@TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

@koodo @RogersHelps Jessica, a kind and polite customer service rep from @RogersHelps has set up an appointment for me with @Rogers to talk about moving my 3 numbers from @koodo @TELUS. @koodo you have some customer service catch up to do!

@TELUS It's baffling that you offer huge incentives to attract new customers for your home services but won't offer anything to your existing customers to keep them. Great customer service!

Dear @TELUS @TELUSsupport thanks for encouraging me to leave after fifteen years and become a @Rogers customer. Maybe they won't shut off my service for mischarging my mobility bills or spell my name Garred on my internet bill.

@MamzelleDMD @TELUS I went through tech support and escalations yesterday to get sent to billing today? Why can’t one person just help me? I’ve been on hold for an hour again already and still nothing. I just want to go back to work and not deal with this mess up anymore.

@TheJenRollins @TELUSsupport @TELUS I guess, but not some thing a provider should mention AFTER a person moves their business service over to you. Anyway, good luck!!

@PDcityhall I'm so glad they didn't choose the Telus IT solutions that the Saskatchewan government is using. It's utter crap.

@JoshuaKnaak @Raiikoh1 I think they're referring to the Telus health program that is currently getting sued by the government for violating the protection of medicare act. It's a subscription access to doctor service that costs between $3500 and $5000 a year.

@TRexMD780 Well I gotta say the cell service sucks here. I’m constantly blown away with how many dropped calls I get (Telus) it’s flat how is it so terrible? Edmonton should have way more sky scrapers. But also Ontario is incredibly flat so I don’t understand why they’d be surprised here.

@TELUS Any word on when you are going to fix the outage in Campbell River? Some of us still work from home and need our internet. Getting a little tired of using up my mobile data.

@GlobalBC As a member of Telus Life Plus, I am jumping no queues. All medical procedures I receive are outside of Telus & are in the MSP “lottery” to receive health care. I don’t have a family Doctor so how can keeping me out of visiting emergency or walk in clinics hurt the system?
