    @TELUSsupport someone has repeatedly been trying to hack into our Telus account this weekend and again today. What do I do? I changed our password just in case but the fact that they keep trying to log in is super annoying bc it keeps locking my account. Fix this ASAP.

    @TELUSsupport ive been on the phone waiting for 30 minutes to talk with a rep from custom security services regarding being locked out from my telus security app. Can you help? Hard to imagine if this is the response time i would be getting if someone were to break into my place.

    @safeandsilent They also ignore the disability taxes we face to access messages: Visual Voicemail is built into iOS, but Telus charges you $5 a month to use it. Replaying messages is a pain because there's no way to skip past all the message info crap (time, date and phone number of caller).

    @brand_oh Denial of essential telecom service for having an Indian Status Card. It keeps getting worse & worse. Hope you can file a human rights complaint. This is up there with Telus denying service in the 867 area code (Majority of pop is aboriginal/FN). #CRTC
