Telus Mobility is charging a fee if I pay with my credit Card. I had to change to bank with drawl or pay this fee. I have been with Telus for many many years and at the end of my term I will switch my service to a different company

Hey @Telus … Sending me a recorded message 1 HOUR after my security system was tampered with to give me a number to call if I’m having problems is why I’m switching alarm companies! I think I am going to feel a lot safer with the new company!

@Cannamama3 @kim_siever I don’t use Telus for anything and checked where my property line ended in relation to the sidewalk. The company did their homework before placing a 14 inch plate for service on what I thought was my front yard. Apparently it was not.

@TELUS so you think over a hour and a half is acceptable to wait for help? To be shuffled from one to the next and then forgotten on hold. When customers are loyal you are certainly FAR from loyal back, pathetic customer service, terrible to the core. Still on hold FFS.

@TELUSBusiness Our internet has been down in our business since Sunday afternoon. After 4 different calls of multiple hours, we still do not have a resolution. It’s Christmas week in retail and Telus can’t figure out internet service. 0/10 review 👎🏽

End of an era for me lol. 10 years on Telus network. As of yesterday moved to Rogers. I didn't have issues with Telus. I loved Telus. My service provider ended the agreement they had with Telus. I could have went to Bell but wanted to try Rogers. Still the same service provider.

Shaw disconnected my internet over $33 I switched to Telus now Shaw is threatening to put me into collections go TF ahead. I could care less about a fake credit report & useless threats. If they would've worked with me I'd have paid them but they were rude I don't play that way

@CailinasEirinn @marcedge1 @TELUS I had the same. Funny, because I lived in another unit in this building for 7 years and had minimal problems. When they hooked me up here, previously Shaw, I've had nothing but problems.
