@JasonM98282978 I'm sure this will be soooo much better after healthcare is privatized and Telus is in complete control because they would never make a customer wait, would they?

  • typical_susan SusanT (@typical_susan) reported

@TELUSsupport I'm not interested in a pre-owned phone. I'll be switching cell phone carriers since Telus has no interest in charging customers ethical rates or providing decent customer service.

  • Quinner83 Emmett Quinn (@Quinner83) reported

@NHL_Centre_Ice your feed for Philly/NJ on @TELUS is awful

  • KPalmerGordon KPalmerGordon (@KPalmerGordon) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUS I have been on hold with your so-called help line for 80 minutes and counting, to get you to remove an unsolicited roaming charge on my mobile account. Totally unacceptable.

  • WhoTrollsTrolls He Who Trolls The Trolls (@WhoTrollsTrolls) reported

@TELUS @CEMonthCanada **** you I'm keeping my old phone when my contract is up now, I'm not spending this much money to rent a phone while you charge credit card fees on top of that. *** Telus, you're going to lose a customer and I will remind you daily how ****** you are.

  • accrete AccreteWebSolutions (@accrete) reported

@PeterVogel @TELUS Hmm. Mom didn't mention getting a letter. What if the internet goes down? Not a safe situation for seniors/disabled who do not have cell phones.

  • BillvLee Bill (@BillvLee) reported

@PeterVogel @TELUS And they always want to sell abyssmal Intertube service of their brand when Teksavvy net service over copper phone lines is enough.

  • KPalmerGordon KPalmerGordon (@KPalmerGordon) reported

Thanks for nothing @TELUS and @TELUSsupport. Apparently 125 minutes on hold is OK, followed by ignoring me despite your website saying use Twitter for faster service.

  • ireland_89 CJ Ireland (@ireland_89) reported

@TELUS there’s no point in calling and waiting on hold for hours because you’ll tell me it’s my phone, not your network, but it you could figure out how to get service to the parts of rural Alberta that user to have service and now don’t, that would be great.
