Instead of forcing the Big 3 to make sure ALL people in Canada have access to advanced telecommunications networks (per the Yale report) the gov't put forth rules that help to protect the Big 3 by forcing Netflix & Youtube to contribute to CanCon.

I expect as they build their own tower networks we will see the prices soar and sasktel will match. Doesn't help sasktel sold off assets
