@potkazar .@potkazar: “‘There are many in this company both in the lower ranks and even in the higher ranks who openly say they support the regime in Iran,’ said one Telus employee…. ‘Many of the employees in the company are Iranian students who travel to Iran, where they are trained…’”

@telus users beware Telus added a product TELUS Online Security - Standard with out my permission and have charged me 2 months for a service I never wanted. Review your bills to see if you are being charged for this. Going to be demanding a credit for every month they billed for

Ugh @Shawhelp our phones & internet are down…. Again….Please don’t tell me to call you. The amount of business I lose because you are so inconsistent & with no reimbursement. Beyond frustrating. Will definitely be switching to @TELUS as you can’t provide the contracted service

  • ingenity KennyJ (@ingenity) reported

@AlbertaLeonidas Colour me a skeptic. Our govt has a huge woody for surveillance data. Telus has stopped implementation, but, they are not removing any switches from the network. In theory, it just takes one in the configuration to siphon metadata. Who knows, how do we verify?

  • JonestownJimbob Jimbob of Jonestown (@JonestownJimbob) reported

@TELUSsupport Can't count. ANYWAY last one in the thread, here's an idea for one that doesn't insult your customers nor lie: "Please consider the environment printing this bill; Telus offers quick and easy online payment that can help you save trees and time. See < >" Boom. How hard is that?

  • JonestownJimbob Jimbob of Jonestown (@JonestownJimbob) reported

@TELUS I don't know what you get from it, but telling an outright lie to your customers on every bill is unacceptable. It is PERFECTLY fine processing at a financial institution. Don't ******* lie, the world is full of them, and nobody needs your **** added on the pile.
