@dcjours @TELUSsupport I have a nagging suspicion this is an internal protocol for “persistent” customers, since Telus’ support number also starts with 310.

  • VerstraetB prettyinpink (@VerstraetB) reported

@AB_MD_WarRoom Telus can piss off...its bad enough they bought ADT my security company.

  • firststartrmh Heather, but festive like Greg 🎄 (@firststartrmh) reported

Holy crap, my head may actually explode here. Apparently Sage support gets their customer service training from Shaw and Telus. Kill. Me. Now.

  • AlsoKnownAs_AA Algis Akstinas (@AlsoKnownAs_AA) reported

@Mark_Goldberg @TELUS Good to see the problem acknowledged. Even if it is a competitive response to #MVNO and #CRTC wireless industry review. But why does it need to be a special program? Seniors, youth, newcomers are #underserved. Also anyone in Canada with lower income, moderate use, trying to save.

@Crackmacs @koodo Telus has been amazing for the past year. I had a lot of issues as well with no calls ringing through with Koodo. With Freedom the service was shoddy - when I moved to Woodlands, I had almost nothing - I had to go to roaming, and that was crappy service as well.

@haligonia Telus No issues because it switches between networks

  • karinaTNP Karina Kozusk (@karinaTNP) reported

@TELUS How about slow. Not as fast as Shaw.

  • MojitoRandy Mojito Randemic (@MojitoRandy) reported

@TELUS @TELUSsupport lost all internet connection and cannot get connected with/by your support. Cannot work now. Help?

  • cele_o11 Cele (@cele_o11) reported

@Crackmacs @koodo That reminds me of Telus. Had a land line when we first moved in. Called them to say phone is dead. There is no signal and we can't dial out or receive calls. Telus: are you calling from the line you are inquiring about? Me (to myself): be nice, no sarcasm, they will not get it.
