    @TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

    @4ParksBushcraft @BruceAlrighty45 @GOP Exactly, i submitted two reports that may have something to do with this seems Castro using Canadian phones for criminal activity I have TELUS they told me to submit the report made another report to @yrp they were so rude. Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS - problem is not your back order.. I understand that happens. Did you not know you are running out of equipment in advance? Could you not have rescheduled? Why do I have to know at the time of installation appointment? Forget equipments, you do not have Lawn Signs???!!!

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS - Issue # 4 - I called on support number. After selecting options, automated sys said wait for more than an hour & option of call back. I sub # with area code 825, it did not accept & asked me 2 provide North American #. Last I checked, Calgary was in N.A.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS - issue # 2 - when I login to my TELUS web, it asks me to link service account. When I try to link it through account number, it says it’s already linked. When I go to online account home page, it says no account link. You need to fire your testing/Qa team.

    @TELUS I called to get data on my watch reset since it wasn't working. Support not only fixed my problem, but upgraded my data plan at no extra cost. Really happy!

    @MobileSyrup I’m always amazed when I see this...why would @TELUS not reach out to me, a customer of 25 years and offer me something like this instead of customer who chose to leave them. Makes you wonder what loyalty actually gets you.
