Countless complaints to the CRTC about the ****** @TELUS Optik TV. Dozens of tech visits annually to our house and we can't keep up with any TV show due to the ****** signal Telus provides. They've given us 6 months free service due to their ****** service. Not good enough!

  • Douglas27354025 Douglas (@Douglas27354025) reported

I've had to do way too much tech support for my own business this month. Between @voipms getting DDoS'd (basically ******* my business), Telus not being able to port that number over until the DDoS attack is over, and Bell being unable to figure out my other problem, it's insane.

@patdubois The My Sask Health Record is from Telus because eHealth Sask couldn’t figure out a Sask solution. The QR is also Telus. The problem isn’t the vendor it is in the testing that didn’t happen by eHealth Sask.

Next on the agenda is getting an american satellite internet service provider to get a signal to my island. Because if my internet gets hacked by the chinese, telus & shaw are okay with that and musk will be a ***** if the gov't want to shut internet down.

  • dharnid Dharni D (@dharnid) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

@TELUS your internet plan offers are more expensive on your website than on the phone (customer service) . Why did you even spend money on a website? Could’ve saved than money and passed it on to the customers :)

  • MeetJattana Jasmeet Singh (@MeetJattana) reported

@Shawhelp everyday and there is no proper response, no timeline and no solution at all. I’m very frustrated as I have no internet from 10 days. I think I have made mistake of shifting to Shaw from Telus and now I need to go back to Telus

@as_per_danielle Call them and tell them you want to close your account because Telus has made you an offer you can’t refuse. They’ll transfer you to customer retention and you’ll get a better deal on a 2 yr contract than the posted rates.

@schaaptop @sportsnetmurph That’s not what monopoly means. It means one corporation dominates the market. Out west Rogers is rare for cable, cell or internet service. It’s Telus or Shaw mostly.
