  • happy_chappyy Ethan Chapman (@happy_chappyy) reported

I’ll be leaving @Fidomobile at the end of my contract (2 months to go). Any network suggestions? I’ve heard good things about Telus.

  • smacky12 Sheryl (@smacky12) reported

@otohp @CBCNews Came here to say this as it unacceptable. I’m with Telus and had no issues while camping.

  • bellab2181 bellarose (@bellab2181) reported

@telus After a month of issues, going to Telus stores, apple stores and talking to tech support for countless hours we have no resolution. A manager doesn’t call back when he is suppose. Did I get a call back on Thursday like he said, nope. Unacceptable.

Wow @TELUS is not good Had them for 10+ years, upgraded plan 2 years ago. They wont let me keep my relatively new plan w a new phone and are trying to make me pay an extra $10 month. If that's how they feel about customer loyalty it might be time to switch... @TELUSsupport

  • thevinetway Tracy@candidateforprimeminister (@thevinetway) reported

@CailinasEirinn @dbeggs13 last year Telus had same issues when they were doing changes and upgrades, it took like two weeks before everything was back to normal for everyone, I went a day without internet etc,

@April75Cruel @TELUS @Bell_LetsTalk I never said Bell was great. And I actually have held a lot of criticism about let’s talk. Don’t disagree with them paying more taxes, but also don’t trust governments to spend it well. Hospitals have bloated administrative systems that suck up dollars that could go to care.

  • Wilsonpjm Pam Wilson (@Wilsonpjm) reported

@CBCCalgary And Rogers wants to take over Shaw. So more people are without service. This is disgraceful Rogers. Time to get your ducks gathered. Customers deserve better. Thus why I’m a TELUS customer and have been since 1991. @TELUS

  • CanadianWolvie C̓ac̓uqḥta aka Michael (@CanadianWolvie) reported

@mgeist So do you support say SaskTel? How about Telus having to become BCTel again? How about Roger's being broken up into at least provincial Crown Corporations? Just outright nationalization? Demonstrably vital infrastructure should be a public utility, then argue competition.

  • kjames_2001 Ken James (@kjames_2001) reported

The Rogers outage fiasco from a tech enthusiast point of view. @Rogers I think it's high time you and @Telus and @Bell got together to arrange a back up in case one carriers systems goes down. Would be simple? Probably not.

  • BiddyInTO T.Biddy (@BiddyInTO) reported

@MargaretChown @dbeggs13 Agreed but it can happen to their competition. I recommend unbundling services. Get Rogers Internet and Telus phones. Or Bell. Or any combination. Don't let one provider keep you completely in the dark. I had service through my Telus phone, even though my Rogers internet was out.
