Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DarrenApels darrenapels (@DarrenApels) reported

@Telus @TELUSsupport explain to me why it takes 6 technicians to fix a problem that should have been fixed the 1st time?

  • geraldnunn Gerald Nunn (@geraldnunn) reported

I've noticed at some point that Telus no longer blocks access to the external IP of your router from your internal network. I can finally stop using dnsmasq to override Route53 when I'm at home, one less thing to deal with (and it's just web pages, performance isn't a concern).

  • jheighton3 Jennifer Heighton (@jheighton3) reported

@adriandix Lol - endorsed by “I single-handedly drove BC’s healthcare to the ground so I could privatize it to Telus Health” Minister? One who cowers behind “droplet” Henry while simultaneously reinfecting HCW so they 1) have never-ending staffing shortages & 2) are disabled by #LongCovid?

  • TrishP97 Trish Page (She/her/hers) 🇺🇦🕊☮️✌🏻🇺🇦🌻🌻 (@TrishP97) reported

@TELUSsupport We spoke with one person at Telus home services who was awesome and one person with your cellular service who was less than impressive. We are still considering our options b/c of the mobility retention specialist.

  • StatefarmMcCoy Jake McCoy (@StatefarmMcCoy) reported

@TELUSsupport Not the entire business day. Not the entire weekend. 4:43 pm on a holiday was when you got back in the game. What is going on down at Telus HQ?

  • AlexissShops Alexis🌌 (@AlexissShops) reported

@kashatori I’m with Telus and I never ever have an issue

  • ThorDGAF Thorfinn (@ThorDGAF) reported

@FreedomMobile Worst service ever. Telus is better

  • kashatori tori 💞 (@kashatori) reported

@AlexissShops Ahhhh I used to be with Telus forever and they were amazing. Switched to Rogers because they had good service too for a better price. Not anymore 🥲 maybe I’ll consider switching back lol

  • originalroyboy Ross Roy 🇨🇦 (@originalroyboy) reported

@TELUSsupport Nope. Not visiting your website or troubleshooting @TELUSsupport It’s not my issue to fix, it’s yours. Surely you are aware of the terrible service dozens of us Telus subscribers are experiencing. I’ve heard from many people who say it’s been going on for months. Fix it please.

@jheighton3 @adriandix Again, helping nobody but Telus shareholders. Bleeding out our doctors so that they can deliver healthcare inefficiently is horrible. Remember as well that for people with a primary care physician, a virtual visit results in unpaid paperwork for them! No wonder we have shortage.
