Dear @TELUS take your bullshat offer "Bring-It-Back" and jam it! Any other stupid ideas to push me to another company after 20+ years as a loyal customer. Was $8.09B in profits last year not enough... #rethinkGREED

  • Shawridgefarm Shawn Schill 🇨🇦ftw (@Shawridgefarm) reported

@farmerlefty @bridgetschill @MaizeingPete We use Bell and overall coverage is better than the Rogers users that I know of. Telus uses the Bell network so hoping nothing changes, Bells signal has diminished overall though.

After about 10 years with @TELUS, I feel I am officially done. Which Canadian smart phone and data provider would you recommend switching to? I'm tired of them selling me stuff I don't need, and having to wait on hold when I do need a resolution. Are they all the same?

  • MortgageAdv Morris Briglio (@MortgageAdv) reported

@TuraEmanuela @CBCStephenQuinn @CBContheisland Telus has created a “Medical Franchise” here with technology and support. (They claim) This may be a viable option. Both Patients and Medical Professionals need to read the “fine print”.

  • AbbyKuzSi4 LotusBlossom (@AbbyKuzSi4) reported

@TELUS @ShawInfo @Rogers They downgraded in some cases because nonflex optics shatters, optics flex needed secondary system to preventline flow of light issues or magnetics wave tampering or optiofluiducs cymatic tampering. Mixed systems aremore secure and can stay fast.

Wow 5 hours with @TELUS on the line, 6 different customer reps (c.service, loyalty team, webstore) and no one could resolve my concerns. I ordered a phone 20 days ago and now they do not want to not honour my service agreement I received. @TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness
