@AlbertaLeonidas Colour me a skeptic. Our govt has a huge woody for surveillance data. Telus has stopped implementation, but, they are not removing any switches from the network. In theory, it just takes one in the configuration to siphon metadata. Who knows, how do we verify?

5G is practically a non-issue at this point. Future networks will be affected by a yea or nay. Also potentially past networks. Huawei has sold plenty of earlier-generation gear to Telus and Bell. Can it stay? Or do they have to tear it out and replace it for deprecated networks?

@TELUSsupport @TELUS Do you not keep records? Assurances from your CSRs must be meaningless why would I want to stay with a company that systematically lies to me. WORST COMPANY EVER

@Josh_Hamelin @TELUS Funny how the customer service shows up when they are called out publicly. Sham on you @TELUS !!

  • Patrick23228032 Patrick (@Patrick23228032) reported

@TELUS look serious problem with your Telus security hardware as it's causing me to not sleep at night. A circuit supresses the output of a radio receiver if the signal strength falls below a certain level. Squelch. That is what is going on in my area.

@MercedesGlobal @ChrisGNardi I wonder how much $$$ we're going to give to Telus to compensate them for their bad business decision.
