  • G_Gallant Gabrielle Gallant (@G_Gallant) reported

    Why is one of my Telus phones completely down and the other at one bar? I didn’t think the apocalypse was going to drag on so much.

  • Squishiiexo Squishiie🎀 (@Squishiiexo) reported

    @ajjohnson582 @RogersHelps Been with telus for 7 years and never had any issues. Sadly we don't have many options for internet and cable (bell is definitely no better), but for mobile, Telus is a really great option!

  • caterpillartob1 caterpillartobutterfly (@caterpillartob1) reported

    @RogersHelps @aredlight1 @Lynaa____ I notice that all major carriers like you Bell, Cogeco, Freedom and Telus besides yourself are experiencing outages. Very strange. I am on Fido so I am aware Chatr and Fido work off your towers, hope you can fix it.

  • thecavebeastro TheCaveBeastro (@thecavebeastro) reported

    Thanks #Telus for cutting off my internet and not understanding. Tried to make payment arrangements and were told that they wouldn’t help unless I paid in full! So much compassion for a business that is struggling! Haven’t been open for months and trying to make ends meet

  • da1ifornia mental illness (taylor’s version) (@da1ifornia) reported

    @patrickmartinn TELUS could never 💅🏻

  • Chrystinastarrs Chrys Stars 🧜🏾‍♀️ (@Chrystinastarrs) reported

    @_jennreyn @TELUS @Bell Apparently Telus is having issues as well. According to a few of them I have been able to connect with. I’m just shocked that since the last time I checked, a couple hours ago, they haven’t made an announcement yet

  • Thot_Cross_Buns Dumb ***** (@Thot_Cross_Buns) reported

    @notfetusfilets @TELUS Telus told me it wasn’t their problem that I was getting roaming charges from where I lived lol.

  • newwstgrl82 Brandy Steele (@newwstgrl82) reported

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps how many more hours will this go on? 12:13pm PST and my phone and data are STILL down...just switched from Telus last month, starting to regret it!

  • Rizutsuki Rizu リズツキ/誓願狂想 (@Rizutsuki) reported

    I know @Rogers is having network issues, but when you go into a store, please don't take it out on the workers. They have the least amount of control and say over this. They're just relaying the info they have, just the same when Bell and Telus had their issues in the past.

  • QueenoftheBB Lynn Wagner (@QueenoftheBB) reported

    @haligonia @BruceMacDouga12 For anyone affected by this issue on Rogers Wireless, go to Settings, cellular and turn Roaming ON. After that go to Network Selection and confirm Automatic is on. You should be able to roam on Rogers EXT on Bell or Telus.
