    @TELUSsupport 2/2 How do I know if there is a downed line or accident? The map intentionally minimizes any outage. Can't believe Telus wasn't vilified for the multiple day long non-hurricane related outages last week due to hardware issues. Rogers didn't get away with it.

    @TELUS Great customer service. On hold waiting to talk to someone and get hung up on after 2 hours and 40 minutes. Is this what you do to people who you keep on hold when it’s time to go home for you guys? Do I have to take time off of work to actually speak to someone?

    @TELUS @Virgin I remember back in 2019 when the same thing happened I finally just picked up my phone and called my family and you guys sent me a 200 CAD bill. I called your customer services and begged for help and your agent insulted me. Maybe that’s the time to help? @VirginPlus
