@bbctsan82 @TELUS Lol well the problem is everything is a nest of cords. I think there's a modem, and another thing, that blink. But I swear there's stuff setup in 3 rooms and i hate it all. I have the ability to plug in/out. After that I'll call telus. Im NOT tech inclined and never needed to be

@crystalcrichard I’ve switched over all 4 plans to Rogers because of this and could never be happier. I was a Telus customer for over 10 Years. Amazing how easy it is to lose customers because of greed. @TELUS I’m finding that the networks are better and couldn’t be happier!

Who could trust TELUS ever again, when they gave their customers' information to Trudeau & his zombie cabinet paid for it and never got consent from customers! That is a breach of privacy and integrity. Telus has put itself in a position to be sued.

Why I am unable to get connected with a customer services agent after waiting for an hour on the call regarding extra charges charged on my final bill? @TELUS @TELUSsupport @TELUSBusiness

  • FarnhamHo Graham McIntosh (@FarnhamHo) reported

@SatiarShah Problem was with Telus not SNP. Apparently they had switched off the range (location) for some users which caused them to be wrongly blacked out.

  • bbctsan82 Vansportsfan82 (@bbctsan82) reported

@casualmomsense @TELUS I'm assuming your devices were working before, with no issues (or at least was better than what has been happening recently lol). Telus sends updates for the equipment occasionally (usually overnight). The update may have changed the settings from what was working.

  • DwnDak Lou Stoule (@DwnDak) reported

@CarmichaelKevin @nationalpost @BatPost I pay $45/mth USD ($61CDN) for unlimited call/text/data across US/Canada/Mexico down here in Florida for my Verizon plan. In Canada, I paid $105/mth with Telus for unlimited Canada only plan.
