  • sookemonitor Bob Lawblaw (@sookemonitor) reported

@TELUS OK so I can save $1530 on a phone?? How much is this phone worth? I've never spent more than $300 for a phone.

  • JoAnnHume Jo-Ann Holt (@JoAnnHume) reported

After over 20 years with @Shawhelp this company chose to terminate our service rather than to make up for a year of what can only be called stunningly poor service. @TELUS has already offered us way more than Shaw ever has. #seeya

  • roxpacheco Rox (@roxpacheco) reported

Today Telus and Fido are fighting to figure out which one provides the most unstable internet. I guess it will be a productive offline day and a very not productive online day.

  • StrategicThghts David Schreck (@StrategicThghts) reported

@TELUS said I must switch to fibre optic as they won’t support if problems with copper wires. Today their AI call asked if I’d like to do the install myself with virtual support. Imagine they’d have me climb pole and string cable. #bcpoli @ShawInfo

  • rob_bieber Rob Bieber Ⓥ🌈 (@rob_bieber) reported

After being a @TELUS client for over 25 years & normally bringing my own hardware to the network, having no contract, they'd rather I leave them than fix the mistake they made by advising us OnePlus 5G phones would be supported. They've cost me over $2500 for unsupported phones.

  • apukwa Scott M. (@apukwa) reported

@scowlyguy This is our truck trying to maintain a constant data network connection. When it's on the road it relies on Telus or Rogers, when it's back "at home" it relies on our in-house WiFi. But, even then, it still monitors Telus and Rogers in case WiFi goes down. ....

  • TheBones1323 JustSomeDude (@TheBones1323) reported

@TELUS Would love to have unlimited data. To bad I live in a rural area where the service for Telus is unreliable. But also the only provider.

  • VernitaTX What Remi Says (@VernitaTX) reported

@toobadkittens @TELUS @TELUSsupport That’s who they hire for customer service?

  • Gbert306 DEREK G (@Gbert306) reported

Well less than a week with my S21 Ultra 5G and the phone is a dud, I talked with Telus tech support on why my brand new phone wasn't receiving proper network speeds, they did everything they could, time to replace phone! It happens I guess. @SamsungMobile @TELUSsupport

  • rob_bieber Rob Bieber Ⓥ🌈 (@rob_bieber) reported

They've gone as far as to say "you can go file a complaint to the BBB if you aren't happy and we will tell them the same thing. It isn't our problem if we choose not to support a phone. It's our choice to make." OnePlus has basically said they aren't paying Telus so no support.
