    It seems @TELUS is fine with its business clients waiting three weeks to get a problem fixed. Imagine running a business and having to face that situation. Is Telus going to reimburse me for the three weeks I won't have service they are suppose to provide?

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Im going to dump them soon also Jon. Same as you. Been with them probably even longer. Let me know if you find a decent provider or who you are thinking of going with? I wish X made a privacy focused phone and offered service via starlink dtc.

    CRTC fee ban is live. No more $80 activation fees from Bell, Rogers, or Telus. Canadians paid those fees for years because there was nowhere better to go. Three carriers. Same infrastructure. Prices in lockstep. Killing the fee is fair. The oligopoly is the actual problem.

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I was a 30 year customer and got the service you described . I was happy to leave. All the Cdn Cell phone companies are the same when it comes to acknowledging customer loyalty.

    I made the worst decision ever moving my home internet to @TELUS - and can’t even fix it because app has been down for 2 weeks and son hold with customer service now at 57 minutes. @TELUSsupport
