@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

@4ParksBushcraft @BruceAlrighty45 @GOP Exactly, i submitted two reports that may have something to do with this seems Castro using Canadian phones for criminal activity I have TELUS they told me to submit the report made another report to @yrp they were so rude. Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

@pozpiggy86 @koodo @TELUS Did they inform you of any esclation process? Make you aware escalations exist? Did they tell you that after taking your money and getting no service that the #CCTS can aid you to get your money back or other? Did they even acknowledge the existence of the CCTS?

@fanCRTCProfling @koodo @TELUS Yes... They got my first month up front. It's beyond frustrating that their customer service is beyond terrible, and apparently, they can't be bothered to do their damn job then say "we are not responsible, even for negligence" and just brush you off. #CRTC

@fanCRTCProfling @koodo @TELUS Not sure, but I do NOT appreciate cancelling my old internet on the promise that I would be activated today, only to have today come and no activation occurs. Customer service can only tell me that they'll submit a request, and that I just have to wait. #CRTC

$TRU $TU Telus and TransUnion launch Branded Call Display in Canada Telus (TU) is partnering with TransUnion (TRU) to implement Branded Call Display, or BCD, a solution that enables participating businesses to showcase their identity on incoming calls to Telus mobility subscribers. BCD will provide TELUS customers with rich call content, including business name, logo and reason for the call on the mobile display to identify incoming callers. When combined with end-to-end call authentication, secure branded calling helps protect consumers from fraud. The partnership builds upon Telus and TransUnion's collaboration history.

@Shawhelp We are getting fibre optic serviced to house home this month. The optic cable is owned by fibre connect. Telus has been first offer us service (much cheaper and faster). Do you have plans to offer the same or similar? We want fibre & who here gets here first gets our buisiness. Thank you.

So get this telus has treated to cut my cell service of if I dont pay $100 dallors by the 29th of this month even though those greedy jerks know im on long-term disability that doesn't pay much and they're not even willing 2 put me on an affordable cell plan 4 ppl on disability!!
