@rodmickleburgh @VancouverSun They’re not alone. Telus is awful and most government offices you can leave a message and no one will call you back.

@mysticmac0077 @JustinTrudeau Problem w/ Canada is its small pop. W/ cellphones, even w/ Rogers + Telus being allowed in MB, BellMTS has a virtual monopoly in Northern MB. Telus store in The Pas, MB barely stayed a year. Needs to profitable for others to set up even if the monopoly is broken.

@Bell I've been a @TELUS user for over 2 decades since this last contract. 2 years of flawlessness, and a renewal on my phone, just as flawless. Looking forward to a new device $0 down By @TELUS Stop emailing me would you?

@jdtabish What's also intriguing is that all six service providers (Bell, Videotron, Cogeco, Telus, Sogetel and Xplornet) have signed agreements with Quebec committing to complete the build-outs by Sept. 2022.

  • adrianaalicm Adriana (@adrianaalicm) reported

@ExtraLars I have had both but Shaw was a little better. They did not have limits to internet usage and better coverage. Plus I found Shaw to have way better customer service. Telus could not give a damn about my concerns

  • Yasu_EKJC yasmina c (@Yasu_EKJC) reported

Really disappointed in the terrible service my mom got from @koodo . You'd think when there's a promo for free gift cards they'd actually check to make sure they're not expired. @TELUS not sure how long we will remain clients if it takes 4 weeks to send expired gift cards
