    @kkeshavjee I think it’d be hard to get tech leaders to say, “I work for Telus, etc, but their goals are not aligned with what’s needed to fix healthcare.” But this is what needs to happen. Across conflicted parties in all fields. 5/

    Look, if I should ever require additional cable &/or Internet services, I will absolutely investigate what options Telus offers. But calling me over and over for days on end until I finally pick up and politely ask AGAIN to not be called? Not making me feel that customer loyalty.

    @TELUS non stop fraud/scam calls to my Telus cell today. What are you doing to keep your subscribers safe? This is out of hand. My other mobile service doesn't have this problem.
