@BridgieCasey @TELUS I had this issue w Bell, calling my husband when he was trying to sleep, or calling my kids when they had no authority on the account. It took months of calling them, and eventually, threats to move my business to a competitor.

@BridgieCasey @TELUS I had the same problem. Been a @Telus customer for a long time and over all I'm very pleased with them. I suggest emailing their customer service and mention if they wish to keep you as a customer to remove your name from their marketing people. Worked for me...

Pretty sure @TELUS is slowly degrading their home phone service in an attempt to users move off their platform. And @TELUSsupport might be in on it because the line of questioning is like they don't know how home phones work.

In Fort St. John they have Fibre internet for $105 a month for 150 MBs from @TELUS We literally pay double for less $189.95 from @northwestel for 125MBs cable internet with a upper monthly limit of 600G and the service is spotty at best. It's time for competition.

@NHLfromEdmonton @RogersHelps @TELUS The only problem I have had with Rogers, which isn’t really an issue is I got a great plan through retentions a few years ago and it is so good I’d lose money going to any other plan, so I can’t upgrade my phone cause I’d lose my plan

Was skeptical about the #purefibre from @TELUS from friends’ experience. Sure enough after the tech leaves, it’s not working. Was nice and fast for 10 mins. Give me my old internet back...or maybe time for Shaw or an independent. @TELUSsupport
