@Rajendra @TELUS That’s the cost of doing business in my opinion. The customer shouldn’t have to pay these fees.

@TELUS pushy marketing tactics borders on harassment. They have not stopped peddling their copper is going away message by phone and email. Read your notes and stop harassing me or I’ll make a consumer complaint with CRTC.

@AureliaCotta And now giant Telecom Telus says it’s not making enough money and has asked to charge us for credit card payments. We already pay the highest fees in the world, get the lousiest, most unethical service, and the CRTC sits on its butt like a pig st the trough.

@b_rosy22167184 HI there- We're very sorry about that. Our queues are experiencing a very high amount of calls during this time which is leading to network congestion. Our team is assisting clients as quickly as possible. Please call 1-866-558-2273 to reach a TELUS Mobility team member.

@Mikeggibbs I've been with Koodo for a couple of years and I'm happy, telus sub-brand and they share a network with bell so you get the same coverage. Still part of the Big 3 racket but so far better service than rogers
