@TrishaBourque @TELUS I'm w/ Public sub brand but legit until this Hurricane it has been good service. Easy to top up, some dead zones but it's PEI not New York. Yesterday visited a Senior on medical alert because family called but they got zero answer. Thinking I'd find em deceased or injured..

.@TELUS @TELUSsupport trying to cancel my 90 year old mother’s land line, which hasn’t worked since April 2020 in her care home. Why can’t I cancel it online? She had paid for two and a half years for nothing.

@dawsin Great idea! You can put down “literally could not read an article on the web from your ads” in the “how did you hear about us” section. I would definitely switch to Telus PureFibre too, if I wasn’t already a paying customer of the exact plan they’re advertising here. 🫠

  • DanyLektro Memechurian Candidate (@DanyLektro) reported

@WLDB1988 @CanadianPolling Bell/Rogers/Telus currently provide absolutely huge networks and get absolutely huge profits out of it. Breaking into that market is extremely expensive. The three would be willing to lower their rates - but if they do so, they're going to cut service to compete with newcomers.

@TELUSsupport There is issue. network reset, reboo phone, SIM card reinsert, nothing has helped. I am appalled that telus never accepts service issue happening. Thr is an outage in GTA happening. Chk ur outage map. My issue start 23rd, but of course @telusmobility will never accept it
