Looks like somebody managed to get into the Telus system, compromised all her info, and tried to shut down her line and transfer it to somebody else. I'm completely unimpressed by Telus's response so far- they're not sure if she'll lose her number or not.

@adurian Terrible. Cannot send emails with small photos, open Twitter in computer without waiting lots or downloading a picture into my Blogger blog. Telus is becoming an inefficient monopoly

Go to the MyTelus app thinking maybe something has changed - card expired, etc. Nope all good. Why can't @TELUS actually KNOW their customers and target notifications, etc. I constantly get offers to add home service to my mobile acct, I already have home service WITH @TELUS

Telus everything in my computer is not working. I cannot even include small images in emails and Twitter takes forever to open in my computer.

@TELUSsupport We have already spoken to a phone agent and they cant figure out the problem. This is 1 of many issues. I will be calling in to cancel my service. Our family is going to miss the countdown for new years eve and cant watch tv or go online. This is complete bs. @telus

Can’t watch TV. And really appreciate the credit you promised to my account for the issue at the end of the street that prevented the speeds I was paying for from being achieved. Oh wait, you didn’t do that either. Hey @TELUS I think I’m ready to switch.
