    @TELUSsupport Telus should really be giving customers a credit on their bill as the customer had to install the new digital boxes. That was a service that a technician used to do. Plus, I now have to get these boxes to Canada Post. $50 credit would be great. Thanks.

    Have been on hold with @Rogers for over an hour. This is for a business account. Not even an option for a call back, like Telus offers. As with everything else, prices increase, mistakes are rampant, and service gets worse and worse. Really not impressed.

    @Social_Moi @TELUSsupport My suspicion is maybe you called mobility support instead of home support, since TELUS doesn't have home service (except for their City Place contract) in Ontario.

    @jnbella @TELUS Yes, it's exhausting! Everytime my deal ends, I have to call and say I want to cancel, go through a long rigmarole with the agent until they offer me something decent.

    Weโ€™ve had this number for years but with Rogers since 2015. We get calls daily from TELUS to switch. What happens if there is an emergency and they have no service? Serious situation and support keeps insisting the have to talk to the person with the phone. @CRTCeng
