  • NigelSeaton Nigel Seaton (@NigelSeaton) reported

@TELUSsupport Telus Data down today? It’s been completely unusable all day. My phone and my wife’s.

  • LLSaunier Lynda-Lee Saunier (@LLSaunier) reported

@TELUSsupport Yup you just redirect rather than resolve problems. Like I said “what happened to customer service”. Is this a foreign concept to Telus. They are so big the customer is irrelevant?

  • EverettMartin Everett Martin (@EverettMartin) reported

@pkcanada1 @SaskTel My area of interest is prevention of organizational embarrassment vs need to contain it after-the-fact. Sasktel had the luxury of watching Rogers, Bell, and Telus "step in it" recently & should have just kept their heads down (no changes!) until anti-telecom sentiment dies down.

  • EverettMartin Everett Martin (@EverettMartin) reported

@pkcanada1 @SaskTel I can tell you from my news service and social media sentiment analyses that anger at telecoms is worse than average currently following Rogers outages, Bell Canada corporate culture problems, Rogers/Shaw merger, and Telus labour issues.

  • LLSaunier Lynda-Lee Saunier (@LLSaunier) reported

@TELUSsupport All Telus does is refer you from one twitter link to another. No one resolves issues. What happened to customer service? How does anyone trust this company that provides ZERO service????

  • jimmykahn Scott Edwards (@jimmykahn) reported

@TELUSsupport Hey there! I've noticed that, after switching to Telus from Sasktel, my voice calls cut out every 5-10 seconds. It's about 1 second of silence then voice contact resumes. Resembles a normal call when the other party has a "call waiting" notification.

  • Dueling_Cancer BÜHLER #68 🏒 #Oilers (@Dueling_Cancer) reported from Cold Lake, Alberta

@melwtfluv I rode from Mill Creek, through the river valley, up the hill to Telus building then down to 109st. I wouldn’t let a kid that age do that today. Or even out of my sight at that age.

  • violinfather violinfather (@violinfather) reported

@jsbmbaggedmilk @TELUSsupport Lol I get the same thing with my crappy Telus service.

  • shakaharisher Pardeep Garg (@shakaharisher) reported

@TELUS is #fraud. My 14 day prorated bill was 161$ while my monthly plan is 64$ plus tax. My telus credit expired before service start as per @TELUSsupport. Telus associate in market are doing fraud by starting service before shiftingto house and not picking calls after activate

  • KevinSMcArthur Kevin McArthur (@KevinSMcArthur) reported

@climatecrumble At this point, just tear it all down and lets see how telus can build something that works. If it costs 10% of our salary, so be it.
