@TELUS Trash company, trash customer service. Disconnected my internet for an apparent unpaid payment arrangement that isn't even due for 3 more days. Said they would reconnect my wifi within 48hrs. Like you can reconnect it with a push of a button. Fkn ridiculous.

@telus is trash. They sure know how to make a 20yr customer want to leave. #telussucks @Bell what are your plans like? I'm looking to switch providers.

@lynesworld You went with Koodoo, which is a Telus brand. Telus and Bell share the same network towers and backhaul in Eastern Canada, so you'll still be on the same network. which is good if you were happy with the network, just mad at Bell.

I’ve canceled my #PSnow subscription and I’m going to cancel my @netflix because my @Telus is so horrible. I really miss @Shaw and it’s high speed.

@TELUS what is going on? We switched from copper to optik internet in the summer and have not been invoiced yet despite calling in 3 times (on hold an hour each time) assuring you would fix it. We are honest and want to pay but want to avoid a large bill when you wise up

@lynesworld Is it true that Bell and Telus use the same network? We are with Bell but have our own devices - all we get are high pressure sales calls to switch internet etc to them as well. We can't go with Eastlink - don't have coverage in our area. Wondering if Telus would be an option?
