Parental Advisory (@Parental_OnX) reportedSo latest update. STILL no @TELUS services at the new house. A LOT of conflicting answers, with any luck tomorrow it gets done finally. And if not then I am just going to cancel everything and go with starlink and put in a consumer affairs complaint. Absolutely ridiculous to take 10+ days to get services connected. Especially with the reasons given. I understand the broken line, but that was repaired last Thursday by the only competent person to come yet. Then to be told to "reboot the equipment" when we don't even HAVE equipment yet.... This is the problem with cheap overseas support that just reads from scripts and doesn't ever listen to anything the customer says. Get your crap together Telus, people are paying you literally thousands of dollars a year for some of these services and your techs half the time done even have the tools or skills required to do simple repairs or swaps if needed.

Checked three months out. Canadian health care is so bad. Our BC government runs >$10B deficit, yet outcomes are simply terrible. Luckily, I live near Washington USA. Maybe I’ll just get a doctor down there to finally see how expensive it really is (or is not).

Rogers, Telus and Bell sell iPhones, which is made by an American company call Apple. Metro, Sobeys and Loblaws sell American produce and other products that are American. When phoning a customer service department, if you don’t get a live human answering within 5 minutes, a $50.00 will be given to the customer. And for each subsequent 5 minute wait, another $50.00. Maximum payout to customer $1000.00.
