    @jodyvance @TELUS It’s crappy equipment. The digital boxes are total junk. We’ve had to replace ours twice due to a variety of issues.

    @jodyvance @TELUS Lots of moving parts to the problem(s). To say that Telus or Rogers sucks doesn't help. Getting a tech on site is the best bet if you can make it happen. I have Telus, and I've been annoyed occasionally, but it's been minor stuff. Good Luck!

    @TELUSsupport I also have the pleasure of MANY hours on the phone with Telus, many hours waiting for technicians, taking time off of work, technicians not showing up (the last two appointments in a row) bad product/worse service.

    @jodyvance @TELUS My good friends quit trying with Telus and switched to Shaw/rogers, they are much happier with the service now and it’s apparently cheaper. They pay less than I do, a long time Shaw customer. For 2 yrs you’ll get a better deal.

    @MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport 35 a month public mobile for 75 gigs. Its telus network. No phone support though only through chat
