    PSA DO NOT SWITCH TO TELUS I'm neurodivergent and because of that, I sometimes interrupt people when I talk. I explained this to a horrible @TELUS agent named Andrew. Andrew then told me "No, No, No interrupting isn't a symptom of a disability"

    I haven't had cell service in almost 3 weeks cause Telus stopped 3g in my area and Bell uses Telus towers for their service Fun times

    @TELUS so just to clarify Telus can't offer 10$ off for 24 months or even attempt to match it on your most expensive plan, because Your agent did NOT call back as he promised. So this is the customer service Telus was known for? P. S. Promo expired yesterday for new activation

    @TELUSsupport I've been on the phone with @TELUSsupport for 1 hour and 4 minutes and no one is able to provide me with an answer to my query. Now asking for an email or postal address to submit a complaint to, which I'm told "does not exist". Disappointing. @TELUS Help?

    Hey telus just got one of your telus reps saying there not happy we and my brother in law left awwww poor baby if u hadn't jack my bro's monthly fee over a $ 150 to where his bill was $355 he may not have left but u morons did & that's why u don't have us anymore and shaw does!!!

    @telusmobility Been scammed for months without realizing by a third party app I never registered for and you guys refuse to provide explanation or credit. Agents is saying telus is not responsible for third party charges even though its coming out of my telus bill.

    @Shawhelp No, I’ve never missed a payment, AND both my mobile and internet accounts are in good standing. Yet, I can’t get financing for a new phone because I’m working on paying off my student loans? No thanks my iPhone 6 and I aren’t talking to you anymore. Maybe ill go back to Telus…
