Now getting a lawyer as per doctor. Abuse Victims 😔

@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

@communik8e @TELUS I had the same with MTS.... Browsing and e-mail was about it .....rural services are pretty bad. I asked an agent about future improvements and she said " Move to the City" ??

@LauraSavino747 @Verizon I speak to people from my phone company (@Telus) all the time. It's usually some employee from India calling during supper to try and get me to upgrade my plan despite my having asked them numerous times to NOT call me ever. Great service! (cough)

@toreobass If no beanfield in your building see if you have fibestream, it's the next best thing, Rogers/bell/Telus will gouge you, even if the customer service rep offered you something it rarely is as good as they say, or yeah it's only for the first little while
