@kim_siever Telus gave up on our entire country. Support AlbertaCOM. They answer the phone. Give them some sweet, sweet government cash to put up some more towers. Or hell, to run cable.

@mgeist @s_guilbeault Of course he doesn’t understand the bill, he probably never read it. Lobbyists for Bell, Rogers, Corus, Telus wrote it.

@maxfawcett Rogers and Bell are tied, which aligns with my experience. I have no experience with Telus, which had less presence in the East until recently. So that may bias your results. When I switched from Rogers to Fido (owned by Rogers) I saved $$ and got better customer service.

@MagooRich @TELUSsupport @StarlinkPage Already doing it. Just gotta wait for it to get shipped. The Smarthub is ****. The entire Telus internet service is ****. Hardly anyone in the area can use it anymore.

20 + minutes on hold with @TELUS . Returning their call. No idea why they called my company's customer line, rather than my direct line. Which they have. Because I'm unfortunatly with @TELUS. Complaining online b/c it usually means *someone* replies...

@TELUSsupport - my email isn’t working. This is unacceptable. When you force migration you should make sure it goes smoothly. By the way, why would customers continue to pay for Telus email service when you are putting them on Gmail which is free? Hope Telus loses customers.
