    @jodyvance @TELUS Emancipate yourself from deep (mis)management by the provider by purchasing your own @Ubiquiti Unifi gateway. Gives you easy GUI access to your network, expandable, and cheap. Then, yes, cut the cord for CableTV. Services like phone/cable etc. are better delivered “over the top”.

    @TELUS I have no idea how you guys still function as a business. Most unorganized company of the last decade for sure. You deserve to go bankrupt with your unorganized customer service. 8 hour wait times. Just to get passed around and around. #epicfail

    @jodyvance @TELUS Ours turned out to be issues with Telus cable and Samsung tv “not talking to each other”. Replaced cable box and all good

    @jodyvance @TELUS We had visitors from the US to our home last week and we were talking about how our choices for service are minimal. Telus subscribers for almost 40 years for telephone and many years for TV and now Optic. Such poor communication.
