  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@apukwa @Bryson_M I believe they do have a protocol in place where the tech is "supposed" to wear a mask and stuff. If/how that changed I have no idea. Last year there were complaints of Bell/Telus Tech's not wearing masks. Never heard anything come of it.

@IRPlawyer @TELUS Well, when nursing home staff have until October to be vaccinated I'm thinking Telus is waay down the line...no pun intended.

  • 882Ams Good Questions (@882Ams) reported

@elviralount @IRPlawyer @TELUS If your landline is used for home alarm monitoring, how would you like to have TELUS customer support in Guatemala or Philippines know when there is nobody home? TELUS recently bought and integrated ADT Canada and they hold all that info.

  • rocky_rikhi Rocky Rikhi (@rocky_rikhi) reported

@TELUS are you able to manage ADT arrives? Looks like you ADT service standards have degraded since Telus has taken over.

  • zahidripon Zahidul Islam (@zahidripon) reported

I took an offer from @telusmobility for a cellphone plan through my home services. The offer was a discount of $15 off from the monthly plan. Literally I have to call each month to get that discount! What an example of the worst customer service!! @TELUS

  • rocky_rikhi Rocky Rikhi (@rocky_rikhi) reported

@TELUS you people continue to give false promises and saying we don’t have access to ADT hence cannot help. 5 day have elapsed and no resolution at all.

  • TheFarquaad Darcy Hope (@TheFarquaad) reported

@nessie12 @IRPlawyer @TELUS If it was so bad, way more people would be getting it than are. People have been interacting more than any point in the pandemic, yet cases still aren’t close to our peak. Explain that, if it was so bad we’d be at 1000’s of cases a day by now

  • whydidicomeback Sigh (@whydidicomeback) reported

So, as much as I hate what’s happening in this province, this Telus app really did help me. I’m not someone who runs to the ER for everything and looking at things now, maybe I should have? BUT it’s nice to know this was at least an option for me

  • tomisin_moronK OM (@tomisin_moronK) reported

Telus is actually so stupid and I should leave them but making those plans right now will only be more stressful and more delayed.

  • iservice Ian Service (@iservice) reported

Anyone else notice that @TELUS/@Bell HSPA service is nearly useless recently? It's like they demoted the bandwidth to calls only so if your signal level falls back to HSPA you can't even get a couple hundred Kb/s.
