Hi @TELUS. Mobile customer since '98 (ClearNET). Have 3 lines @ $50/mon w/5GB data each. Competitor (not MVNO) offered <$46/mon w/20GB data each. Can you match/beat it?

@nrmaharaj @GovCanHealth @CTVNews I don't know what changes they could make that would convince the AB government at this point. The awful Telus app the insisted on using was a privacy nightmare and essentially useless but I can't see them changing their minds now.

@ember_november They probably all are UCP donors. In terms of service I wish I would have stayed with Shaw and Rogers. Telus is the worst!!

@cadburybunny @TELUS @TELUSsupport They don't care. They farm it out to third parties. I had to tell them if they called again other than an actual issue, I was cancelling immediately. Even then, I had to call while in one of their stores.

@ember_november We used to be with Telus but they tried to trick us to give as poorer internet connection and customomer support was awful. We have much more efficient internet now with Shaw for lower price and they respond to our concerns!

@Shawhelp @ShawDirect @ShawInfo Your update page has said “resolved” twice now and then gone back to “in progress”… can you give an eta because nothing has changed with our cable or internet. Thankfully we haven’t switched to Shaw cellular too.. Thanks for your service #telus
