Bye @telus I will never do business with your company again. You’ve been over charging consumers on their pay bills for years and had record profits the past years. But hey, let’s add a processing fee to over charge clients more. How out of touch is your company! #canceltelus

  • blerg420 Scott Eff (@blerg420) reported

@TELUS let's make the future friendly by charging our clients more even though they already have a contract after you just announced a 21% rise in profits! You sound so friendly! I'd drop you in a heartbeat. I will never use you

I feel ****** that @Telus stole $10 from me (again) but at least it's not as bad as my ex coworker who was charged $500+ in arbitrary data fees WHILE ON a monthly plan.

@GailVazOxlade @TELUSsupport Telus Support is the worst example I've experienced about seeing the delivery of truly poor customer service. They stood me up two onsite appointments last week and now are taking away my home phone of 31 years saying they don't support copper anymore. I'm not using their Optic

  • DurasteelChef Kad (@DurasteelChef) reported

@GlobalBC 3-6 months wait for a simple procedure that can tell me if I have cancer. But let's continue to let telus run a paid service and poach doctors more and more for higher pay.

  • HairyMasc93 n (@HairyMasc93) reported

@Nspup93 Ahh ya, no option for robbers where I am. Only a local option with **** coverage, or bell or Telus. All of which collude on high prices. As is expected in Canuck land

  • regan_medley21 regs (@regan_medley21) reported

i’m convinced phone companies have randomly absurd wait times to deter people from calling to change or cancel their plan. @TELUS randomly increased my bill by $5 which is $5 more than a current plan that offers 20 more GB of data ?? and now i can’t get ahold of anyone ??

  • simblain Simon Blain (@simblain) reported

Since @TELUS is penalizing it's customers who pay by credit card, every customer should go to a Telus store and pay their bills with nickels and dimes #TelusGreed

  • boak22 ****** (@boak22) reported

    Shoulda never left Telus lol

  • DevinDignam Devin Dignam (@DevinDignam) reported

@LorrieB05817110 @CTVVancouver @TELUS Let's just nationalize internet and cellphone service. No one should be making a profit off of what's now an essential service.
