@InkerScott @AdamKretschmann @VoiceOfFranky Sorta, you can only **** around for so long though. I had a brief career in safety and it didn't take much for a company to get blackballed. One of my idiot bosses wanted to kick Telus off site lol, as though they needed us more than we needed them.

@TELUS WTF is going on? I'm trying to get Fibre services installed for 5 DAYS. Hours on the phone, being told different things by different people. I just want to buy your services but you're making it impossible. If you want my business, have a senior manager contact me.

In the end the rep said to be honest, it looks like they took away a service because the phone fee was too little. Basically these companies are doing what they want and robbing is blind. #telus

@REWoman @Rogers Telus was the exact same here. Found a plan that would cut my bill by $100/mo. I let them know I had found this deal and what could they do as a 14 year customer? Their “deal” was still $60 a month higher. When I called to cancel the whole thing, suddenly a match ws possible. 🙄
