@TELUSsupport For the past few days, whenever I go to Netflix or prime from apps on TV, it starts to load and then goes back to app screen. My roommate already had the prime account but got Netflix through telus bundle. Not sure how to fix this issue, very frustrating. Thanks!

To add insult to Injury, the tech on the phone told us they ****** up and have to many units on their network, making it bad for ALOT of other customers. And now, their only fix is a new antenna, and its a battle to even get a technician out here! Telus is awful!

@EComm911_info @COAST_RCMP That is the 2nd non-emerg Police line down in Canada. While it is not 911 outage like Telus planned, THERE HAS TO BE REDUNDANT SYSTEMS. As a 13 year Telecoms Veteran w. 5 years Systems Admin exp, I know what I am talking about.

@TELUSsupport Is there a good technician who can call me now? Have been calling Telus to solve speed problem over and over again but they have been unable to solve it. The agent yesterday took over an hour but the problem still persists. I feel harassed and it is so frustrating.

@telus recently my 87-year-old inlaw was scammed by the overseas people. $170 was her long-distance bill. I took it up with your support. Her billing since well forever hasn't changed. Only because of her long-term client you give a refund of $44 dollars!!!WTF VERYBAD FORM
