Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

That piece of **** @TELUS Optik TV is down again!!!! Do NOT sign up for their ****** service if you like reliable TV. We had this dumb tech come out and say that Telus wireless is the shits and we need to hardwire to get better service. But we were hardwired until 2 years ago!

@ADT since you were bought out by Telus, it's been a downhill ride. Beat down to upgrade my system last Oct. Has never worked well since. Now told to pay over $900 to get out of contract. Thieves.
