@TSNCurling Mom in hospital. TSN2 has NFL crap on and TSN4 has International curling while Canadian Olympic Trials are on! No other option. This was the only bright light in her day. So Very disappointed. Also with Telus provider I can get on TSN app on phone but not iPad

Dear @TELUS @TELUSsupport Not having a call back option and making customers wait on hold for hours is the reason people leave . Instead of spending money on false ads touting your great customer service it may be better to invest in upgrading your customer support options.

@SandraSherida18 @TheBreakdownAB It is what @jkenney wants. Canned curriculum, if there are no qualified teachers, hire non certificated and pay them less. We have to. There are no teachers. Just like doctors. Telus Babylon will solve the problem until you need someone at a bedside.

@shenif @TELUS @TELUSsupport 4 hrs? I waited 24 hrs for them to get back to me. I’ve waited another 24+ hrs for the promised callback. I wish I only had to wait 4 hrs. Glad you got your issue fixed eventually.
