    @TELUSsupport hello we recently had people come to the door to sell us Telus security. We did not agree to purchase anything but we recently received an email that a service appointment has been scheduled for August 17. Efforts to contact Telus and individual unsuccessful. Help!

    @nationalpost @financialpost Telus has gone full woke anyways . Another reason for me to ditch them . The problem is , for who ? None of the other providers are any better . We need more providers !

    @nationalpost @financialpost Telus is not obliged to accept payment by way of credit card that charges a processing fee. It's also worth noting that a separate (ATM) fee is applied if a customer withdraws money from an ATM not owned by the bank. Cheapest method: E-Transfer $1.00

    @jasonpereira Telus has either been absorbing this fee for years or adjusted their prices to account for credit card fees. This surcharge is 1.5% direct to their bottom line. Also I liked how they compared themselves to essential services. Not sure that's a path they want to go down.

    And, of course, there's a ONE hour waiting time on the phone. And I'm fairly sure Telus will try to bill me $15 for calling their help line.

    @LisaLaFlamme_ What a truly terrible and unprofessional way for them to treat you after 35 years. My mom isn't on twitter but wanted me to tell you she watches you every night and just switched her one remaining service from @Bell to @TELUS . You're a class act Lisa. They don't deserve you.
