had problems with phone & tv, have been on the phone many times trying to get things fixed. Have had techs here twice then this. Just annoying as hell. And I hate talking to computers. :).

  • TrackRose TrackRose (@TrackRose) reported

@TELUS @telusmobility @TELUSsupport just called now to cancel my 23 year old mobility account. You are closed. Contact me tomorrow

  • adilally3 Adi Lally (@adilally3) reported

@anghnd @TELUSsupport Welcome to Telus where service is crap

  • LSKinYYC Larry Kozy (@LSKinYYC) reported

@zephryus47 @TELUS He never was capable of accurately explaining the difference. I asked to be transferred to loyalty or I’d drop their “service”.
