Susan chip freshly installed (@scotiasinger) reported@RogersHelps I have no service. When will this be fixed? This is my only phone. Guess I should contact @TELUS ? Maybe i should be switching? Wonder what kind of deal is available ...

Synthetic Animals (@moodyangela) reported@MineerBrett I’m on Chatr and in Kelowna and i have had no service all day My mom is on Telus and she has signal, but her internet barely works
-
Shauna (@shaunalynne77) reported@KristinRaworth just won't help when they all share the same infrastructure. The new carriers just want permission to use existing infrastructure, not invest in their own. I feel sorry for all the Roger's staff today. I'm TELUS and a couple hour outage causes complete mayhem.

Karen Korchinski (@KarinKorchinski) reported@FidoSolutions I’d love to call you to ask for an update, but oh WAIT! I can’t call you or 911 or Telus or Bell to set up my new account. I’ve been a Fido customer since Fido was introduced. The lack of COMMUNICATION/info really sux. @RogersHelps @Rogers

Doug VE6CID (@VE6CID) reported@ve6en @Rogers @TELUS Yup all down, Bought a sim from Telus

sandwich pope 🥪😷 (@SandwichPope) reportedWithout knowing anything about their subscriber counts, if we assume an even 3 way split between Telus/Rogers/Bell and maybe 4% of Canadians on Shaw/Freedom; about 30% of the country has no cell service through no fault of their own right now. Nationalize the telcos. #cdnpoli
-
ak (@_amandakemp_) reported@RogersHelps I’ve been out of service since this morning - which forced me to switch my services to Telus this afternoon. What is Rogers doing to rectify this? I’ll be returning the tablet I purchased through my plan

Debbie Elicksen (@bookpublish101) reportedA PR fail is when a company does not communicate or communicates in BP style (see Gulf oil spill) with its customers. Fluff & corporate speak are as effective as thoughts & prayers. Fallout from a #PRfail is many #Rogers #Fido customers will switch to Telus.

Hubert Rodden (@hubrod) reported@punditclass Not all telecom providers list service. Bell, telus and all providers using their infrastructure have been up all day. Why am I not surprised you would make a BS post blaming the government for something they were not involved with #cdnpoli

Shane (@InsayneShane) reported@RogersHelps It's been over 12 hours with no fix. I am on the verge of moving to TELUS if this keeps up for much longer. I'm paying for service that I am not even getting right now...
