    Power came back an hour ago after a 24 hour outage. No power means no heat. The main floor was down to 53F. A lot colder upstairs. The Telus cell tower is still down, so no phone capability yet. #BCStorm

    Ugh wi-fi and network connection from Shaw is down due to power outages... Hardly surprised. I guess it's not too late to switch to Telus soon? Thank God I have a lot of data for my phone's plan.

    @srhchn @TELUS @TELUSsupport Easy. Just cancel, then you would have saved yourself hours of calling. Not to mention the insanely long tweet. Why continue to be with a company that is so bad. Maybe its not and you're looking for freebies, trying to make the story worse then it is.
