    @MPelletierCIO @TELUS is so badly run. I went months dealing with them installing fiber to my door and when it was finally time to light it up, a rep came to the door asking for my ID to run a hard credit check. Hard pass on that for a monthly subscription. So I am not a Telus customer.

    @RSHFarms @TELUS @TELUSsupport I have TELUS and it’s terrible. I had a guy at my farm and he was with Roger’s and is no better than mine.

    @stormymarie13 @TELUS Service is atrocious. Someone over seas. Can’t understand what you’re asking and just put you on hold then hang up on you. Better off getting a phone in USA with unlimited roaming

    Still unsatisfied @TELUS . It's taken over a year to resolve a billing issue. I call, they credit. They reset my plan to cancel this issue. Still seeing "additional email". Support's key line: I understand your frustration. I've heard it so often, I know it's part of training.

    @diana_murphy613 You havr other option anyways for ISP. It not a monopoly at all. Roger telus bells all have to share their fiber network with all those small compagnies that pretend to be ISP,making the load on those 3 fiber network builder harder. Its the CTC that issued it.

    @genymoneyca Have had zero issues with Public Mobile so far with my teens phone. Was looking forward to using my @WealthSimple discount on my contract renewal with Telus in January, I might have to consider Public as well.

    How to ruin a business by @telus a business moves & brings telus they state same # but lie & then stated same accnt # but lied & then cut off the bus bc bus was paying old accnt # and telus not set back up 10 days later !!! WTF on hold for 8 hours not fixed
