    @TELUS way to repeatedly drop the ball and then have me wait on hold for a total of 3.5 hours and offer no compensation on your own mistake. Abysmal service and accountability

    @TELUS A few days later they called again and told me my mobile phone was not for use at home but when mobile and offered no solution.
