    @CalgaryOccupy Telus wants to charge us, not a service fee, but a percentage of the payment. I can see corporate retail doing the same.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport Even if you’re allowed to shove a tiny note on the last page of a bill u know people don’t read unless their bill is more than expected doesn’t mean you should. You have no issues texting when my bill’s due but can’t text a “heads up your plan is increasing”?
