@timescolonist Lol who has a GP?? Emergency rooms are overwhelmed because its the only healthcare many can get. No GP's, useless telus app, turned away at clinics. Where else to go?

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Also @UPS Canada is involved. Never delivered the package. Never gave a note. They say it just gets sent back to Telus and no penalty or accountability anywhere. What kind of service is this?

Tomorrow I will not have internet until I can find internet provider who can service my home! Hopefully @TekSavvyBuzz can get one on Telus technicians to come in my home and set me up with EDSL. I will order my internet on the 20th of this month. Wish me good luck.

"Escalations" managers are jokes at @TELUS @TELUSsupport They try to call you back @ inconvenient times. They don't solve your problem. I've called 2 separate people multiple times and they just straight up don't return your call. As long as they are getting paid I'm sure it's ok

@iPhoneinCanada Mine’s included with TELUS’s Optik TV, but I’m kind of deciding if I should switch to another streaming service now. This kind of greed, while continuing to offer crap, is getting ridiculous.

@MJmcnult @rupasubramanya I’ve heard Telus is equally bad at managing post-death accounts. The lack of ability for telecoms to handle the situation professionally causes unnecessary and prolonged grief for families.

@shiroizora Appen, Telus, OneForma, most of these kinda companies pay salary in USD only via Payoneer. And exchange rate is really bad😥

@lowfive_ @TELUS That is absolutely and utterly ridiculous. Every other shop and restaurant I go to manage to pay it no problem. I understand for small businesses. Yet another example of giant corporations who are thriving right now punishing the middle and lower class for their own profits.

@Berndthoughts @TELUSsupport Oh yeah in all my dealings with Telus I’ve always felt like their number one customer, especially when they call me every month trying to sell me a home security system and a landline telephone. I super appreciate it.

Just woke from a bad dream. Some guy with green painted face asked my name and then told me he was going to kill me. Please speed it up, Telus people. Because I can’t sleep anymore.
