@DruhFarrell yes, all Canadians paying exorbitantly high monthly charges for mobile phone services, Internet access & TV to oligopoly provider @TELUS are so proud to have done our part in getting this monument to price-fixing & abusive customer service built. #yyc @CRTCHearings

  • MartijnKoldijk1 Martijn Koldijk (@MartijnKoldijk1) reported from Fort St. John, British Columbia

@TELUS my mother is being bombarded with calls. The last message on her phone was “to return their call or they’ll notify the @rcmpgrcpolice .... she’s 81 and in Victoria. She needs some help please. She’s also been a @TELUS customer for over 50 years.

  • ventrescalino Lino Ventresca (@ventrescalino) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@680NEWS @Bell @Rogers @TELUS It’s about time. Canada has the worst wireless rates of any G20 nation. But 25% reduction in two years isn’t enough. By then the big three should easily be able to deliver far better. Let competition in from the US carriers and we will see far better rates

  • sheldonbk Sheldon Kerzner (@sheldonbk) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Ani1u7 @TELUSsupport For sure Telus is wrong.. Turning off Wi-Fi turns the feature off because it's something that has to be supported by the cellular network. I don't know what OS he was running. He's our IT consultant so he may be on a beta or something

  • rob_bieber Rob Bieber Ⓥ🌈 (@rob_bieber) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

    And @telus @telusmobility will lose a 25 year customer.

  • cameronmaltby Cameron Maltby (@cameronmaltby) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@WayneFougere I got Bluecurve and got the deal, even as an existing customer. Shaw has been reliable for my tv and internet for years. I had TELUS Internet when I first moved back to Vancouver and found it unreliable. Haven’t had any problems with Shaw.

  • Marcrakee Marcrake (@Marcrakee) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@TELUS Roses are red Violets are blue My internet is down Can't work at all

  • MikeKlassen Mike Klassen (@MikeKlassen) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

So my wife and I were speaking about the fact we turned down multiple requests by @TELUS reps to connect our home with fiber optic “for free” 😒 Their doubling down on Huawei tech this week makes me think we made the right call.

  • habanerogal Habanerogal (@habanerogal) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@marnipanas @TELUS I hope they got educated on asking for pronouns in order to improve the quality of service to their clients.
