Telus hold music: Let's end bullying. Visit telus . com / bullying to find out how you can help also Telus: *wrongfully charged me $3000 for my phone bill and keeps saying it's been credited but that the credit has to be ~approved~ and they'll call me back for the past 2 weeks*

Typical @TELUS out to get the most money out of it's customers ! They are adding a surcharge for using Credit Card ! WTF ! isn't bad enough they over charge for crappy service and now want more money ! Only in Canada !!! @TELUSsupport @telusmobility

@TELUS @FriendlyFuture Hopefully that new service fee will help with that. Way to kick your customers when they are already dealing with record high inflation

  • tamassimon Tamas Simon (@tamassimon) reported

@TELUS do you want to help me and others to make impact or do you want me to pitch so you can invest?

  • krikket177 jaykrik (@krikket177) reported

@CBCNews Simple solution, switch to another telecom that doesn’t charge the processing fee, most Telus competitors should be advertising this. Telus would cave quickly if ppl dump their services

  • trufflenerd Natasha (@trufflenerd) reported

Any alarm company recommendations? Mine has been bought by Telus and I still haven't forgiven them for being terrible.

  • DocMcConks M McC (@DocMcConks) reported

@BNNBloomberg Will never use @telus again unless they drop it. 8% inflation. CEO $19.2 million last year. Oligopoly with near highest mobile rates in the world. One of the most tone deaf decisions I’ve ever seen. Just raise contracts by 1.5% and don’t tell people. You’re going to lose on this.

  • QuinnMellCobb Quinn Mell-Cobb (@QuinnMellCobb) reported

@PRiMETIMESNOOP_ @Shawhelp Boggles the mind how poorly they treat their customers. Can’t wait to switch to @TELUS.

  • 40deuce Sheldon Levine (@40deuce) reported

Also, I find this quote disturbing: “The company also said that the surcharge would help contain costs since the transaction fees would no longer be hidden in its prices.” Seems like Telus saying they’re already doing it, but trying to hide it in their pricing…

  • NicoleDReid1 Nicole Reid (@NicoleDReid1) reported

@TELUS if you’re cc fee is ‘fair’ so that ALL customers don’t carry costs absorbed by companies paying cc fee. As a non cc paying Telus customer, will you be lowering my fees? I won’t be carrying costs now of cc paying customers… ya right. #MoneyGrab
