@TELUS what does it take to actually get through and talk to someone???? There always seems to be plenty of folks available to sell me services I have no interest in but as soon as I need support, poof, no one to talk to!

  • maxcat7007 Sylvia Roy (@maxcat7007) reported

@TELUSsupport Do you report your Telus optik TV outages on Twitter? I'm currently experiencing an outage and it would have been nice to know this prior to spending an hour on the phone with Telus tech support. I looked on Telus website prior to calling, nothing was posted.

@cbcnewsbc Had a fabulous family doctor and he left his practice to go to telus' service. There are only so many doctors. To split them up among public, private and virtual is just going to wreck health care.

@TELUS been a costumer for years, but after your recent treatment I will be changing internet, phone, security providers. Terrible service

@pnwkate @TELUS @TELUSsupport Hate to ask, Kate, are you sure you’ve not been piggybacking in neighbours WiFi all his time ? I know it seems odd, but you may need to check the default network your devices connect(ed) with.

@brianlilley Bell, Rogers, and Telus love it because now you have to use their roaming service on your cell phone (@$12 per day or more) when you even go the US for a couple of days.
