@TELUSsupport Are Telus services down in Coquitlam area? Just stopped about an hour and a half ago and their offices are closed. Can’t believe they don’t have after hours support.

@TELUS your company doesn’t provide service on the Skytrain in specific spots. It drops in coverage and doesn’t load anything. Freedom mobile , your competitor for half the price (who I just switched from) has coverage on the Skytrain and underground. They invested in the tech.

@markroseman Yes.. why I bristle when I hear “we need one EMR for the province” Already have enough trouble getting Telus to adhere to Med-IT standards. Interoperability yes. Monopoly no.

Why does everything seem so broken 1.5 Hours to get Telus service on phone An hour to get credit card company Insurance call back 2,5 hours Then speak with an offshore phone rep who has no idea how broken the system is Things get worse and worse Catabolic Collase
