@Novusnow wouldn't be novus without a proper disrupting outage every 3 months or less. I've ******* enough, will leave you alone and just switch provider. Telus got 1.5gbps for the same price as Novus 1gbps

@Leah_Holiove Yes we do kind of, it use the stupid Telus fiber optic so technically a landline! Power goes out and yes we are screwed...lol.

Hey @TELUS Don't have your call center phone customers saying they are looking to improve service and cost and then proceed to take 10 minutes to finally tell me they're just trying to sell expensive Optik TV that I cancelled 6 months ago. Annoying.

@Novusnow East Vancouver Telus building is down . Maybe time to switch to Telus or other firm. Seem like the whole service area is down from DT to Via and Surrey ? Now the contract make sense for company

@crys_tom You could go on Telus Health or some other online GP service (I think OHIP covers that now) and ask for a prescription of Zofran. Works better than Gravol. No drowsiness. Expensive. I can't see any doctor saying no.

That way they have knowledge in knowing they are making the right choice but nope I left with zero information because he refused to help without a credit check first. Seriously? My parents were also considering switching because we are tired of Telus.

Tonight I learned that Canada 🇨🇦 has THEE worse cell phone provider companies/plans! This is a issue that NEEDS to be fixed AND talked about more! These companies and plans are PIRACY! Laws HAVE to be made! #Rogers #Telus #Bell

@INFJAngie He has already 1,600 Starlink satellites in orbit. That number will grow; SpaceX has filed paperwork for up to 42,000 satellites for the constellation. As we have here @TELUS internet or nothing (even fibre optic in town is slow), I cannot work online with it - we need better!
