@TraceyLauriault service providers had to meet, like disclosing data to regulators, law enforcement, courts & public health authority under well-specified conditions. Rather than Telus (and other carriers, eg. Bell, Rogers, Videotron, etc.) selling data to PHAC perhaps its public obligation as 6/

@TELUS @TELUSsupport Hey Telus, Ive been a loyal customer for a few years, automatic credit card payments. A provider called and offered me a better plan. It sucks that I felt I wasn't taken serious for a proper account review. #LostCustomer

@TELUS @NHLFlames WTF is this “woke” bull now?

  • mediamorphis Dwayne Winseck (@mediamorphis) reported

@TraceyLauriault @GovCanHealth @OpenGovCan I would cast it as an issue of data governance that stems from the principle operations of a common carrier, Telus, that collects & commodifies data incidental to its main activity. As such, I think our analysis should start from there.

@TELUSsupport Is there a specific amount of time I’m required to waste with Telus tech support before warning others what they’re in for if they choose Telus? I didn’t see that in the contract… which thankfully ends in a year so we can install a *functional* security system.

@ChubbyChucks UGH. I used to have CCI Wireless (Hays, AB) which was bought by Explornet. The not great service just got worse, bad speeds and no customer service records to help with follow up. We’ve been with Telus Smartnet for a year and love it.

@TELUS How about stop all the feel good BS about "helping" and actually help your customers. You are not a social service agency, you are a business! Where is your customer service? Why not actually spent the extra 1 dollar to have a tracking number when sending SIM cards?

  • JasonAMcLean Jason McLean (@JasonAMcLean) reported

The customer service provided by Shaw @Shawhelp is ridiculous. Ask for a bit of understanding and you get zero. If you are with Shaw or thinking about going to Shaw I highly suggest you rethink your options. Telus, Bell and Rogers look mighty attractive right now.

@meghan_why @TELUS I pay $5 per month for the second box. If you have optik you only need one pvr. Second one can be a regular wireless box. All recordings can be watched on any TV in network

Had reps from Telus come to our house tonight try & sell us home security packages & I said I wasn’t Interested and closed the door. Dereck said I was rude & now I’ve convinced myself it was a scam to find out if we already have home security so they can rob us. I’m not even high
