Then wait for another hour or so online for an agent to be available. I guess they only have 1 agent that handles all their customer service….

Dunno how on earth you keep customers with terrible service like this. I hope @TELUS corporate sees this cause, we are done.

And you’ve been charging me data since I bought the damn thing so the cost is way more than that! When I get this resolved you may no longer have a Telus customer!!!!!!!
