    I called Telus support and the 1.5% fee for a credit card payment does add GST and PST per the tax law on fees.

    @EricONCA Even Telus? It’s confusing because you can get phones at Best Buy & the Source without being locked down more than jewelry stores.

    Last Monday after weeks of recording problems with my Telus Optik box a technician came to my home and installed a new one. In and out very quickly, not a Telus employee but rather a contract worker.

    When he finally did call it was to tell me that a technician will be at my house between 8-10am this Saturday to install another new box. Assuming someone from Telus does show up Saturday and assuming a new box does fix the problem what would fare compensation be for my troubles?

    @elonmusk @Liz_Wheeler I mean. I'd be all over it if it was available in Canada as Bell Rogers and Telus are *** What we are charged versus what we get in service is appalling to international friends of mine.

    @TELUSsupport just a suggestion Telus - the number you use to call people for support should be different from your telemarketing number. The latter I have blocked and miss calls that are important.
