    Our new tenants got Telus but even they couldn't confirm that it was a Telus employee. Does your policy state that it's okay not to carry id? How would customers know that it is Telus installing?? And the technician was rude too. Unbelievable

    @TELUSsupport As I pay ahead one month, so I put about $123 credit on there, customer svc is good, management not good, if something major happened and multiple bldgs were slightly damaged and out of svc it would take forever for telus to fix, we are just one 1 bldg and it's taking 3 weeks

    @Telus you contracted out an ******* group of telemarketers. They called me back 3x after I politely declined any offers & hung up.. to tell me “to explain why” & “don’t hang up on me” ...if they call again, i WON’T be so nice this time. 🖕

    @TELUSsupport Just on hold with Telus Mobility customer service for the last 40 minutes. Disappointing I don’t recommend Switching to them it seems they really don’t care about their customers. If they did they would allocate the proper resources

    @SpaceX @TMobile Drive highway 43 through Alberta in the winter and see just how bad/dangerous dead zones can be. There's several dead areas totalling over an hour of dead zones, mostly in dangerous hilly areas that get very icy. I love this plan. Screw Telus/Bell/Rogers.
