    @jodyvance @TELUS I had the same issue with 1 box , for whatever reason the location it was in had low wifi signal , move it a foot any direction and it was fine. So weird we had to hard wire it in the end as the location for it had to be where it was.

    @MelissaLMRogers @ALEXS80245780 @TELUSsupport I talk to an agent in the call support. My contract had ended and now owned the phone. But bill didn't go down. I had been with Telus for thirty years and moved to Koodo and felt I was being ripped off. Now I know why I wait so long to speak to an agent. I kept them on the line and moved my bill from $120 with most of the bells and whistles that I need to having two lines (my wife and I) for $86 dollars, again with everything we need, lots of data, calling and texting and back to Telus. What got it down from around 95 to 86 was having Telus automatic withdraw. Now I need to talk to them about my $325 cable/internet bill.

    @jodyvance @TELUS Federal policies are limiting the choices you have for WIFI/Cable etc. Thus the service sucks just like the government sucks.

    @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I pay $36 for 100gb through freedom. Left Telus when they said I owed nearly $800 though I never missed a payment . Said it was an accident on their part but the collection calls keep coming .

    This is what @MarkJCarney @TELUS and people like Kevin O'Leary are planning to do to Canada in Vancouver, Alberta and other provinces. AI datafactories are detrimental to our health and the environment and are not worth it. This AI boom will fail leaving people and the earth sick

    @TELUS you guys need better DB role management on your ticketing systems. Like why don't your support employees just know wtf i told the previous 4 regarding the same issue? Even passing PostIt notes would work better, but I guess your asses are too wide and brains too narrow
