@pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport For doing what we do specific to live broadcast streaming Telus is our #1 choice; we have never had an issue and the customer care has been great. We also use Shaw for our regular internet or as a backup if Telus goes down for whatever reason.

  • thereddork Mike McHugh (@thereddork) reported

@TELUS if you have people coming door to door trying to sell stuff, you need to make sure they know how to take no for an answer. Super rude and unprofessional.

  • islgalwrites Mamma Bear (@islgalwrites) reported

@pattibacchus @TELUS @TELUSsupport We are with Shaw. Customer service is awesome but the actual service itself is subpar for what you are paying.

  • KatyMackay Katy Mackay 🏳️‍🌈🌻 (@KatyMackay) reported

TFW @TELUS calls to talk about your landline and internet accounts and the call quality is so bad you can't effectively have a conversation. 🧐

Telus putting you on hold for an hour? - cut the service and go with another carrier!!

  • zzzoren Soren (@zzzoren) reported

Telus in June: Sorry about that outage, have a free On Demand movie! Telus in August: That'll be $7.00 please.

  • por_qpine Myles (@por_qpine) reported

@Bell_Support Thinking of switching my mobile from @TELUS, since their tech support takes days to answer any queries. Easy question for you: For Email > SMS, does Bell deliver the SMS messages from a consistent number, or a range? Can you indicate the # or range Bell uses?

  • glynbowerman Glyn Bowerman (@glynbowerman) reported

Was just on hold with Telus for 40+ minutes over some nonsense until they just… hung up on me. Quality service, that. But they would still like a lot of my limited money. Hmm.

  • MarcRavingMad Marc. Raving. Mad. (@MarcRavingMad) reported

@TO_Resident Yep. Compared to Telus, Galen Weston is an amateur. But he's still monumentally awful.

  • SeaGal2006 1Day@aTime (@SeaGal2006) reported

@globeandmail Aside from polarizing access, what about integration of information? I saw a short vid on social media where a patient who was seeing a doc under Telus health had trouble catching up her publicly funded GP 'cuz there is no link of info.
