    @TELUSsupport The worst company and service ever. I tried to switch my internet and tv services to Telus they show up and don’t even have fiber run to my house. They had my front yard dug up for 1 1/2 years. They have a technician waste half my day and can’t even give me services

    @telus why is your customer service system so ****? Waiting for an online assistant and your cue system jumping all over. Used your call line, was on hold for 2hrs before someone answered but couldn't help me. Total time spent 4hrs waiting for nothing. Wtf.

    Pretty tired of receiving threatening emails from @TELUS about collection agencies and damaging my credit rating for a billing error *they* made. But if I try talking to someone I'm put on hold for hours, told I'll get a call back that never comes, and get the same email again.

    @MikeMartignago It also doesn't help that the program guide (on Telus) never aligns with what is actually being shown on the channel. So I find something that maybe looks "compelling" only to find that they're playing three month old highlights of random CPL games.
